• Michaela (6/5): Enttäuschend - Das Zimmer war recht gross und gemütlich. Das Personal war überfordert mich essentiellen Dingen, wie Check in und Informationen zum Frühstück. Regelmäßig war während der Rezeptionszeiten einfach niemand da. Die Sauberkeit hat nicht dem Standard entsprochen, den ich aus anderen Hotels in Japan gewöhnt bin. Das Zimmer war extrem dunkel, es ist praktisch kein Tageslicht reingekommen. Der "Balkon" war nicht nutzbar, da der gesamte Platz von Klimaanlagen eingenommen wurde.

• Nadia (9/5): Great stay - Great location, washing machines are free of charge and easy to use. Don’t charge the dryer completely and your clothes will be dry 👍 nice and spacious bathroom. The mattress was too hard for me. We had 2 big and small suitcases, no possible to put out our clothes, the room was too small. So we left everything in the suitcase and used it as so.

Fica relativamente perto da estação de trem de Kyoto, porém numa área mais residencial, não tem mtas opções de restaurantes perto.

• Vincent (8/5): Good location, clean, quiet, comfortable with two sleeping areas and working air-conditioners (one per area) - Smart layout providing some privacy in two separate sleeping areas. Very clean. Location was not too bad, 10 or so minute walk to Kyoto station. Comfortable beds. Two washing machines available and two dryers Fresh towels were delivered on a daily basis. One of the dryers was out of order. The working one didn’t heat very well unfortunately and we had to find ways to dry clothes in the room. No chairs to sit down.
• Nicole (9/5): Ein schöner Aufenthalt! - Sehr großes Zimmer mit extra Wohnbereich, Balkon, tolle Badewanne und jeden Tag gab es frische Handtücher. Die Lage war perfekt, ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Sehr gute Bäckerei und Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Matratzen waren leider nicht so gut, hart und nicht sehr komfortabel.

• Yuliati Hardy (9/5): Best for 2 peoples only - The room is clean. The front desk staff are very friendly & helpful. There is free washing machine to use although 1 of the drier is broken. It’s great that they provided the clean towels every day in front of our door even though we put the ‘do not disturb’ sign. Not enough space to leave the luggage for 4 adults because we have to use the living room. We tried to put it on our bed but hassle to put it up & down & zip on & off. The bed on sofabed is not as comfortable for the one sled on the outer side. The room is best for 2 people & it’s better to get 2 rooms for 4 adults but the price became not as valuable if we do so.

Quite a modern feel Appreciated having a Smart TV which allowed us to watch Netflix after a long day. We were on the same floor as the laundry which was free of charge (detergent included) and was easy to use Staff received our luggage from our previous location which we found in the reception area. Area is a nice, quiet neighbourhood, 10min walk from Kyoto Station The bathroom has a consistent sewer smell due to the drain there which was pretty unpleasant. Rooms are also not exactly sound proof so we could hear our neighbours walking around Although close to Kyoto Station, is still quite a journey from Central Kyoto so would probably pick a closer location next time!

• Tatsuro (8/5): 家族連れには嬉しい - シングルベッド2台、ダブルサイズのソファーベッド1台あり、家族連れには嬉しかった。 水回りもキレイでした。 キッチンは使用していないので、分かりん。 場所も京都駅や梅小路公園に近く、とても便利でした。 部屋が少し臭かった。エスニック？南アジア？的な香りがさしました。前の宿泊者の影響かもしれません。廊下に前日のリネンやタオルが大量に放置されていました。。廊下だから良いんですけど、少し印象悪いですよね。

• Melissa (7/5): Shaking Suites - On arrival the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, softly spoken and helpful. The location was very close to the mall which was an easy walk, a little bit further to the station but we did manage with our suitcases. No laundry in the room but we were allowed to use the washing machine & dryer on the floor we were on. There was a lift to our floor which was so helpful. Everything was quite small, as in reception area, lift to get to our floor, corridor and our room. Our room was for 2 adults & 2 children (they shared the foldout couch). The couch prevented full access to the kitchenette (fridge didnt open fully & hard to get to sink while the couch was made up as a bed). Absolutely no room for suitcases (unless on the bed to open, then close, then put back on the floor zipped up). Unfortunately all of our beds were incredibly hard.

• vannyah29 (9/5): Unser Aufenthalt war super! - Die Matratze(!), die Sauberkeit, die Lage des Hotels usw. entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, sodass wir gut runterkommen konnten. Das Hotel ist gut zu Fuß von Kyoto Bahnhof zu erreichen. Es gibt Waschmaschine und Trockner im Hotel 24h zu nutzen. Personal waren sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Wir waren zu dritt und aufgrund Nutzung von Sofabett war den Platz etwas klein für 2 großen Gepäck und 1 kleine Koffer. Das Zimmer ist etwas hellhörig, wir konnten ab und zu Gespräche von Nachbarnzimmer hören. Leider während unseres Aufenthaltes war die Küche abends zu und wir konnten kein Abendsessen bestellen.
• Tammy & James (10/5): Quiet, clean and comfortable! - Fantastic properly! We stayed as a family of four (kids ages 11 and 14). The kids got their own single beds on one side of the apartment and we got a fold out couch on the other side. Had everything we needed, including being able to cast onto the TV from our phones which was nice for some downtime. Situated in a lovely quiet area. The aquarium nearby was a lovely place to visit too. While water pressure was lovely, the bath that the shower is over has gaps around it so water does go everywhere. We also couldn’t figure out how to turn the auto flush so was a bit noisy at night time.

Close to a lot of places. Bathrooms were also spacious, they were a shower-tub fusion but could have been a bit cleaner.

• connie (8/5): - Kyoto er flott by,med masse kultur og andre opplevelser. Hotellet var flott, og låg bra til, kort vei til sentrum.

La stanza non era molto pulita, infatti c'erano capelli negli angoli delle stanze e la carta da parati era danneggiata e macchiata in alcuni punti. Le prese elettriche erano posizionate in punti scomodi, come ad esempio in mezzo al letto. Avevamo prenotato la stanza con vasca idromassaggio all'esterno, ma non siamo riusciti ad usarla..fuori nel terrazzo c'era un caldo pazzesco dato forse dagli sfiati dell'aria condizionata. Forse va bene per chi ci va d'inverno! Inoltre il muro esterno era sporco e con muschio che scendeva. Inoltre la struttura si trova abbastanza distante dalle principali attrazioni della città in quanto si trova in zona stazione.
