• Patricia (10/5): Great place to stay! - Great place to stay, Lily the property manager is amazing, very helpful and accommodating. 1 bdrm apt is spacious and comfortable, nice pool area excellent Wi-Fi, easy parking. Rental car is a must.
• Valerie (4/5): Would never stay here again - I was coming to this property from another one. And when I was in communication back in October, the host asked me what time I would be there and she said I could check in as early as 1 o’clock. I text her on December 30 to ask if that was still OK, with no response. When I arrived to check in, there was no one on property. And when I text, I was told that I would not be able to check in until 230. A gentleman did come in about 140, and he did “upgrade“ my room for the miscommunication. But I would’ve hated to see the original room. Because it soon as I walked in, it just smelled musty. It was extremely clean, and I do appreciate the upgrade. But luckily, I had a candle with me for the smell, and the bed was extremely hard. I had to move the microwave on the shelf to an angle for the cord to be able to plug-in. There was also no one on property when it was time for me to check out, so just had to leave my key in the room.
• Tswana (10/5): - Kudawecha apartments, was well located between O'stad and Noord. A quiet and relaxing location after a busy day of routing around the lovely Island of Aruba. The staff was very pleasant and on point with communicating the necessary information with regards to our accommodation. We had a late arrival check in and the staff was readily available to welcome us on the propert, we felt quit satisfied. The apartment was nice and comfortable. We definitely recommend staying for traveling on a budget and feeling at home away from home with an accomodating kitchen. We enjoyed our stay at Kudawecha.
• Sean (8/5): - I found the staff extremely friendly and honest and very helpfull. Room was very clean and quiet. Bed was a bit tired but was usable. Only issue i had mostly because i was unfamiliar with the area was i needed to rent a car to be able to get to the beach and shopping and dining areas. I would definitely stay there again very affordable and a way better property than i expected booking it.
• Ted (4/5): Less than desirable - Three issues: 1. No hot water, ever. It's simply not provided. 2. Street noise particularly for rooms near the street. 3. Noise from other rooms went on into the night.

Clean, friendly, free parking, nice linens, lovely pool area, and all maintained by a great property manager. Very friendly and efficient housekeeper. She even does your laundry right on the premises.

• J.R.H. (8/5): 7 - Compact en eenvoudig Appartement. Is schoon en wordt goed onderhouden. Ze staan vrij dicht bij elkaar waardoor er weinig privé ruimte buiten is. Het raam is voorzien van draadglas waardoor zicht naar buiten moeilijk is. We zijn 3 weken te gast geweest en hebben ons ding kunnen doen. De receptie is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We kijken we terug naar een prettig verblijf.
