WILLIAM (6/5): No me expidieron factura x pago del iva, es ilegal - A pesar de que la persona o empresa que ofrecía el apartamento, no nos ubico en el edificio que ofrecía, nos situó en uno similar, en cuanto a comodidad y confort, en esto no hay reparo; no obstante a pesar de que ellos ofrecían una tarifa por medio de hoteles.com , le sumaron el impuesto del iva, pago del cual se negaron a darme la respectiva factura, pese a que se solicito en multiples oportunidades a las personas que nos recibieron, incluso a la propietaria del inmueble y por correo electronico, y esto es ilegal, porque esto es un impuesto gubernamental , que obliga a la persona que ofrece servicio turísticos, en este caso un hospedaje, expedir la correspondiente una factura, sopena de sanción por parte de las autordades; porque con este comportamiento da entender que se están quedando con el impuesto recaudado al no expedir el recibo , aumentando asi la tarifa ofrecida o pactada en un 19%, lo cual considero una actividad ilicita.

Verified traveler (2/5): Passez votre tour - On n’a pas eu l’appartement indiqué sur les photos, le propriétaire nous a envoyé une nouvelle adresse, pas le même building, donc pas les memes piscines et pas de salle d’entraInement. L’appartement ne possédait pas le même nombre de lit, il manquait un lit pour 1 de mes enfants.Sur place, le propriétaire nous charge 229884 cop de plus que sur la facturation de hôtel.com, soit disant on doit payer les taxes, alors que comme touristes étrangers résidents moins de 60 jours on est pas supposés payer cette taxe, j’ai donc dû payer au propriétaire mon séjour + la taxe comptant, car il n’accepte pas les cartes de crédit ou virement bancaire. L’appartement était infesté de petites araignées ( voir photos) et nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pendant 5 jours, le chauffe eau au gaz ne fonctionnait pas. Bref, j’ai payé 1429000 cop pour 4 nuits, j’ai comme l’impression de m’être fait avoir.
