- Josip (10/5): Everything you need for Belfast stay - Just as title says... Central (botanical garden, may good cafes etc)clean and lovely service! Will come again when in Belfast
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This felt more like staying in a family home than a hotel, really well run! The staff member looking after guests was wonderfully friendly, and was very careful to ensure I had everything I could possibly need. Would definitely stay here again, it was a fabulous experience
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good location, comfortable bed, clean overall and well managed.
- Dearbhaile (10/5): Great value - Great hospitality and really comfortable room. OYO were able to accommodate me at short notice and I had a relaxing sleep in the spacious room. Clean, well heated and good shower. Breakfast good.
- Anthony (8/5): Cheap & Cheerful Belfast Guesthouse! - Discreetly located on a leafy street in a nice part of Belfast only 15/20 minutes by car to the city centre. It’s a large house converted to single room b&bs. It’s not luxury by any standard but is very comfortable and convenient for a few nights stay, safe and has free, unrestricted parking.
We went during the lockdown period so imagine it will be different when this is lifted. The owners provided a light continental breakfast for us which was nice.
Rooms clean and warm, showers work well and bed is comfy. What more do you need?
- King Wei (10/5): Covid safe and nice and comfortable - Accommodation was super clean in a real central location. I loved everything about it. Just wished there was more of a hot breakfast with the social distancing rules
- patrick (10/5): - Highly recommend. Good location parking outside. Fabulous breakfast
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The proprietors were wonderful, attentive, and gracious. I would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast!
- Karen (8/5): Wedding guest - Small room wooden floor made walking a problem as shoes loud on floor
- Ian (6/5): Not Happy - Very average and not worth anything like the £117 one night charge. ‘The Gregory’ across the road much better and £40 less. Also, whilst I have nothing against them, the proprietors are muslim and therefore, the ‘Ulster fry’ has no proper bacon or sausage and if this had been pointed out in the description, I would have opted for somewhere else.
- David (10/5): Lovely and Friendly - Comfortable and clean house with very pleasant staff. A lot of rules to follow (no alcohol on the premises being 1) but that was the only gripe. I would recommend this Guest House to everyone...unless they enjoy a glass of wine before bed.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Lovely place and Diana and her team were very helpful and kind. Just felt a bit of pressure with check-in, since there is no reception and you need to get to the property by 2:00PM for easy check-in. Breakfast + hospitality = brilliant!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Every thing was fantastic had a problem with room and were moved without any hastle
- Michael (8/5): Room with a view - Good value - Belfast seems expensive
Excellent breakfast
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Positives: friendly host, comfortable bed and nice shower.
Negatives: The place was cold; heat wasn’t working one evening, but when we informed the host it was fixed later.
Also, the place was locked and the host wasn’t there when we tried to check in. When we called it seemed the host wasn’t expecting us and we had to wait 15 minutes outside in the cold and rain while she came to let us in.
- Jane (10/5): - Very good value for money - clean, tidy, good location, lovely breakfast, friendly, helpful people running guest house.
- kelly (10/5): Homely friendly staff - Food was good nice and clean very friendly rooms nice and homely would defo b back
- Verified traveler (2/5): Don’t stay here - Already stated daylight robbery
Awful in almost every way
The only plus was the young girl who served breakfast (breakfast was pathetic) was very friendly and efficient
- LISBETH (8/5): - excellent for the city . comfortable room breakfast a little sparse
