• Agnieszka (10/5): - Fajna lokalizacja ok. 500m do stacji metra. Właściciel codziennie sprząta pokoje. Dla wszystkich pokoi dostępny jest wspólny aneks kuchenny. Dla gości dostępne są miniaturki żeli do kąpieli, a nawet szczoteczka z pasta. Nocleg znajduje się w kamienicy na 2 piętrze (dostępna winda chociaż bardzo mała 😂). Łatwy kontakt poprzez Whatsapp. Zamknięte okna dobrze wygłuszały hałas. Na plus klimatyzacja. Lodówka znajdująca się w pokoju była głośna, a mimo to nie chłodziła dostatecznie przez co napoje były letnie. Widok z pokoju na okna sąsiadów.

• CRISTINA EUGENIA (10/5): - Tutto, la posizione è bellissima, la piazza stupenda e vicinissima al Colosseo. La stanza era ampia, ci avevano lasciato delle ciabattine, spazzolini ecc. Sotto, a due passi, la fermata degli autobus, comodissimo.

• Daniel (9/5): Todo muy bien - Las instalaciones son cómodas, limpias y modernas. La ubicación es estratégica, cerca de metro y bus. Aunque un poco apartado del centro de Roma, queda a unos 20 minutos andando del Coliseo. El personal se comunica a través de WhatsApp y responden rápido y amablemente. Es cierto que por las noches al haber un hospital al lado y dar a la Plaza de San Giovanni hay ruido de ambulancias y demás.

• Pietro (9/5): Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Rom - Die Wohnung hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage. Zu Fuß erreicht man in wenigen Minuten das Kolosseum sowie die Basilika Santa Maria Maggiore. Direkt gegenüber befinden sich die Basilika San Giovanni in Laterano und die Cappella Papale. Bushaltestellen sind direkt vor der Haustür, und auch Metrostationen sind nur wenige Gehminuten eneigenem Bad lag im 2. Stock und war bequem mit dem Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Es entsprach genau den Bildern. Besonders positiv war die tägliche Reinigung – es gab immer frische Handtücher. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert über WhatsApp und war gut organisiert. Die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig, gleichzeitig gibt es viele Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Fazit: Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Lokacija smjestaja je također odlična, pješke do koloseuma imate oko 7 min hoda a do kolodvora cca 10 min. Gospodin koji nas je dočekao je bio izuzetno pristojan te raspoložen za sva pitanja. Komunikacija sa g. Mirkom preko whatsapp je bila brza i lagana.
• Judith (8/5): angenehmer Aufenthalt mit super Servicen wie Gepäckaufbewahrung - die Lage ist gut (viele Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe, Cafés / Bars etc.). war sehr ruhig, sehr sauber und sehr bemühtes Personal. großes Badezimmer, mehrere Pölster und Decken, generell gute Ausstattung (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Föhn, Handtücher, Wäscheständer etc.). Gepäckaufbewahrung davor und danach ist top! Matratze gehört dringend ausgetauscht - sehr durchgelegen und man kugelt in die Mitte.
• Flavia (8/5): Good value for money and excellent location - good location, comfortable space, good shower, and amenities. We liked that we had a shared kitchen as well, and it was well-equipped. The check-in process was via WhatsApp, so that went well, too. We could hear the noises from the other rooms. Also, we recommend that the main window of the room be blacked out, as some light was entering the room at night. The small fridge didn't work well, so nothing was getting cold, like water and Coca-Cola.

The shared kitchen was fully equipped and clean. The room looked exactly like the photos. In apt 1 the noise from the street was too much all night.The bathroom was not very clean, there were hair on the toilet and the shower cabinet was moldy, also the shower head was broken. We bought some local delicacies that need to be kept refrigerated but the cleaning service turned off the fridge and we had to through all of them away
• Rodic (10/5): Ideal visit to Rome - value for money is unquestionable - One of the best places you can book in Rome! From the moment we booked, Mirko set the bar for what a host should be. He responded instantly to every message, was incredibly helpful, was always available and answered every question we had without hesitation. Throughout our entire stay, he made us feel completely taken care of. Honestly, communication doesn't get better than this! Just make sure you have internet access before booking. The room itself was everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was cleaned daily with the trash taken out every day. Practical extras like a coffee machine with espresso pods to start your day and reliable hot water for showers were very appreciated. There is a shared hallway for the guests, so make sure to respect the quiet hours, everything was nice and quiet when we stayed in the room. Pictures are accurate, everything we saw at the pictures was completely accurate! The room for two has the bed with bedside tables, outlets for your charger, a tv with a table and chairs. You also get a wardrobe where you can hang your clothes (with hangers) and a small safe to keep your valuables safe. In the bathroom you get bath towels, a hand towel, a face towel and a towel for your feet. Soup and shower gel/shampoo is as well as a clothes drying rack/hanger is also provided - everything you would actually need on a daily basis. The location is simply ideal for tourists. About a 15min walk to the Colosseum, with coffee spots, a market and great places in the neighborhood. You really couldn't ask for a better base to explore Rome, everything is walking distance - no need for extra transport. We also felt completely safe thanks to the double-door entrance. Some people (in the reviews) say that there is a hospital nearby due to regular ambulances driving by, but the sirens are all over Rome, so we that shouldn't be an issue for you. In all our travels, it's rare to leave an accommodation with absolutely nothing negative to say - but this was that place.

Zameldowanie szybkie i bezproblemowe, a w pokoju panowało przyjemne ciepło. Miłym dodatkiem był dostęp do kawy i herbaty. Zdecydowanie polecam. Jedyny minus to ciągle jeżdżące karetki, więc przydadzą się zatyczki do uszu.

• Lucie (9/5): Nice area and clean and comfortable accommodation - Contact with the owners was via messaging and communication was clear and friendly. I felt like I could contact them if I had any issues. The room is spacious with its own bathroom and there are windows in both, overlooking an internal courtyard. I found it very quiet and got a very good night's sleep. There is a small table where you can work if needed. The room is in an apartment with other rooms, in a block of flats in a nice location, with shops and cafe's very nearby, and not far from the Metro. There is a coffee machine in the room, and a communal kitchen area where you can make tea (though you might want to buy some milk from the nearby supermarket if you like tea with milk). For breakfast, there is a cafe' right next to the building so you can buy something there (or just grab something from the supermarket for the morning). There is a microwave and big fridge in the communal kitchen. The bathroom doesn't have fabric towels, but rather a disposable pack of towels (which dry you a lot better than you'd think, and of course are hygenic). There is handwash, shower gel etc. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area for business. Nothing I didn't like. Maybe as a suggestion, it could be nice to leave a small pack of biscuits or something similar in the room for breakfast?

Servizio gestito online, ma alla grande, mandato il messaggio via cellulare, aperte tutte le porte, tutto chiaro e semplice, veramente smart!!! La posizione è ottima, i locali, anche corridoio comune, ben ristrutturati. La comunicazione con lo staff eccellente. In bagno c'era pure uno stendino, top! In una eccellente esperienza piccoli difetti, tra cui l'uso delle salviette usa e getta: a livello igienico sono ottime, ma insomma non sono il massimo della vita dopo una doccia, ma niente di drammatico. La posizione è ottima, ma non bellissima zona dove posteggiare.

The room got cleaned everyday. It was clean and comfy. The location is very good right on the main road and safe to walk at night as girls. Liked it a lot!! It was just a little far from attractions like Trevi Fountain (Colosseum is pretty close only 15 mins but the rest)but the bus station is very near so you can get anywhere

The host is extremely thoughtful with everything provided in the apartment. The kitchen, disposable towels, and daily cleanup altogether exceeds my expectations. Plus, there is a lift in the building, life-saver for travelers with big suitcases. All went well.

• Javier (9/5): Vacaciones Roma - Bien ubicado para moverte por Roma, muchas lineas de autobuses en la puerta, muy cerca del coliseo. Mucho ruido de trafico desde temprano pero como en cualquier zona de Roma te va a ocurrir, son ruidosos, las sirenas. Y por poner un pero, las toallas, no nos gustaron.
