• Celso (8/5): - Es lo que prometen, limpio, agradable, sabanas de diganos buena calidad pero si te toca del lado de la avenida hay ruidos de autos y camiones el único problema fue que no salio agua caliente pero fuera de eso la ubicacion muy buena, si lo recomiendo.
• LAURA (2/5): - Muy mala experiencia. Cuando llegamos a las suites le dan a firmar un reglamento con muchas condiciones que no están en la página. Las amenidades de baño incluyendo el papel higiénico solo los dan al ingresar, si necesitas más lo tienes que comprar tú. Reglas de la ropa de cama, toallas que no están en la página. Lo peor fue que como a las 11 pm hablaron al teléfono de la habitación diciendo que era la AFI y 5 segundos después estaban tocan a la puerta diciendo lo mismo que era la AFI, no abrimos pero al hablar con el vigilante dijo que no había sido cierto, que era un repartidor de pizza y que él lo dejó entrar demostrando claramente que no hay protocolo de seguridad. Había muchos extranjeros en las demás suites, haciendo muchos movimientos y ruidos, fumando y causa un ambiente hostil. No lo recomiendo para nada

• Tony (8/5): - Las Suites Melchor Ocampo son una buena opción de costo accesible para estancia en una zona céntrica de la Ciudad de México. Las instalaciones de la habitación están en buenas condiciones, se ve que hay mantenimiento. La limpieza bien en general. Solo son un poco restrictivos en cuanto a papel de baño y jabón pero fuera de eso vale la pena por las condiciones de la habitación, la ubicación de la propiedad y el costo.

• Alan (2/5): - There isn't anyone that speaks English. So, you may run into trouble checking in, opening the garage to park your car, and communicating with housekeeping. The bathroom handle in my room also didn't work and it would lock you inside, when closing the door. The person at the front desk taped the lock on the door, so it wouldn't close fully. The kitchen came with utensils and plates for you to use. I wouldn't recommend using the pots and pans in the room, as it was scratched like, someone used metal to cook with. After staying for two weeks, you'll notice all your belongings will smell like the room (mold, humidity). After staying for a couple days, I had a terrible cough from the smell alone. The shower drain and the bathroom sink has to be plugged, when not in use, to prevent a nasty sewer smell from coming into your room. Although, the room wasn't facing the street, the street noise was still noisy, even with the windows closed. TV is old and has limited channels, portable fan didn't work, bathroom exhaust fan doesn't work, as the steam in the bathroom never fully goes away. Very hard to sleep in, because housekeeping will constantly buzz you every morning. They do not have "do not disturb/ clean room" placards for your room door, to prevent this. Floors are still dirty, even when they sweep/mop them everyday. If you come back to the room past 12am, expect to wait outside for some time, until you can wake them up at the desk, to let you in.

• ALVARO ENRIQUE (6/5): Comentarios importantes - A la llegada nos informaron que solo por la llegada daban jabón y shampoo, pero que el resto de los días de estancia cada huésped debe comprar esos productos de higiene personal. Dieron demasiada información de reglamentos y políticas internas que abrumó tanto y que ademas dicha información no venía en la pagina de internet al momento de hacer la reservación.

La suite esta muy bien acondicionada, limpieza todos los días, silenciosa, la gente que trabaja muy amable sobre todo el señor Luis que siempre esta pendiente, me gisto y estoy segura de volver

Cama horrible colchones en pésimo estado pedimos cambio de habitación y nadie respondió, se aviso a la administradora a través del guardia por que nadie de administración estaba disponible y no hubo respuesta nos tuvimos que ir a un hotel. Solicitamos reembolso ya que solo estuvimos una noche de las cuatro pagadas y la propiedad se negó a reembolsar. Expedía sin hacer nada por sus suscriptores solo me dijeron que la propiedad se negó a responder. Ojo también con Expedía, jamas volveré y nunca recomendaré esta propiedad.

• Lizzeth (10/5): - La suite muy cómoda y tranquila, tiene un abanico y es suficiente para el clima, la cama cómoda aunque muchas almohadas pero un poco duras, de 4 días solo fueron a hacer el servicio un día y otro, abrieron la puerta cuando yo estaba ahí y me molesto mucho, me pareció muy irrespetuoso. Te hacen firmar una hoja donde cobran si manchas o ensucias cualquier cosa, y al llegar estaba la colcha sucia de grasa y otras manchas rojas. Por otra parte los guardias muy amables y serviciales. Excelente ubicación y muy seguro

• Reynol (6/5): Es una lástima que por la administración. - La actitud y la atención de la administradora de la propiedad es pésima, necesitas hablar con ella para aclarar alguna situación, nunca está disponible, ni acude aún la cites, pone sus horarios qué son después de hacer sus actividades personales, no hay empatia ni atención, por todo lo demás los vigilantes excelentes personas muy atentos y tratan de apoyar en todo en medida de sus posibilidades y límites. Es una pena tener una administradora poco Empatica, mándenla a unos cursos de calidad y atención al cliente. Te pelea desde una botella de agua hasta el papel de baño.
• Reynol (8/5): Pésima administradora - Me proporcionaron una habitación con cama matrimonial y pedí Queen, la administración nunca llegó, solo indico que si quería otra tendría que pagar extra, y nunca llego a cobrar, mando un link para pagar, estuvo en la propiedad y no dio la cara para demostrar que la cama era Queen, solo se apego a que se le pagará.

Hicimos nuestro recorrido a pie. Lo único que no estuvo tan padre es que un rollo de papel higiénico te tiene que durar dos días y no te lo ponen nuevo, pero fuera de eso estuvo maravillosa! • dallas (6/5): Meh, there’s better in CDMX - Place is kind of messy and weird. They make you check out a remote control whether or not you’re going to use the tele(which I was not) and when I left my room card upstairs they made me go back and get it like it was 1998. Also, they never refilled any products like conditioner or shower gel.(even though I put the empty ones in the sink) I stay in Mexico City a lot and love these kinds of Suites but this one was below par. The good parts were bed and room were nice.

Inventó que los fines de semana no reciben pagos con tarjeta y me mandó a buscar un cajero a las 10 de la noche. Nefasto el hombre, grosero, imponiendo condiciones de lo más ridículas. La distribución del cuarto está fatal, el colchón está chueco y llegan fuertes olores a cigarro. El techo se está cayendo, es de paneles y da mucha desconfianza. No son capaces ni de dejarte un agua para los días posteriores a la llegada.

• georgina (10/5): - La estancia fue de lo más tranquila. El primer día que llegué a la ciudad con mi mamá llegamos con maletas, lo que nos dificultaba andar por los alrededores. Marqué para preguntar si podía dejarles las maletas antes del check in y sin problemas me las recibieron. Ambos guardias fueron muy amables durante la estancia. La habitación muy cómoda y con lo necesario. No hay aire acondicionado, pero no fue necesario, no había ni frío ni calor. Había agua caliente y fría. En lo personal, a pesar de que mi habitación estuvo dando a la avenida, no escuché tanto el tráfico (pero tampoco soy muy sensible a los ruidos). Definitivamente regresariamos.

• Douglas (8/5): Great room for the lower prices room rates. - The hotel/apartment type of hotel that is in an older building. They have their own covered parking if you rent a car, rooms are clean and towels replaced every 2 days and sheets replaced every 5 days, and daily cleaned in kitchen, bathroom, and bed was made. All staff is Spanish speaking only and they are very customer service oriented and very nice. The hotel backs up to a very busy highway and a lot of traffic noise 24 hours a day. The price was perfect, used the kitchen daily, and had no real problems or issues during the entire stay. Small elevator but very easy access for most handicapped people.

With a 24 hour door man, parking garage and elevator it felt as though we were in a good apartment building. Try taking a rental bike on a spin through the park. you won’t regret it. Downside? Super loud because of it’s proximity to a main arterial road/highway. No AC either…

Cons: The handle to the toilet broke off as soon as we arrived and the toilet was leaking on the floor. The security man said that it was fine earlier and that if there had been a problem the previous tenants would have reported it. He then called the property manager and told me she said to send her a message through Expedia... They did come fix the handle the next day. A lot of noise from the street, trucks going by all night,

• DF (8/5): - This is an apt hotel near Chapultepec Park and near the beginning of Reforma. The nearest subway station is Chapultepec. My apt was lovely with only one flaw. It had a kitchen with fridge, sink, microwave, 2 burner stove, coffee maker, minimal pots, a tiny table set for 2. It also had a television. It looked like the photos. It was funny that even locals could not direct me to it. I went into a local restaurant and the staff consulted with each other until a young man explained it is next door! The only flaw is that I could not get enough fresh air in the room

(8/5): Ok hotel great location - The hotel was ok for the price but they give you limited toilet paper, soap and other toiletries, when you ask for more they say they don´t have any more. The location is great considering that for the price you won’t be able to find a hotel in that area.
