Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (10/5): - hope to be back at the hotel next time visit in baguio again .. thank you hotel veniz session
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location.
- Rosalinda (8/5): alue for money - The hotel was fine for business travellers. You have everything you need.
- ChrisC (8/5): - The area was pretty accessible to most establishments. Reception was on the 4th level of the building.
- Verified traveler (6/5): A place to stay along Session Road - Good: nice location, place looks new.
Not so good: our room is located in the middle of the floor so there is no window outside. I have to ask for a hand towel after they clean the room.
- Thess (8/5): - Not too bad for the price for a queen bed room but bathroom and towels needs to be upgraded.
Staff are friendly and accommodating.
Thank you!
- Ems (10/5): - Best location.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Not so flexible checking in. They would literally ask you to wait for 2pm even if all is in place. Good location for quick visits.
I’d just wish they’d be more lenient with check in/check out time. No smoking area
- Eric (8/5): Weekend in Baguio - Good stay. Convenient location.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - very accessible, clean amenities and nice staff
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Hotel Staffs- We stayed from January 27 to January 30. Front Desk staffs on duty the day we checked-in was not approachable and did not had time to welcome us with a sweet smile or greet us a pleasant or good morning. Looks like these staffs does not like what they are doing or let say they having a bad time with so many guests. (Worst experienced ever from the hotel I've stayed in)
Special Mention to Roma, I think she's the only one who has a good attitude, very approachable and accomodating to our request.
Special Mention also to the friendly House Cleaning Staffs and those personnels assigned at the conference area's breakfast. Kudos for the delicious breakfast meals.
Rooms - We have booked 2 rooms, one superior twin room and one superior room with 2 queen size bed.
The rooms are okay, no special about it. They are clean.
Room 412 does not have a wifi connection so they transferred us to Room 623 which has no refrigirator and damaged shower head.
Water heater is working, blower is working, airconditioner is working but they forgot to give us the remote control.
Television is working and electrical sockets are all working.
Towels are clean and complete.
Very few hangers in the cabinet.
No welcome drink or bottled water given.
You need to deposit 500 pesos as security fee.
Wifi is fast but not high speed.
Location - Good location. Situated along session road where all restaurants/fast foods, tiangge and night life are located.
Breakfast - Superb! Not buffet style
- Eric (10/5): - Located in the center of Baguio. Near tourist spots of the city. Nice experience.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great hotel facility on a budget price! We even had extra pillows for our stay free of charge! Free Baggage storage is very helpful! Will be back! Highly recommended!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Place is ok
- Verified traveler (6/5): - You can hea
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The location is smack bang in the center of the city, perfect
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Accessible to every thing ,close to the park, restaurant and shopping center
- James (8/5): - Nice hotel rooms, great location, very busy when we went but staff were still very efficient.
- Mary-Ann (8/5): - It was an excellent stay. Need to have a late check out and it was easy. Maybe put fridge in rooms since sometimes we need it for stay.
- RenzoJaz (10/5): - Very accomodating staff, they are also very nice to the guest
- Kathrine Gay (6/5): Best Location but not the best hotel. - It was a major thumbs down when almost all the guest checking in for the day are asked to wait for 2pm check in all at the same time, like the housekeeping cleans the room and finishes it all exactly at 2pm. The lobby is not big enough to accommodate everyone which leads to chaos of tired, sleep deprived guests waiting to be accommodated. Also the hallways smells like comfort room and the floor is not clean. While the room is clean enough, i wish it had more sound proofing.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It is in the center of baguio. Walking distance to both the night market and sm baguio.
- Juvy (4/5): - The aircon is damaged to hot, nid to repaint the room and to small. They dont give us cups for coffee. The breakfast is mcdonalds but in thier website its buffet at the hotel.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - location very nice and affordable BUT room 406 has no window and the air condition was window type and not functioning well even after we reported the problem was not solved, the room needs renovation with cracks and paint peeling off, desk chair seat torn
- Terry (4/5): - The cleaning staff seemed to be hanging out in the halls the whole day and were extremely loud and disrespectful. Even after calling the lobby and reporting the problem there was no change.
- RJ (8/5): - The property is clean though the room seems small. The only bad thing i can say about the rooms is it has a bad coverage with phone reception. I had to go out of the room to the hallway/veranda to make a phone call. I had asked the front desk if it is normal and said yes. Other than thaT, it was an overall good experience
- Verified traveler (8/5): - location is good
- Alyssa (6/5): Hotel Veniz Session 11-01 - It wasn’t so good because of the dirty aircon and the not so cold room. We were sweating because it was hot.
- Bi (8/5): - Toilet bowl is clogged
- KATLYN JOYCE (10/5): Superb experience and quite near to all! - It was awesome. This was our second-time stay at Hotel Veniz Session. My husband and I chose to have our honeymoon there for it's really cozy and accessible to everything we need!
- Rey (6/5): - We were booked on a superior room with 2 double beds but the room has no window and it feels like you are in a prison cell. Requested another room but had to pay extra to get a room with window.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It’s quiet and the staff are so accomodating.
- A K (8/5): Average - Nice hotel, but customer service can learn to be friendlier without any prejudice
- Astra (6/5): -
Found a cockroach crawling in the wall on our 1st fay of stay
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The location is very convinient
- Verified traveler (10/5): - First, I love the location. Second, the room is spacious enough to move and stack stuffs we bought. Third, the room in general is clean. What stands out is the excellent service of all the staff.
- Grazie (4/5): - no one to help us at the first floor. walls were thin. was noisy in the room. not relaxing
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Well it just like because of the brownout and the construction but it’s good!
- Verified traveler (4/5): Great location but - The location is excellent coz you can explore the city by walking from the hotel. But they were cleaning out on the hallway way until 11 at night and there were children running in the hallway even at midnight and management didn't do anything about it. Also, as early as 8 AM, you can hear the workers talking on their loud walkie talkies like they are making announcements inside your room.
- Agnes (8/5): - Only towels were changed but not the beddings. Still, the hotel immediately acted on our problem with the AC and moved us to a better room.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Location. The hotel is walking distance to the mall and restaurants
- Victoria (6/5): - Our cab driver got confused and dropped us off at the other Hotel Veniz.down the road .Had to walk with luggage uphill to get to the right one.
The a/c seemed set at 17C but it felt more like 20 C. Not a big fan of McDonalds in the first place so the breakfast vouchers were not impressive plus the lineups and the long wait for service at the McDonalds did not help improve our mood.
- Jo (8/5): - Great staff, always willing to help.
- Pauline (10/5): - All clean and all good. Nearby to must visit spots in Baguio.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I like how they accommodated our noted request for a quiet room. I didn't like that we didn't have a window to enjoy the view.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Location,easy access
Approachable staff
Amenities
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Staff helpful & courteous
Near good places to eat
Very clean
- Verified traveler (10/5): - overall amenities,, the room is very comfortable and clean.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Location is good, price was reasonable. Only one sheet (bottom sheet and duvet with no topsheet) on the bed and was charged for more. Room had no windows, only one access card per room so my girlfriend and I had to share. Just unnecessary cheapness that got in the way of a good customer service and a positive experience....
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Veniz. It’s cleaned and it’s in the heart of the city, accessible to Restaurants and Shopping. Very nice! I recommend it to my friends, I will definitely would like to come back .
