Sergei (4/5): I hate leaving bad reviews, but calling this place 4 stars just isn’t fair to fellow travelers. - The staff is nice and friendly, the location is very good Everything was neat but over basic. My room was on the ground floor, with windows facing a common neighborhood area — right next to a busy bench, practically at bed level. It was a fully immersive experience. I had to keep the curtains shut the whole time, which basically turned the place into a cave.

Entering the hotel is done with a secret number and the entry procedures are online. Registration. There is no sister at the reception and there is no key to the room with a secret number. Honestly, it is an enjoyable experience.

Julia (9/5): Nice, small, clean and centrally located hotel - Very well located cozy little hotel right next to the market Vernissage where you can buy souvenirs and a lot of other stuff too ;) staff was very friendly, our room was nice and clean, we only had one small blanket for 2 people but another blanket was immediately provided after we asked. There‘s also free coffee and tea all day round which is also a nice to have. They‘ll also arrange an airport transfer if needed which is reasonably priced. All in all, recommendation! Maybe the location of the room on the ground floor and only a small window to open but as we only spent our time in the room for sleeping, it was ok.

Gayane (6/5): The stay that felt more like a budget hotel than a 4-star one. - While the staff was friendly and helpful, the overall atmosphere and facilities fell short of what was promised for a 4-star hotel. The images online depicted a much more luxurious experience, which was misleading. The hotel is situated on the first floor of a building with only five or six rooms, making it feel more like a motel or dormitory than a proper hotel. The lack of security was concerning, especially considering it was marketed as a 4-star property. The doors were extremely thin, resembling indoor residential doors, and provided little soundproofing. You could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy my stay. Though the location is excellent, I would not recommend this hotel to those seeking the comfort and quality typically associated with a 4-star establishment.

I suppose Yerevan has become too expensive and I don't like inoperability of Mir card of course, but it's not problem of hotel of course)

It’s wonderfully located opposite the Vernissage market and a 5 minute walk to Republic Square and museums and galleries. The room is spacious, light, huge bed is comfortable with lively sheets. When I arrived I was offered a bowl of fresh fruits and tea or coffee. The staff are all fabulous- English speaking, friendly, generous and helpful great restaurants close by. It really is exceptional and great value for money Leaving it - I wanted to stay longer!

Raymond (10/5): Very nice! A great place to stay if you want to see the Vernissage and Republic Square. - While the location is excellent I think the staff were the best part of the hotel! Everyone was very friendly, knew excellent English, and I was even able to check into my room early! Upon checking out, they allowed us to store our bags there for some extra time as well, while we explored the Vernissage. The only possible complaint I could have was that my hotel room was pretty much that my room was located right next to the lobby, and that I could hear pretty much everything at the front desk. Not a huge deal because it was quiet during the most important parts (sleeping) but I can see some other travelers getting very upset at this.
