• Yana (10/5): A truly delightful stay lost amidst of Brecon Beacons paradise - Paul and Sarah were so hospitable and outgoing that it made me think I was staying at a relatives' place. I probably had the best room in the house, light, spacious and perfectly comfortable to relax after day-time hiking adventures. Lovely breakfast with a hillside view. Sheep singing baa-lullabys in the twighlight. A truly delightful stay lost amidst of Brecon Beacons paradise just the fact my stay was too short ;)

• Hugh (10/5): A Welsh gem - Sarah & Paul were amazing hosts, and the views from the farm are unmatched. The room was really well presented and comfortable, and the breakfasts were great. A packed lunch was provided too for my hike up Sugarloaf, and the Welsh cakes were second to none. Really helpful recommendations for eating out, and anything you needed was no trouble at all. I've travelled all over the world, and you'd be hard pushed to find a warmer welcome!
• Leighton (9/5): Lovely B & B. Would thoroughly recommend. - We had a really warm welcome from Paul and Sarah. They are delightful hosts. Delicious breakfast, comfortable bed, great views, perfect for walking up hills like Sugar Loaf. There are other rooms in the house that are used for B and B and another time we might ask about that. The room was spotless and lovely but even if you aren't particularly tall it is hard to use the toilet upright under the eaves.

The hosts were so nice and welcoming, they really made us feel at ease and at home. We followed their recommendations for places to eat and everything they recommended was fantastic! The breakfasts were also exceptional. There was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom, which was fine because we had accidentally bought some with us - we did think it was unclear whether this would have been provided.

Excellent room, good shower, most beautiful location, perfect weather and the owner was a butcher, thus I had the best full English (sorry, full Welsh) of my complete trip around Wales. • Paul (10/5): Celyn Farm House Hide Away. Great Stay - Celyn Farm House B&B is owned and run by hosts Paul and Sarah. They are extremely welcoming and attentive to satisfy the needs of their guests. Breakfast was incredible. It's tucked away in the wonderful Black Mountain hills. Our room was very clean tidy and cozy. Great Views ... Nothing to mention.
• Brittany (9/5): Cozy and Hospitable - Paul and Sarah were kind and accommodating. Our room was private and very clean. Breakfast was nice too. The location of Celyn Farm was fun to drive into. I wish I had more time to stay longer and hike the nearby trails. Hopefully I will return one day!

De kamer bevindt zich onder het dak. Omwille van veel schuine wanden stootte je je hoofd dikwijls. De badkamer is erg klein, met schuine wanden en piepkleine lavabo. Geen mogelijkheid om handdoeken te drogen omdat radiators niet werken.

• Debbie (10/5): Super peaceful stay in the heart of Brecon Beacons - Really enjoyed our two night stay. Amazing breakfast and hosts. Super peaceful and beautiful surroundings in the middle of the countryside. Will definetely be back if we visit Brecon Beacons again.

• Evangeline (10/5): The perfect farm stay - The hosts Paul, Sarah, and their boys were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They made us feel right at home and gave us some great recommendations on what to see and do. The house was beautifully kept, comfortable, and have everything that you need. The bath was perfect after a big day hiking Sugarloaf Mountain (which the property overlooks) and the bed super comfortable. We loved how remote the place felt and enjoyed driving or hiking the local area to explore. A very serene getaway if you’re needing to escape the city! Nothing - it was fantastic.

The only thing that can be said is the single track roads to get there can be tricky, but that’s what you expect for a remote countryside getaway.

Breakfast was good, choice was what you'd generally expect, water & tea/coffee in the room. Window in our bathroom wouldn't open & the tv didn't work sadly. We were treated warmly by the owners father in law who was delightful, but would have liked a welcome from the owners later on, as we didn't quite know where to go to address the window & tv issues.

• Tim T66 (10/5): A beautifully located, peaceful and welcoming stay - Our stay was almost like going to stay at a friend's house. Sarah was great with communication and responded quickly to any requests; the greeting was personal and the farmhouse was lovely, with great views over their farm and the valley beyond. The Welsh cooked breakfast was lovely, with local produce freshly prepared and a shared table to chat with other guests Our room was in the top of the house, with sloped ceilings. As I'm quite tall, I repeatedly banged my head on ceilings and the windows when opened for ventilation. The shower proved a bit "lively" as the heater was intermittent and alternated a nice temperature with unheated cold water

We stayed in the top room, and it was very warm, partly due to the unusually hot weather. This didn't spoil our enjoyment. The rooms weren't very large, but they were nicely furnished, clean, and tidy. We could use the terrace with its beautiful view whenever we wanted. The well-prepared breakfast was excellent and homely. We could even charge our car! The road to the location was very narrow, but after a few tries, we got used to it. • Greg (8/5): Great people, great location, be sure the weather suits. - The nicest people you'll meet as hosts. The view was picture postcard perfect. Food was delicious. No air conditioning, slightly cramped bathroom.

Everything spotlessly clean and the front room can be used by guests which was a nice bonus. Maybe a small fridge in the room would help as quite far from any supplies. The check in is a little late (5pm).
