• Cienna (5/5): Nth much to say - I think it’s the newest hotel in linkou area, there’s not much options The lightings in the room are too dark, especially in the bathroom mirror, I couldn’t do my makeup at the daytime even I turn on all the lightings. The lightings of the bathroom is very important, I never been to any nice hotels which bathroom’s lightings is way too dark. For this reason, I don’t think I will stay in this hotel again.

• Tsai Yun (10/5): 可能中國跑習慣了，叫外賣會有機器人送。在這裡卻不行有點不習慣。 - 設備乾淨清潔 細節上不夠完整。上回是有個頭髮。 這次是白色的被子上有個銹痕。 而且剛好都是我媽媽看見的。 雖然我已經習慣國內環保規定，自己帶盥洗用具。可是我在其他國家的酒店辦入住時。 他們會詢問我有盥洗用具嗎？這點讓我覺得蠻貼心的。 其實最主要是在台灣酒店費用太高了，這樣的價錢我在國外別的城市可以生活半個月了。而且酒店設施不輸你們喜來登。 我相信你們是世界級的飯店，在各個城市應該有不同的規定以及往來的人士。 我是沒辦法去林口只有住你們家，其他的我住不慣。

• Nicholas (8/5): - I stayed here to be closer to the airport on the morning I left Taiwan. The hotel is within 20 minutes of the airport by train. There are a number of restaurants close by as well. The hotel is very clean and the staff were excellent. The entire hotel is poorly lit. The lighting is very dim everywhere, including the rooms. I thought there might be a dimmer switch to adjust the lighting but there isnt. I struggle seeing in low light conditions so perhaps it was more noticeable to me than others.

All the staffs we met are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for Front Desk staff that help to book early morning taxi to airport. Room is spacious and clean. Restaurant and Room Services closed when we checked in around 10pm. Unable to find restaurants that are opened at surrounding location. Fortunately Convenient Store is just few steps away.

• Marchelia (6/5): - The hotel is very convenient and walkable everywhere. The amenities, conditions and facilities are well taken care off. I have used the gym many times during my stayed. It does get little over crowded on certain days as there is only one bench press ( first comes first serve). There are more cardio machines in the gym, the pool is clean, there is a massage chair and a place for kids to play. There are many dining options and seems like most companies used this hotel for meetings or weddings. The hotel services are great and we have our rooms clean. The only downside is they do not focus on cleaning the back side of the toilet, there are dust and I find a can of beer in the back. I am not sure if the cleaner actually pay attention at those hiding spots to clean each room. Lucky there is no insects or anything, since Taiwan is different than any other countries when it comes to keeping things clean. Another downside it can be really loud during the day since it’s closer to the main street. Overall, we enjoy our stay and service. It was also easy to extended our stayed with them and the process were very quick.

• Yu Yan (8/5): Modern & spacious room opposite fr Linkou station - The Deluxe Twin room was spacious, even after we had a third bed arranged. The decor was modern. Room was very clean. Beddings were super soft. We walked to the Mitsui Outlets and had dinner there. Enjoyable to have had a stroll along the local streets for bubble tea as well. We stayed one night and headed to the Taoyuan airport the next morning. The train station was right across the street. Extremely convenient.
