Thankfully we had our plug ins with us, or else we wouldn’t have been able to charge our phones. We would stay here again in Yakima without hesitation. Positive stay. Breakfast provided would have been a plus. Only coffee was available. Everything else had to be purchased. Full size fridge, 2 burners, no pots, dishes or silverware though. Large microwave. Close to Walmart and the freeway.

The beds were very low! Like the box springs were missing. The bedding was nice. We enjoyed having the refrigerator for medical needs and ice. Also used the coffee maker and microwave. Felt the drapes, bathroom walls and floor could use a good scrub.

BBQ grill was not for customer use to do propane tank being stolen!! Had to buy pans and dishes in order to use the kitchenette

- Lisa (2/5): Disappointing - We got there late after a long day of hiking. Hotel is older, rooms are dated but ok. Our tub wouldn't drain, so they moved us to another room. But only after they made me show them a picture of the tub full of water. Second room smelled like a combination of cigarettes and barbecue sauce. The shower was terrible, I could barely rinse my hair clean. Would not stay there again. Between the inconvenience of moving to another room after settling in and the nauseating odor very unpleasant.

Beautiful room on the ground floor with 2 queen sized beds, ensuite and mini kitchen. Well located with plenty of options for eating out and a Walmart nearby for cheap gas. Quiet room with great air conditioning and close to the Yakima Greenway for a lovely walk beside the river and a beautiful park for the kids to play in.

- Francisco (8/5): - I have stayed here multiple times, and every time I stay here, I always have a pleasant stay. However, in my last stay, they informed me that any first time stays need to do a 200 dollar deposit. It is unfortunate that due to other people's awful actions, we all have to pay. The deposit can be done by card or cash. After the first time staying here, then you won't have to do it again.

- Luiza (6/5): - Overall, the property was quite dirty with drips on the cabinet doors, greasy finger marks. The window was beyond dirty also. The bed appeared clean as did the bathroom. On the positive side, the coffee this morning was quite good and freshly brewed.

We always stay at this hotel in Yakima, WA and would recommend this place to anyone traveling through the area

The room had no towels or toilet paper when I arrived, the sheets have stains and ran out of conditioner when I took a shower. I can hear the sound from next room, so I did not have a restful night the entire stay. I will not stay at another MyPlace if I can help it.
- Julie (4/5): My Place was Definitely not Our Place - We had a mixed experience with MyPlace and won’t choose to stay here again. Pros- -the employees. Front desk workers were friendly, helpful and just great people. -the cleaning staff. These ladies were so sweet and hardworking. And they definitely had their work cut out for them in some of the rooms. -each room has. Fridge, small cooktop and sink/cupboard area. Cons- -They provide government subsidized housing to the unhoused. Some of the people in the hotel and parking lot area were questionable at best. This prompted concern about the safety of our teens and vehicle. -the people staying in some of the rooms live there for weeks and leave behind absolute filth, garbage and smells. We happened to catch a glance of our room while we were waiting to check in. It was disgusting. The poor girl cleaning was hauling out bags and bags of garbage. The floor, counters and beds were littered in food and waste. And the room smelled like vomit. She did an amazing job but we had to air out the room quite a bit and it was hard to feel like it was truly clean. -there are no plates, silverware, pots n pans, etc. For the price of $225/night, I had higher expectations. The two hotels down the street we had friends staying in were much nicer and they paid less than we did. Will not stay again.

The walls are very thin and the first floor was really loud, people hanging out in the stair well at night. Walking back and forth at night from the homeless camp at the river behind the hotel.

Always had a smile and always ready to help. -The cleaning staff. The gals that we bumped into cleaning the rooms were so, so sweet and so hard working. But they had a great attitude and were very helpful if we ever needed extra towels or anything. -Each room has a fridge, two burner stovetop and sink/cupboard area. -The location is close to the Sundome (we were in town for the state basketball tournament). Con’s -They provide government subsidized housing to the unhoused. Some of the people in the hotel and parking lot area were questionable at best. - irenel964 (10/5): Best hotel in Yakima! - This place is amazing, the staff are super friendly and very helpful. It's super clean and quiet. The beds are really comfortable, everything was up to almost perfect standards. I love the fact they have 24 hour coffee and tea! Plus they are pet friendly which is awesome!

We got in late and the hall floors by the far exit were pretty dirty, we ended up switching out the duvet cover which was a little dirty as well (they gave us a clean one), and there was a little dirt on the shower, but otherwise room was spotless, front desk accommodating and friendly. No free breakfast, pool or gym, but in room kitchenette and recliner. Very comfortable for the value

- kelliehS2545FE (10/5): Quality, Excellence, Value, and Joy - I had initially booked this hotel because of the amazing value represented in the pricing. The pricing is set up for such affordability I didn't expect it to be a hotel with mind blowing quality and service too but it has been a dream come true. I booked a stay at this hotel because of having been displaced by an incident at my apartment that is in the final stages of insurance claim settlement. I came here with many injuries needing a place I could feel safe and rest and heal. From the moment I walked in the door Ceara was so kind and so welcoming and I felt so cared about as a person for the first time in so long I almost cried. She went above and beyond to help me collect the payment amount necessary for the check in on my reservation from one of the parties who is liable for damages as a result of my claim and who was someone I was very hesitant to want to talk to. But with Ceara's help I was able to get the correct amount paid to be able to check in and having stayed here has with no exaggeration quite literally saved my life. And I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Ceara. Not only so but Bianca who takes great responsibility for making sure the accounts are in order and that hotel procedures are followed correctly has been extremely wonderful as well. I admire the confident and authoritative approach Bianca demonstrates in her work. Although I choose to clean my own room because I take so much personal enjoyment in doing my own cleaning it's a joy to walk through the hallways when the cleaning workers are here cleaning other rooms. They always appear cheerful and they work very skillfully. This hotel maintains a very high level of cleanliness and security. It's the hotel with the most feelings of safety in Yakima or Union Gap. Although there are so many things about this place to love the thing that sets it apart most of all is the people who work here. Every single staff member I've encountered meets top standards for excellence in their character and person and I have felt so blessed by them all. I could not possibly recommend this place more highly. A million stars out of five!!
- breeh2023 (2/5): BEDBUGS - We didn't even stay the full night and come to find out our bed had bedbugs. We tried talking to them about the situation but they refused a refund. I have my child with me along with my husband and furry animal. We are extremely disappointed along with the fact We even showed them the proof and they still refused.

- 850wilmae (8/5): Passing thru - I have stayed in other My place hotels in the past. It was an easy check in and out, I had a pet friendly room on the ground floor, the establishment was clean, the pet area was well stocked with dog bags, and this hotel was situated next to a paved walking path. The only thing was it has a kitchenette but no pots, pans, dishes or dinnerware. Luckily I brought my own. The only thing they had was dish soap, a dish cloth and a toaster. Other than that, it was roomy for me and my husband and dog.
