• Liz (10/5): - The property was within walking distance Kyoto's train station. There was 7/11 on way past to grab any needs. Was good clean comfortable room, typical japanese size. Had fridge and kettle in room. Shampoo/Conditioner/Shower Gel. For the price light breakfast, should be included. I would definitely stay here again. On down side they need to fix dryers to hot. Twice had to dry my clothes, even had reception help me by telling me to put smaller loads in each dryer. X 2. The clothes were cold and not dried. They dried in my room with heater on. Had washing hanging everywhere.

For the 5 nights I stayed in this Kyoto hotel, I requested room cleaning on the third day morning, when I’ m back in the late afternoon, the room was in very good condition

• Verified traveler (8/5): 想像してた以上に良かった - 3泊4日の旅行の1泊目にこのホテル予約。 口コミを見てあまりいい印象ではなかったんですが、値段も格安だった為、半信半疑で予約しました。 到着後朝一番で荷物を預けましたが従業員の方の対応は悪くなく一安心。 ただ食事処の端っこに荷物がまとめて置かれてて誰でもとれちゃいそうな感じがしたのが残念でしたが、どこのホテルも同じ感じかな。 部屋は狭いですがビジネスホテルなので許容範囲、水回りは清潔感がありとても綺麗でした。 連泊での旅行だったんですが2泊目3泊目のホテルは別のところを取ったのを後悔。 また次回京都に行った際には利用します！

• Verified traveler (6/5): 新しいうちは良かったんですけどね〜 - 以前も宿泊した事が有り、安心して宿泊する予定でしたが、チェックイン時間は融通が効かず15:30では出来なくて16:00まで待って下さいとの事(まあチェックイン時間は16:00ですから文句付けるところではないですけど)。もし部屋の掃除が遅れているなら理由を言って貰えば納得ですが、少し硬すぎの対応です。 そして風呂には長い髪の毛が落ちてました。連泊しましたがその次の日は髪の毛は落ちてませんでしたが、タオルに髪の毛付きでした。 ちょっとガッカリの宿泊でした。あとお風呂のお湯の出方が手洗いには水圧強すぎて使いにくかったです。全体には古くなった分、部屋も汚れてました。もう少し綺麗にできるとは思いますが残念です。
• ももも (4/5): - 3/20～3/22に彼と宿泊しました。京都駅八条東口から10分ほどです。8階建てで各回5部屋と小さめのホテルです。 ロビー受付には外国人の女性スタッフが2名おり日本語はとても上手で愛想がいいです。 部屋は狭く部屋のドアを開けると直ぐにベッドでテーブルはありません。 椅子は小さいのがありましが用途が分かりません。冷蔵庫、ドライヤーアメニティはありました。ロビーにベッドは清潔で枕元に電源のコンセントが沢山あり2人で充分でした。窓は開かないので外気温が全く分からないのと取り付けられた障子の木枠を誰かが指でスーッとホコリを集めた痕がありました。 壁には小さな換気扇がありますがそのまわりの壁はホコリがびっしり付いてます。2日目にそれらが綺麗に掃除されてる事はありませんでした。ドアの鍵には水拭き掃除した後の水滴が拭き取られてないので水垢として残っていました。 お風呂トイレは狭く窮屈でした。 部屋着は部屋には常備していませんので必要な時はフロントで貰います。 ロビーにあるコーヒーは美味しく24時間飲めます。部屋に持ち込む事も出来ます。 コロナの影響で空いていたので料金も安くよかったのですがお部屋の清掃が行き届いてないのでリピはありません。

• HSIUFANG (6/5): 態度好，但答覆問題呼嚨 - 地點還方便。窗簾有血跡，窗戶不能開，也看不到外面。清潔還好。服務人員態度良好，但告訴我們"京都的旅館窗戶都不能打開"，很呼嚨我們!!!讓人很不舒服。還說有問題要我們自己上網反應。還好，後來的另一位男服務人員把窗簾拿下來。
• Raymond (4/5): 7min walk fr station but not bang for the buck - Way too expensive for what you get. The rooms are much smaller than how they look in the photos. No windows or views so the room gets stuffy. Good for a one person short stay. Toilet is loud. Can hear cleaners in neighbouring rooms. Hallway had sensor lights only and cannot be switched off so it was too bright at night when someone had to go to the bathroom. No bathrobes but all other amenities given. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were great quality. No laundry services in hotel.

• Gan (10/5): - This is a great place at a great price. The room was so clean and spacious and literally had everything you need. The location was so good. It's just walking distance to the Kyoto station, Avanti shopping center, Kyoto tower and 7-11. I will recommend this to anyone looking for a good place at a reasonable price.

Shower curtains was covered in pink slimey soap scum. Dusty window blinds, air vent, and floor. Made us wonder if our bed was even clean (though it was spacious and comfortable). Toilet couldn't really flush. Towel had dampened smell. Disappointed and left feeling a little disgusted to be honest. Will not come back.

We got there a few hours before check-in and didn't want to be carrying around our luggage and they were so kind enough to let us leave our bags there. It's just a 10min walk from the Kyoto station so that was very helpful for us.

• Russell (8/5): - We had a wonderful stay of 3 nights. The staff was polite and helpful when we had questions. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only complaint is that the walls are thin, you can hear people walking/talking in the hallway. The location is great! It’s a 10-minute walk to the Kyoto station, and close to bus stops, a 7-eleven, and restaurants.
