- RAFFAELLA (9/5): ottimo - la posizione centrale, la fornitura degli utensili/stoviglie/elettrodomestici da cucina , la biancheria da letto, il prezzo e la vista dal 10 piano, il garage con l'accesso diretto al condominio la schermatura della finestra in camera non è per niente efficente ( E ANCHE POCO pulita), la procedura di ingresso è particolarmente laboriosa incluso la manovra del codice della porta d'accesso all'appartamento sarebbe meglio fare un video tutorial che spieghi visivamente le varie fasi dell'accesso, la posizione anche se centrale è vicina ad una zona di un mercato di tipo "abusivo" con gente non così raccomandabile
- Mokhethi (10/5): Brilliant and Beautiful Stay🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾 - The cleanliness and neatness of the place. Everything well arranged for your comfort. From kitchen utensils, plates , glasses, ironing boards, microwave, washing machine, safe for your valuables and nicest security at the entrance.
Most importantly close to all necessary amenities like Checkers, Cape Rail Station, Restuarants and banks, easy access to Uber and Bolts. Lovely 🥰 place to say the least. I am over the moon and would mind coming back here anytime. Everything was perfect…

There are several restaurants and eating places within walking distance.
The host communicated very well before and when we arrived.
The apartment was clean and had the necessities of a nice stay.
The building is secure with a security guard at the entrance.
We could stay again if we returned The Internet was very slow. I ran a Speed test on my PC and it showed about 0.6 Mbps speed. It's enough to check emails but don't plan on streaming anything.
If you are parking, you must first get the keys from the apartment to access the garage. Then, when you leave, you need to remove the vehicle from the garage and then return the keys to the apartment. It's not bad, just a little inconvenient.

- Veronica (10/5): Great! - Everything As it is located in the city center, sometimes we got traffic jam to get there. But it was not a problem at all.
- Bev (4/5): Unhappy experience - The gentleman at reception, Samuel, was absolutely fantastic - a wonderfully kind and sincere person. He helped us with the complicated entry into the apartment and parking garage. The apartment was clean. The owner gave us less than 24hrs notice of a 14hr power cut by the City of Cape Town to do upgrades in the station concourse, apologizing "sorry for the inconvenience". When I asked for more information, she said there was a generator in the building, but did not confirm it would work. I asked exactly how long ago she had received notification of the power cut, but received no reply. We moved out the next morning, 2 days early ( we paid for 6 nights) as we were not prepared to sit without power the next night. After exiting the parking garage, I returned the keys to reception and was then mugged on the corner of Strand Street and St George's outside the building mid morning and my neck chain stolen. Samuel came running out to stay with me while law enforcement was called - he is a true gentleman. During the time we stayed in the apartment, when the south east wind blew, the passage and fire doors slammed, as the stabilizing spring brakes did not work. I have requested a refund for the 2 nights we could not complete at the apartment. All in all an experience not to be repeated.

I will definately come again - Location is good, accessible to supermarkets, food markets, ATM, shops for clothing, no noise while in the building plus a Beautiful night view. Needs some drainage work in bathroom. Water doesnt flow fast when bathing in bathroom cabin

- Tania (8/5): The place was really lovely and comfortable. The view from the window was breathtaking - I liked the view, and the fact that there was a welcome wine for us. The view from the window at night and in the early hours of the morning were exceptional. The area is easily accessible to everywhere you want to go, and centrally located to shops and malls. Long Street, Bree Street and Kloof Street are just a walk away and the best part is that we drove against traffic to get to the airport in the morning. The floor wasn't really swept, the floor was dusty. But there is a broom so you can do your own housekeeping.
