• Cecilia Wai Se (9/5): Short Stay for Couple - We stayed four nights at the hotel. The rooms were excellent - roomy and clean, the bed was comfy and our room has direct access to the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions and directions, and they were flexible with breakfast and check in/out arrangement. The location is very convenient yet quietly tucked away from noises from the main street, lots of food options and shopping nearby and just a few blocks away from one nimman. I wish the shower could be a bit stronger and water temperature a bit higher. Otherwise it could be a perfect stay.
• Lev (10/5): Amazing place in trendy area. - We really enjoyed our stay here. The stuff is super friendly and very helpful. Simple and tasty breakfast, but keep in mind that you have to request it to a certain time every day. The room was quite spacious and clean. There are many cool cafes and restaurants in this are as well as car and scooter rental places. They even made for us some sweet presents for Halloween. Thank you! Can definitely recommend this place.

• Michelle (10/5): Small hotel but big on customer experience. - We have stayed in many places throughout the world but the Zivi experience tops them all with service and attention to detail and kindness. Saw Woo and her small team went out of their way to make us feel welcome, whether it was making us a special afternoon tea, giving a gift as my birthday was coming up or running outside with umbrellas when it was slightly raining. Nothing was too much trouble There was nothing to dislike

• Sunadda (10/5): High quality boutique hotel in the heart of Nimman - This hotel offers a unique and intimate experience (with just 4 rooms overall in the hotel but amazing in quality). The room had very practical facilities - a desk, USB charging ports, a smart tv, and a very spacious bathroom. The bed was also of very high quality and provided good sleep. There is a shared breakfast area and living space on the second and third floor which you can request to use. There is also a free stash of water that you can take when needed. The hotel also has a great location to get around Nimman and also to call a GRAB when needed. It is also close to a big laundromat one street away which was very convenient. These were just small things, but the shower drain is slightly clogged and the hot water tap could be warmer.

They went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed, even after my stay when I returned to the area before heading to the airport. The room features modern, tasteful interior design and is very comfortable. The location couldn`t be better – right next to wonderful cafes and restaurants in the center of Nimman.
• Katie (4/5): If you are not afraid no noise, it is a nice property to stay . - It is white color room and bright . Just fell like at home. Noisy and noisy … this is a 4 room private property . My room is 2nd floor. And noises from 1. Downstairs ground floor is restaurant , people talking, shouting, cars driving by…. All kinds of voice and sound 2. every night the stepping ground sound, and chairs moving from 3rd floor got me crazy . If there is a carpet would be much better to prevent 3. Airplane fly by .. location sound proof is bad, everyday you hear airplanes fly above many times..

The location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants and shops, and our room was spotless. Our breakfasts in bed were both delicious and delightful! What truly set our experience apart was the exceptional service at the reception, especially from Ms. Saw. She went above and beyond to book restaurants, arrange events, and ensure we had everything we needed for an unforgettable stay. This hotel truly deserves the highest recognition.

• Jessica (10/5): Great facilities and friendly staff - The staff were so welcoming and could not do enough for you - the little extras like leaving some breakfast items in the morning, free coffee pods in the kitchen area and bringing drinks to our room were all welcomed! Rooms were bright, airy and clean and the TV with Netflix was great when we were tired after travelling! Location was close to bars and restaurants and shopping in Nimman but did use taxis to get to the Old Town which wasn't an issue.

It was located in an ideal place near a lot of things. The only thing I can see potentially being a problem is that there are stairs and no lift. But the staff offer to carry your suitcases and it was not a problem for us.

• Itamar (9/5): Very good experience! - The room was clean, quite and comfortable! The staff members were lovely and helpful and the location is perfect. Close enough to the action but none of the noise. Loved the skylight in the bathroom. When we checked out they took polaroid pics of us and gave us as souvenirs, which was a small sweet and thoughtful gesture ❤️ The entrance is shared with the back of a restaurant which was a bit smelly (no smell came in though). No elevator.
• Fion (10/5): Best boutique hotel to stay in Chiang Mai - The service and daily breakfast was impeccable! we love it. when we had an early morning activity booked, sandwiches and donuts were provided for takeaway instead. we looked forward to coming back to the hotel every night and waking up to a lovely breakfast daily. Location is near to Nimman night market which is lively and has nice vibe. Easy to find delicious food within walking distance. nothing at all!

Cooked breakfast was cold on 2 occasions. Can be a little noisy because of the street, but not terrible. Internet dropped out constantly. There is no parking on the site so need to drive around looking for parking.
• Bak (9/5): A relaxing & memorable stay for Christmas! - This was in fact my 3rd visit at this boutique hotel. I was once again given the VIP treatment throughout my entire stay here. Thank you Saw and the team for taking good care and pampering me. Location - it’s accessible to all the cafes and restaurants. Beautiful cozy room with an outdoor balcony.
• Boaz (10/5): Exceptional - The gym is outstanding. Probably one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen. Pool lovely, restaurant really good. Rooms aren’t bad, but slightly old fashioned. bathroom has wooden window into bedroom which is unnecessary. Would have loved softer pillows.
• Pasinee (10/5): Excellent! - We had an excellent stay at Zivi. The staff were extremely welcoming and made our stay feel like home. The room was very clean and well maintained. Amenities provided in the room were excellent including coffee machine (in dining area) with many capsules to choose from. The room and bathroom were more spacious than typical in Chiangmai and just perfect for us (we were 3 people with added extra bed). Location is perfect if you want to explore Nimman area which has lots of cafes and restaurants nearby all day round. If you drive, you may have to find available street parking nearby. There may be some noise at night as the place is right by the street. The wifi can be spotty but not an issue for us.

Lovely and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast！ It's a little shiny when the run rises in our room. We were woken by the sunshine early in the morning. Eyepatches are provided，but I felt uncomfortable wearing it.

• Jennifer (10/5): Wonderful staff and beautiful small hotel - What an incredible little place to stay. The staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough to help us organise our trip. The hotel is really stylish and the bed was so comfy we overslept and had to be woken up for breakfast. Which was delicious. And it’s in such a nice neighbourhood. Was glad to stay somewhere different than the old city and enjoy the wonderful coffee and food.
• Ilgueon (10/5): Caring staff and comfortable accommodations - Most of all, I was impressed by the kindness of the staff. The carefully prepared breakfast was also delicious. Located in the center of Nimmanhaemin, it was convenient to move around. There was no discomfort while staying for 6 days.
• Sigal (7/5): Condos without elevators/lobby - Comfy bed. Cleaning. Accessories. Balcony. Let's start with the fact that it's not a hotel! This is a renovated apartment building. There is no elevator, no lobby, and the stairs to the rooms are narrow and difficult to climb. My husband is elderly and could not go upstairs so he stayed in the room until the next day when we left. The rooms are fine and clean. The bed is comfortable. But booking is misleading about this place. No breakfast. In addition, there is a camera on the balcony!! There is a camera that peeps at the guests and hurt my privacy. Very disappointing. Do not recommend. There are plenty of other places within walking distance.
• Helen (9/5): Great location and value, highly recommended - Excellent stay, very helpful staff and a beautiful large room. Additional touches such as complimentary snacks and nice shared spaces were appreciated. Pre-ordering breakfast is a bit inconvenient and would have liked some healthy choices e.g. fruit plate or smoothie bowl. Also would have liked refillable water instead of endless plastic bottles.
• Bak (10/5): Small but Cozy with a Personal Touch Boutique Hotel. Beautiful Staff & Unforgettable Stay. - My 2nd stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. I love this place being it’s petit but cozy with a personal touch (only 4 luxury rooms with balcony attached.) Location is perfect as tons of cool cafes and eateries along the soi. The service staff is exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the owner has removed all my favorite a la carte breakfasts from the menu. But they surprised me with a special New Year Breakfast on 1st of January. Thank you folks and I’ll return soon. Since the hotel is located above a hamburger joint, it can get a bit noisy in the night; especially the 2 rooms that are directly above the restaurant kitchen. Often found service staff smoking, chatting, eating & drinking outside the kitchen.
