• Fatima (3/5): très déçu par la literie, le bruit et la prise en compte des PMR - bien situé, pas très loin du centre -très bruyant : appartement situé sur une rue très passante 24h/24 -literie médiocre, très inconfortable -la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble ne s'ouvre pas complètement (moins de 45°) : impossible de faire passer notre fauteuil roulant! (nous devions lever la personne et plier le fauteuil pour pouvoir entrer dans l'immeuble)
• Mary (9/5): Wonderful apartment in the old part of the city with a great roof terrace. - Everything! Perfect location in the old town, easy to walk to everything. Apartment had everything we needed, lovely and cool temperature day and night and the roof terrace when we wanted sun. The place was spotless and the bed was comfy with extra pillows and blankets. The black out blinds meant we had a great nights sleep. The neighbourhood was very quiet. Easy check in with a door code and lock box for the key and a you-tube video sent on how to locate the box etc. Kitchen well equipped. Great book with information about the apartment also provided in the apartment. We saw no staff but the communication was excellent through the app. Nothing much. The TV didn't work but we didn't mind this. The pool on the roof terrace is very small but the pictures on the site are accurate. Its more like a cooling pool. Definitely too small to swim. Again this wasn't a problem for us. It was lovely to have an outdoor space in the heart of the city and private.

• Camille (8/5): - Logement très bien placé dans un quartier agréable et accessible, appartement dans l'ensemble confortable et bien équipé L'appartement dans lequel nous étions, au rez-de-chaussée, était cependant humide et très peu lumineux, ce que nous aurions aimé savoir avant de réserver

• Vanessa (8/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Verbesserungen - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr toll. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreicht man Sehenswürdigkeiten, Supermärkte und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und war sauber bei der Ankunft. Auch wurden bereits zwei Flaschen Wasser bereit gestellt, was sehr aufmerksam war. Der Zutritt war unkompliziert und die Wohnung war sogar schon vor 15 Uhr fertig, was sehr praktisch war. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und modern. Als Alleinreisende Frau war die Wohnung auch nachts sehr sicher und gut erreichbar und die Gegend machte einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind leider etwas hellhörig. Man wurde nachts leicht wach von den Geräuschen der Straße. Das Wlan funktionierte in meiner Wohnung leider nur bedingt gut. Auch kam kaum Tageslicht in die Wohnung (ich war in der Erdgeschoss Wohnung). Die Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlagen hatte leere Batterien. Es sind einige Kleinigkeiten die verbessert werden könnten aber im großen und Ganzen hatte ich einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Voor restaurants kun je ook lokaal gaan 200m westelijk in de wijk Alfalfa. -Kamer A2 tweede verdieing. Er is een mini- lift. Uitzicht door mooie ramen op dood gangetje. Het is er super stil wat heerlijk is. Elke ruimte heeft maar EEN lamp die VEEL te fel is:. Super ongezellig. Bedden goed en schoon. Badkamer ruim en schoon. 2 airco's doen het goed. Veel dingen zijn stuk. Voordeur gaat niet op slot. Koffiemachine voor cups zit dicht waarschijnlijk kalk. Kraan aanrecht hangt los. Koelkast legplanken kapot. Keukenstoel gammel. Afzuigkap incl lampje doet niks. Voor de IR kookplaat had een handleiding fijn geweest om hem van het slot te halen. De vaatwasser was SMERIG van binnen en stonk. Minimale keuken uitrusting. Bv geen kurkentrekker.(zouden ze komen brengen, nooit gezien. Zelf maar gekocht) Niet eens een potje zout peper olie enz. Verwacht men dat wij dat in de koffer hebben of inkopen voor 3 dagen? Wij hadden begane grond geboekt maar kregen een (duurder) appartement op 2de verd. voor zelfde geld. Dus ik klaag niet, deze opmerkingen zijn ook voor de verhuurder zodat hij hier iets aan kan doen. Hoewel ik dit betwijfel....ach, we hebben het leuk gehad hoor, maar dat kwam meer door de magnefiek mooie stad Sevilla als omschreven de vele defecten...

Un appartement vétuste vendu 8/10 sur Booking, l insonorisation était littéralement inexistante, Les coulures de climatisation sur les murs, un robinet dans la cuisine fuyant qui à littéralement inondé le plan de travail, une machine à café posé au sol car pas de prise sur le plan de travail de la cuisine et que dire des tasses absolument pas adaptées à cette dernière ! Les poubelles avec traces de rouille, les tiroirs défectueux dans la salle de et la chambre et une Vmc proche de la tondeuse à gazon ! La terrasse avec piscine où l' on peut faire ses courses aux mégots de cigarettes et les accessoires et produits d' entretiens absolument pas protégés ! Bref ..... Heureusement que la ville vaut vraiment le détour !

Garage included, 3 storeys, very - Great 3-storey appartment with a nice terrace on the top floor providing a great view over the Malaga from the hills to the sea. Appartment is well equipped, clean and spacy. It has also a garage. The location is great, just a few steps and you are in the straight city ceneter. Around 15 min to the beach. We would definitely recommend this flat and rent it again when in Malaga. Everything was fine.

• Rosa (8/5): Great apartment to stay - The apartment was very good, location was absolutely fantastic. They had a couple of nice details as chocolates and a few coffee capsules available on arrival that were great. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by, a few shops as well. We got to try some and were very good. Every thing was absolutely clean and they provided as well things to clean after yourself which, with a child, I really appreciate, and there was plenty of towels available. Nothing big but a few small things: I didn't like the remote of the AC kept loosing contact with the batteries and had to taken them off to use it every time. Everything available to cook but no salt? I'm not going to buy a 1kg for a few days, I understand no having any of the rest but salt that doesn't expire? Could have done with a two plug/extension around the coffee/microwave area. The cot had a broken side, which meant my toddler tried to climb it a couple of times without good results for anybody involved.

• Georgina (3/5): Muy mal mantenimiento y ni un seguimiento de la estada si tienes problemas, nadie contesta - Ubicación Nada más llegar uno de los aires acondicionados no funcionaba, aparte de varias cosas en mal estado,llamamos y nos dijeron que venían a repararlo. Nos hemos ido después de 5 días y no a aparecido nadie, además escribí varios mensajes al teléfono de incidencias y nos dijeron que vendrían o mirar que pasaba y no venían volví a contactar con ellos y después de 5 días nos hemos ido sin contestación y solución. La piscina el primer día tambien dimos aviso que la piscina estaba sucia y con algas, nos fuimos de el apartamento y seguía en muy malas condiciones.

• Angela (9/5): Genialmente bien - Estuvimos en la planta baja, un edificio muy tranquilo, justo enfrente de la Iglesia San Esteban, muy cerca del centro. Cocina independiente, bien cuidado todo, sencillo y acogedor. La cama muy cómoda, la climatización en habitación y sala de estar. Si tuviésemos que volver a Sevilla, buscaríamos el mismo emplazamiento. Lo único malo es que la ropa, debido al frío y la humedad del clima, no se secaba. Hubiera estado bien tener secadora. Por el resto todo perfecto.

I don't know how it'd be with 3 or 4 people

La cama de matrimonio muy cómoda. Piso grande y con todo equipamiento. Instrucciones precisas de acceso, sin problemas. Posibilidad de dejar las maletas el día de regreso en un almacén propio, gratuitamente, aunque un poco alejado del apartamento. Aviso a futuros huéspedes: LA PISCINA ES UN ENGAÑO. No hay piscina, es un pequeño jacuzzi que no funciona en una azotea con los toldos rotos y sin mantenimiento. El agua de la "piscina" era un atentado a la salubridad, sucia, habia todo tipo de restos.. todo tipo, en serio. Si va un inspector de sanidad les cae multa segura. Reservé este apto. por su piscina, aunque fuera pequeña, y no pudimos usarla, era insalubre. Antes de ir pregunté, viendo otras criticas, y me aseguraron que ya estaba en perfecto estado. Al ver cómo estaba escribí a la agencia para indicar el estado y ni contestaron, me hace suponer que saben que está mal y no lo cuidan, pero lo siguen publicitando para ganar clientes, como fue mi caso. En la cocina dejamos un trozo de pan y se llenó de hormigas. El sofá del salon muy sucio. Además, las camas del salón estaban sin hacer. Si vamos 4 personas lo normal es que estén hechas camas para 4.. aunque sea para no ver las manchas que tenía el colchón.. Y los mandos a distancia teniamos que cambiar las pilas de unos a otros. En resumen, sensación agridulce y un engaño la piscina.

• lorena (7/5): Buena ubicación - Muy buena ubicación, no ves a nadie funciona todo con claves de acceso. El apartamento era amplio y cómodo. La piscina y azotea, estaba abandonada, la piscina súper sucia no te podías bañar, las tumbonas estaban rotas y los toldos para el sol también, ese aspecto muy mal. Lo alquilamos con piscina para refrescarnos porque hacía mucho calor y no pudo ser. La fotos publicadas deben de ser el día que lo pusieron todo nuevo, pero nada que ver.

Demasiado longe onde deixar o lixo orgânico. Muito ruído de noite. Festas nos restantes andares. Piscina em dias de 44° como foram os nossos era impossível de fazermos uso dela, a água fervia. Exposta ao sol e de pequenas dimensões.

Bike share close by and not too far from train station. The terraces in Seville are just doors that open, but no room for a table and chairs. Be careful when exiting the building, as its on a narrow street with little tiny sidewalks.

• Helen (8/5): We had a great time! - The location was excellent - within easy walking distance of all the main points of interest. There was plenty of storage in the bedroom and lots of clean towels. The hot water was very hot! The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped except for mugs (only 2)! Lovely big TV and the WiFi was good most of the time! The apartment smelt damp on first entering and there is evidence of damp on the ceilings in the bathroom and bedroom including signs of mould. The rest of the apartment was very clean. There was no plug in the sink in the kitchen and the bathroom basin sink does not work. There were no washing machine capsules. (There were dish washer tablets, despite no dishwasher!)
