- Alessandra (10/5): Bucolic charm meets comfort - What more can we say about our stay than that it was perfect in every way? From its bucolic location and breathtaking red-and-orange sunsets to the sober elegance of its spacious, well-equipped rooms, everything was flawless. The staff were unfailingly polite and friendly—and even upgraded us without our asking. It’s no wonder Agrihotel was practically fully booked throughout September. Kudos to its owners!

- Christoph (10/5): Will come back with my family - Staff amazing and friendly - owner very dedicated and helpful
I stayed for 3 nights (business ) and will come back again in a couple of days. Pool (though not used) clean and spacious. I stayed in the annex's building Tuscany style and felt comfortable
The restaurant offers a great Tuscan kitchen and choice of à la Cart Menus.
Breakfast buffet is better than average Italian breakfast choice.

- FUMIE (10/5): Dormire bene e mangiare bene!
- Alessandro (9/5): Relax e accoglienza fantastico!!
2 dessert a buffet 22€
- Alessandro (8/5): A good and relaxing stay with some buts. - The breakfast was pretty good, with an ensemble of fruits, croissants, coffee, savoury and sweet plates and yoghurts. A broad variety of choices.
The swimming pool is large and easy to find a spot to rest. The staff paid a lot of attention to cleanliness; indeed, they cleaned the room every day. The room was right across from the pool, just a few steps from its access. The room was equipped with a mini-fridge, which was pretty helpful, just in case you wanted to keep some stuff cool. The cleaners and the young lady at the reception were gentle. The breakfast was up until 10 am, which might be a bit tight if you want to take things easy on holiday. The toilet in the room was a bit old-fashioned, with the sink placed at a low height (which could be uncomfortable at times). The handle of the toilet room was pretty noisy. Every time you went to open it, it wasn't very pleasant (a bit of oil might do the job). The toilet was not equipped with mosquito nets, which is paramount, especially during the summer season. Several mosquitoes entered the premises while the window was kept open. The mattress was not that comfortable; it was saggy, letting your body sink into it.
We have run into many dead insects in the swimming pool during our stay. Keeping it clean would have been more enjoyable for all the guests, I guess.
We had looked for a pet-friendly structure and informed the hosts that we would be bringing our pets. They told us that charges would be applied (15 euros per day), which was pretty reasonable. Unexpectedly, at the checkout, we were informed that an additional charge would be applied due to the need for an extraordinary cleaning. Well, that was not something we appreciated, especially because we hadn't been told about that beforehand.

- A.S. Nulla
- M6818OBmichaela (10/5): The best Agrihotel in Tuscany! - We have stayed here many times over the years and keep coming back because we enjoy it so much.
The rooms are rustic and the hotel has a calm and tranquil feel 😁.
The hospitality at this family run hotel is second to none and everyone is made to feel part of the family with a variety of languages spoken by the staff.
Best of all, you will enjoy some of the best Italian food and wine you have ever had (and guaranteed to put on a few kilos after a stay!).
- Volkmar (10/5): - Absolute Topaddresse.
- Riccardo (10/5): - Very nice and relaxing place, staff is very kind and professional.
- Georges (10/5): Perfekter Kurzurlaub - Perfekter Aufenthalt. Ruhige Gegend.

- Wojciech (10/5): Very good stay - Great pool and breakfast! Very convenient location! Wifi was a bit weak
- Jane (10/5): - Just beautiful. The food was amazing. Just a short drive to the ocean.
- Rubert (6/5): Pleasant - Location Camera
- TMK901 (10/5): Tuscany hideaway - The hotel Elisabetta and its Restaurant run by Luigi and his family is the perfect place to relax in Tuscany. In the middle of his own vineyards, you have cozy rooms, a huge pool, a wine cellar, and a restaurant serving full board for 100 Euros per person. You never eat better than with Chef Luigi and his sons. After a day you are treated like family. Try all his wines and take home what you liked best. A truly unique place, We will come back only to hear more of Luigi's life story !!!
- Marco (8/5): vacanza 2020 - colazione fantastica ottimo ristorante piscina all'altezza
- Dale (10/5): - It was completely away from the tourist areas. A quick drive to the beach Amazing buffet with so many choices. The kids loved the pool as well.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Struttura tranquilla in posizione strategica (svincolo SS Aurelia a 2 minuti), bella piscina e camere ampie e ben arredate.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - My husband and I made a last minute reservation and we got there around 10pm. The staff was Amazing! The kitchen was closed already and the chef was nice enough to prepared a delicious dinner for us! The place is beautiful! I will recommend the stay!
- MaryKop (8/5): Out in the country - As the title suggests, this hotel is out in the countryside as a part of a working farm. Luigi, the owner, and his family, have their own vineyards and produce and store wine beneath the hotel. While there's not much around the hotel, the grounds are lovely. The giant swimming pool was a delight on a hot day and the garden grounds spectacular in bloom. Our group was given a wine tasting one evening--superb. The owner really loves his job--and he does it extremely well! Rooms are all varied in size and layout; meals are buffet style. The food was excellent--we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Rooms have A/C and ceiling fans (at least ours did) which made for comfortable sleeping in the heat. Our only complaint was the rooster which roamed nearby....his internal clock was off--he crowed from about 2am onward!
- bammy (8/5): great biking location - Beautiful vineyard and olive groves. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they wee fluent in English. We did not have a carb so they helped us book some interesting adventures. The food was abundant nd very good, and the wine was fabulous!
- MLS65 (10/5): Fabulous place in Tuscany - We stayed for 2 nights at this agrihotel and found it comfortable and in a beautiful setting. Luigi takes pride in having a a quiet and hospitable hotel and loves sharing the stories of his excellent wine. The pool is large and clean with drinks and towels readily available. The weather was hot and the air-conditioned room was a refuge aa night.
- roxyLancashire (10/5): Splendid - Came to this Agriturismo for an evening meal, the restaurant is very clean, well spaced out and run by very efficient staff. We ordered a mixed starter which was 2 large platters of a mixture of goodies eg melon, Parma ham, grilled vegetables, mixed seafood salad mozzarella, tomatoes etc, fresh mussels and calamari fritti also, all delicious. Mains we opted for pasta, again delicious and fresh and to finish off we went to the buffet table for dessert where there was an abundance of choice and I tried a few and all were good, especially the profiteroles. The owners hospitality was excellent and we are looking forward to returning here again soon.
- lisarL1279MH (10/5): Don't Pass On This One! - Agrihotel Elisabetta is one of the top experiences we had while traveling through Italy. We stayed at four different places and this is by far the best! They gave us a huge variety of food for breakfast and dinner. DO NOT pass up on including dinner with your stay. It was the best Italian food we had while eating in Italy!
The family is very friendly and accommodating. This is their passion and you can tell.
Very reasonably priced for what is included.
The rooms were nice and spacious also. We will not pass up on staying here again next time we return to Italy.
- kfmChicago (6/5): Very Nice Facility, But No AC - We spent two nights here while on a VBT cycling tour of Italy. It’s a lovely family-owned facility in a splendid Tuscan countryside setting of orchards, vineyards, and olive groves, only a few miles from the Tyrrhenian Sea. It’s very popular with German tourists since owner Luigi Brunetti spent over 20 years in Frankfort.
The food in the restaurant is excellent, made with fresh produce from the Brunetti farm and local goods from the surrounding area. The Brunettis also produce their own wines and extra virgin olive oil. We had excellent service from the staff, especially from Luigi (who gave us a tour of his wine cantina), his wife Elisabetta, our waiter, and Marco, who ran the bar at the beautiful outdoor pool.
There’s only thing holding me back from giving this facility a four-star review, but it’s a biggie: Like many small European hotels, especially in the countryside, Agrihotel Elisabetta has no air conditioning.
Many of the rooms have ceiling fans, but ours did not. We were also on the top floor with our bed situated under a sloping ceiling, so our room was extremely hot and stuffy to the point where we could not sleep the first night. (We asked for a portable fan the next night, which made it only marginally better.) This was in mid-September with the temperature in the 70s and 80s (Fahrenheit), so I can only imagine how bad it is in mid-summer. Opening the windows did not help since we had no cross-breeze. It also let in a swarm of insects because the windows have no screens. The best rooms are probably on the first or second floor overlooking the pool.
If air conditioning is a must for you, then you may want to consider staying here during the off season, or even choose someplace else until the hotel decides to upgrade their facility. If you can tough it out, however, Agrihotel Elisabetta is really worth a visit.
- 849saran (2/5): Vergogna / a shame - No words! Nobody there during the night ( any message or any number to contact ) so i had to sleep in the swimmingpool !!! Nobody said me that there is not a night service BUT they asked me to pay in advance!!!!! In their stupid opinion i had to ask to know their rules WHAT???
- richardg6 (4/5): nice pool. no a/c in the rooms - The Italian owner used to live in Frankfurt for twenty years so it's no surprise that the place is full of Germans. Actually we were the only non-Germans there.
Biggest problem was the lack of air conditioning which, in 40 C temperatures, was hard to cope with. Even the ceiling fan together with a portable could not handle the heat and the night was a nightmare. At these prices one would expect an air conditioning. It is a 21 century.
The two bottles of water in the room went fast but to replenish it was at a costly 9 €. (you can buy few bottles of wine for that price).,
We wanted to borrow some beach chairs, but were told bluntly that "they don't practice such things"
Another surprise was that the place claims to be in popular Marina de Cecina, while, in fact, to get to Marina di Cecina is a 20 minutes car ride.. Strange how this misrepresentation remains unchanged..
For this price you can find a better place and WITH air conditioning.

- Extraordinary508623 (10/5): Mr & Mrs Newman - My wife and I spent 9 days in Italy for our 30th wedding anniversary in May of 2015. Our suite by the pool was very clean, roomy, and offered a comfortable bed and good nights sleep. The restaurant food was absolutely fabulous and the service was second to none. We highly recommend this family operated hotel.
- FurtiveBertie (10/5): Perfect - We turned up without a reservation while travelling through Italy.
We were offered a deal on the rooms, and they booked us a table for evening meal.
The rooms were really nice, and the food was great. The only down-side was as desert was buffet style, the relaxed, classy atmosphere was slightly spoiled by the stampede to get the best bits.
The pool was nice, and once we had vacated our rooms we could stay as long as we liked.
The only downside was that there were biting flies around the pool - I was bitten twice.
- melissab447 (6/5): Nice pool, otherwise, meh - Our room here had a cheap-motel-like feel with a door and windows that opened directly onto a parking lot. And there is only a ceiling fan and no cross-breeze (though you probably wouldn't want to leave the windows open anyway since there are no screens). The result is a hot, stuffy room. The pool was nice and the staff was friendly. We didn't go for the full dinner because it was quite expensive and certainly more than we wanted to eat. The pesto pasta I ordered a la carte was too salty to even finish. The breakfast buffet was nice, particularly the American high school kid who made us some delicious pancakes and omelettes. For those wanting to escape Americans generally, it is worth noting that the clientele here are primarily Italian and German tourists.
- Mailt (4/5): good food. average or below all other - food is good. no AC, no screens on windows so rooms are HT. Staff not responsive to requests (have trouble when out of routine, like laundry service. Many small things not there, like tissues??
also VERY big roaches!! No screens on windows!!
- MPSMUC (10/5): Best Value - Best agrihotel in Italy. Excellent Food, friendly Staff, Book in Advance. Good to go on Excursions in the Southern Toscana (e.g. Siena Montepulciano, etc.). Beach is roughly 10 minutes by Car. Pool on Location.
- curzonparkboy (8/5): Nice rural hotel - Pleasant rural hotel with plenty of free parking
Great for gluten free, with gluten free bread and pasta available and if not they can obtain it in about 15 minutes from the local shops
The half board option is excellent but make sure that you have an elastic waistband in your trousers
Swimming pool is lovely and the whole place is surrounded by olive groves
The staff are really friendly and Luigi and Elisabetta and their lovely family are very attentive
We had a welcome drink on arrival
The only thing that I would say is that the rooms need air conditioning, it was like a furnace in the night time
- rwillmer (10/5): A wonderful overnight stay - We stayed here as a convenient place before getting the motorail train north from Livorno.
What a lovely place! There's a relaxing pool to sit around, and great views, and a comfortable room.
And the food is terrific; locally grown produce, prepared well and served with style.
We'd booked for B&B, but when we decided to go for the set meal evening class, they changed our booking to half-board, since that would save us money, how friendly!
And their wine is excellent; they sell their own wine in the restaurant; so of course we had to buy some to bring home.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay; we'll stay here again if we take the motorail in the future.
- BooneSX (10/5): Nice accommodations with superb food and hospitality - I stayed for two nights last week and found the owner Luiggi to be a master of superb service. The bedroom was large with comfortable bed and bathing facilities overlooking an inviting pool. The meals are incredible with an abundance of fresh grown vegetables, fresh fish, assortment of cheeses, meats, etc. starting with breakfast the selections are immense with dinner providing an extravaganza of options. A wine tasting in his cellar topped off the stay and it was difficult to leave Luiggi and his staff after such a wonderful experience. A must stay when in Tuscany.
