- Yana (10/5): A truly delightful stay lost amidst of Brecon Beacons paradise - Paul and Sarah were so hospitable and outgoing that it made me think I was staying at a relatives' place. I probably had the best room in the house, light, spacious and perfectly comfortable to relax after day-time hiking adventures. Lovely breakfast with a hillside view. Sheep singing baa-lullabys in the twighlight. A truly delightful stay lost amidst of Brecon Beacons paradise just the fact my stay was too short ;)

- Kelly (10/5): - Bit hard to find but worth the effort and great hosts and nice room
- Hugh (10/5): A Welsh gem - Sarah & Paul were amazing hosts, and the views from the farm are unmatched. The room was really well presented and comfortable, and the breakfasts were great. A packed lunch was provided too for my hike up Sugarloaf, and the Welsh cakes were second to none. Really helpful recommendations for eating out, and anything you needed was no trouble at all. I've travelled all over the world, and you'd be hard pushed to find a warmer welcome!
- Leighton (9/5): Lovely B & B. Would thoroughly recommend. - We had a really warm welcome from Paul and Sarah. They are delightful hosts. Delicious breakfast, comfortable bed, great views, perfect for walking up hills like Sugar Loaf. There are other rooms in the house that are used for B and B and another time we might ask about that. The room was spotless and lovely but even if you aren't particularly tall it is hard to use the toilet upright under the eaves.

- Isobel (10/5): Beautiful, relaxing, comfortable. - The room was super comfortable and the views from both sides were beautiful. The hosts were so nice and welcoming, they really made us feel at ease and at home. We followed their recommendations for places to eat and everything they recommended was fantastic! The breakfasts were also exceptional. There was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom, which was fine because we had accidentally bought some with us - we did think it was unclear whether this would have been provided.
- Graham (10/5): - From the moment we arrived,we felt very welcombed and at home, friendly staff, amazing facilities. N/A

- Sally (10/5): Lovely B&B, Paul and Sarah were lovely too and the breakfasts were delicious - thank you again. -
- Sara (10/5): - Most beautiful property and pristine home with lovely breakfast and hosts.
- Grob (10/5): 11 out of 10 experience! - 11/10 experience. Excellent room, good shower, most beautiful location, perfect weather and the owner was a butcher, thus I had the best full English (sorry, full Welsh) of my complete trip around Wales. Would 100% recommend! Sarah too, is delightful and very accommodating. Nothing disappointed me during this stay.
- Toni235 (10/5): - Sarah was so welcoming and helpful, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay. Also a great breakfast, thank you!
- Traditional Verandah (9/5): -
- Daniel (10/5): exceptional, leading the way in great service - what a memorable trip that started and finale'd with this wonderful and friendly B&B;
clean and tidy with very friendly owners who went out of their way to accommodate requests outside of the remit of any other accommodation; we were made to feel most welcome to immaculate rooms and spacious guest lounge and breakfast room over looking the 'Sugar Loaf' the breakfast offering was both plentiful and perfectly cooked, set in a remote and relaxing location accessible by cars and mini busses.
thank you so much.

- Paul (10/5): Celyn Farm House Hide Away. Great Stay - Celyn Farm House B&B is owned and run by hosts Paul and Sarah. They are extremely welcoming and attentive to satisfy the needs of their guests. Breakfast was incredible. It's tucked away in the wonderful Black Mountain hills. Our room was very clean tidy and cozy. Great Views ... Nothing to mention.
- Brittany (9/5): Cozy and Hospitable - Paul and Sarah were kind and accommodating. Our room was private and very clean. Breakfast was nice too. The location of Celyn Farm was fun to drive into. I wish I had more time to stay longer and hike the nearby trails. Hopefully I will return one day!
- Vera (7/5): Heel mooi gelegen logement, vriendelijke hosts, vers bereid ontbijt. Wel moeilijk bereikbare locatie - Heel vriendelijke hosts. Mooi uitzicht. Uitgebreid ontbijt.
- Diane (9/5): - Fantastic room and bathroom. Stunning views great service. Warm welcome Nothing
- Joel (8/5): -
- Susanne (10/5): -
- Debbie (10/5): Super peaceful stay in the heart of Brecon Beacons - Really enjoyed our two night stay. Amazing breakfast and hosts. Super peaceful and beautiful surroundings in the middle of the countryside. Will definetely be back if we visit Brecon Beacons again.
- Abigail (9/5): An idyllic spot for a short stay - Quiet, peaceful, lovely views, very tastefully presented, comfortable and clean. I had a bath and a shower, robes included.
Good coffee, nice breakfast with decent produce and friendly service. Truly everything was great.
- Henk (10/5): -
- emma (10/5): -
- Evangeline (10/5): The perfect farm stay - The hosts Paul, Sarah, and their boys were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They made us feel right at home and gave us some great recommendations on what to see and do. The house was beautifully kept, comfortable, and have everything that you need. The bath was perfect after a big day hiking Sugarloaf Mountain (which the property overlooks) and the bed super comfortable. We loved how remote the place felt and enjoyed driving or hiking the local area to explore. A very serene getaway if you’re needing to escape the city! Nothing - it was fantastic.
- Robert (10/5): - Fantastic location, the facilities are top notch, the couple that run the place are the friendliest and most accommodating, and the breakfasts were great. The only thing that can be said is the single track roads to get there can be tricky, but that’s what you expect for a remote countryside getaway.
- Glen (9/5): -
- Jane (8/5): Highly recommend - Wonderful location & delightful hosts.
Brilliant breakfast with quality meat from
www.meatconnect.co.uk.
Well done Paul - with help from his boys!
- Valerie (9/5): We will return - enough said! - Remoteness - quality - the views Not applicable
- Jurgen (10/5): - Paul and Sarah are great hosts. You feel very welcome in their fantastic home. The room is very spacious with all comfort. We loved the terras with a stunning view. It is 15-20 min drive to a restaurant but in return you get the amazing silence of the countryside. Nothing
- Lucy (10/5): - Our stay at The Celyn couldn't have been any better, the location is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, quiet, no light pollution and so good for your mind and body! Nothing to say here!
- Elizabeth (10/5): Very comfortable stay. - Very comfortable. Lovely owners. Fantastic view! N/A
- Colgan (10/5): Stunning location, amazing hosts - The hosts Paul and Sarah were wonderful, so welcoming, accommodating and friendly. They were super helpful and offered lots of recommendations for walks, food and sight seeing. We would definitely return. Nothing, everything was beyond expectation.
- Diane (10/5): We had a wonderful stay and left relaxed and refreshed. - The location was spectacular. The tiny wash basin in the shower room.
- Adam (10/5): Relaxing country retreat. - Location and garden with views of rolling hills. Hosts were extremely friendly and attentive and breakfast was delicious.
- Annette (10/5): - The room was very comfortable, clean and had wonderful views of the mountains. The bed was lovely and comfortable, and the breakfast was just superb. Although quite a treck around narrow winding lanes to get there...it was definitely worth it. Lovely family-run bed and breakfast...I would highly recommend it. (Stayed 2 nights - 25th and 26th July, 25).
- Ian (10/5): - Very welcoming Nothing
- Michaela (10/5): -
- Stephen (9/5): Would recommend - Beautiful dual aspect room with a fabulous view, well appointed, cosy & very clean. Breakfast was good, choice was what you'd generally expect, water & tea/coffee in the room. Window in our bathroom wouldn't open & the tv didn't work sadly. We were treated warmly by the owners father in law who was delightful, but would have liked a welcome from the owners later on, as we didn't quite know where to go to address the window & tv issues.
- Susan (10/5): - Lovely greeting on arrival. Felt very Homely. The breakfast was REALLY good! Thank you
- Fahad (9/5): -
- Claudia (10/5): - alles gut, sehr hilfsbereit.
Frühstück individuell und sehr gut
- Franky (9/5): -
- Tim T66 (10/5): A beautifully located, peaceful and welcoming stay - Our stay was almost like going to stay at a friend's house. Sarah was great with communication and responded quickly to any requests; the greeting was personal and the farmhouse was lovely, with great views over their farm and the valley beyond.
The Welsh cooked breakfast was lovely, with local produce freshly prepared and a shared table to chat with other guests Our room was in the top of the house, with sloped ceilings. As I'm quite tall, I repeatedly banged my head on ceilings and the windows when opened for ventilation.
The shower proved a bit "lively" as the heater was intermittent and alternated a nice temperature with unheated cold water
- Tianne (10/5): A wonderful stay with lovely hosts in stunning scenery. - The owners and staff were super-friendly and helpful going above and beyond for us.
The surroundings are stunning and the property was charming and very clean. N/A
- DickWenn (8/5): Great start of a fist visit to wales. - The owners are incredibly friendly. They welcome you and ensure you have a wonderful stay. We stayed in the top room, and it was very warm, partly due to the unusually hot weather. This didn't spoil our enjoyment. The rooms weren't very large, but they were nicely furnished, clean, and tidy. We could use the terrace with its beautiful view whenever we wanted. The well-prepared breakfast was excellent and homely. We could even charge our car! The road to the location was very narrow, but after a few tries, we got used to it. We would love to come back again. Thank you for this wonderful stay! The narrow roads
- Fiona (10/5): Perfect overnight stay - Super location with amazing views. Comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. Thanks it was excellent.
- Melissa (7/5): -
- Matty (10/5): - The location and scenery was amazing.
Lovely, quiet and tranquil. The hosts were very warm and welcoming and was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. Nothing. Everything about the stay was perfect.
- Leanne (10/5): -
- John (8/5): - Very well appointed, comfortable accommodation in a beautiful countryside location
- Jeff (10/5): - The hostess could not be more friendly and catered well for my gluten free needs. The location in Black Mountains is gorgeous but this results in no phone signal. We had the attic room which had low ceilings so will choose a different room next time.
- Stephan (9/5): Super B&B mit toller Ausstattung - Sehr abgelegen, aber das macht es aus. Großes, schönes Zimmer, bis ins Detail gut gemacht Etwas schwierig zu erreichen
- Abel (10/5): -
- Paul (8/5): - Breakfast excellent, view unsurpassable.
- Wendy (10/5): Sarah & Paul were perfect hosts, breakfast was cooked fresh by Paul every morning and cooked to perfection, thank yo - Stunning views and property was gorgeous
- Joanne (10/5): Sarah & Paul are lovely hosts, and Will was also a helpful, friendly little chap. I had a very early start one morni - Amazing location, beautiful room and made to feel at home Nothing to add here, it was exactly what I was hoping for
- Klaus (10/5): -
- Greg (8/5): Great people, great location, be sure the weather suits. - The nicest people you'll meet as hosts. The view was picture postcard perfect. Food was delicious. No air conditioning, slightly cramped bathroom.
- hannah (8/5): - The hosts were lovely and so welcoming.
The garden and views were beautiful. Really nice coffee at breakfast. Everything spotlessly clean and the front room can be used by guests which was a nice bonus. Maybe a small fridge in the room would help as quite far from any supplies.
The check in is a little late (5pm).
- Clare (8/5): - Very welcoming. Showed us around and supplied ice and glasses for a glass of wine on the patio. Stunning evening, sunny. Fabulous view. Interesting drive to local pub. We're used to driving on country lanes, this elevated it to a new level. Fun 😊.
- Roy (10/5): Great stay , lovely hosts. - Everything n/a
