Aber dadurch auch günstiger und wer gerne die Öffis nutzt ist in 30 min im Herzen von Rom!

• Manuel_P (9/5): Consigiiato - Juna è stata molto gentile e cordiale. La camera era molto accogliente, ordinata e molto pulita. Non mancava nulla. La camera era rivolta verso la strada e l' insonorizzazione non era il massimo.
• Mina (10/5): Odlično! - Jako uredan i čist apartman, udaljen od buke, ali vrlo dobro povezan sa gradom javnim gradskim prevozom. Ako bih opet dolazila u Rim, opet bih odsela u ovom apartmanu. Sve preporuke!
• Nomhle (8/5): Nice and comfortable. - The room was clean and comfortable. It's far from the center but it's close to the bus stops that are important. The check-in instructions were easy to follow. The kitchen area outside the room had all the necessities. The shower hot water didn't run out after a few minutes which was refreshing. I highly recommend it. I particularly appreciated the aircon which heated up the room when I felt cold. I wish there was a microwave to heat up food but they did have a stove.

Iki metro galima nueiti pėškute, bet užtruka apie 45 min., autobusas 545 važiuoja dažnai ir veža iki metro, su autobusu apie 5 min. Tai nėra minusas, bet gavom kitus apartamentus. Jie nenuvylė. Šeimininkė pasitiko, nors dar tvarkėsi, mes atvykome per anksti, leido pasidėti savo daiktus, už ką esame labai dėkingi. Galėjome vaikščioti po Romą netampant kuprinių, ir mėgautis atostogom.

• Alex (7/5): - We only stayed one night as a place to sleep after arriving in Rome. It was about a 20 minute walk to Tiburtina with baggage, there were some decent options for meals, and an awesome place for an espresso nearby. The area itself wasn’t incredible but was fine for a night.

• Susanne (9/5): Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen Rom-Kurztrip - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es gibt zwei verschiedene Haltestellen in der Nähe, von denen aus man schnell mit dem Bus zur nächsten Metro-Station kommt. Eine Bar und ein Restaurant sind direkt ums Eck. Der Self-Check-In hat reibungslos geklappt und der Gastgeber hat mehrmals nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Unser Zimmer lag in Richtung einer vielbefahrenen Straße, ist daher für geräuschempfindliche Personen nicht so gut geeignet.

• Asia (9/5): - Soggiorno fantastico, la camera davvero grande e accogliente, bagno pulito con tutto il necessario, stanza pulita, balconcino altrettanto grande con tavolino e sedie. Tra tutti i miei soggiorni a Roma in quasi 5 anni è stata sicuramente la migliore!

• Bonardo (6/5): - Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Apartment ist sehr günstig. Sehr sauber. Genug Kaffee und Tee in der Küche vorhanden. Handtücher stehen auch zur Verfügung. Fehlende Privatsphäre, da es sich um 3 Appartments handelt und die Küche ist ein Gemeinschaftsraum. Das Viertel ist nicht ansprechbar und extrem laut. Viel Verkehr. Man kann die Fenster nicht offen lassen, da es viel zu laut wäre. Man hört jede Kleinigkeit vom benachbarten Apartment und von den Wohnungen oberhalb, selbst in der Nacht ist es laut. Das Bett ist nicht mehr ganz intakt.

Estaba en una buena zona, cerca a la estación Tiburtina, lo que hacía muy fácil moverse por la ciudad. Todo estaba bien cuidado y con un ambiente muy agradable. ¡Nos sentimos muy a gusto durante la estancia! 🌸 Los pasillos exteriores estaban un poco sucios.

• Federica (9/5): Camera molto graziosa - Pulizia eccellente. Camera spaziosa e bel balconcino. Accoglienza virtuale, disponibilità e supporto dell'host fantastici. Posizione non centralissima: a una 20ina di minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Tiburtina, un po' "scomoda" la sera dato che i bus non passano troppo spesso.

• Ewelina (10/5): Clean, quiet and enjoyable - It’s comfortable and really clean, which is important to me. I really liked the location as well, because you can get to the historical center relatively quick, but you don’t have a whole crowd of tourists under your balcony the whole time. Plus there are a lot of cafeterias nearby in case you want to enjoy a breakfast. It was a bit cold, especially in the bathroom where there’s no ac. Also, having an access to a washing machine would be nice, but it’s just a suggestion for the future.

• Erida (10/5): - Our stay was wonderful! The apartment was very clean, tidy, and well taken care of. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully prepared. The host was amazing — she kindly let us leave our luggage at the apartment both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip so much easier. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The building is very close to a bus stop, which will take you to a metro station and from there you can get anywhere. The contact with the host was great. There’s air conditioning, towels, coffee/tea set. I can totally recommend!

Anche il bagno(privato, in camera) pulito e spazioso, la doccia in particolare. Disponibile la zona cucina in comune con tutto l'occorrente per fare colazione e cucinare. Anche frigorifero a disposizione degli ositi. Dispenser di acqua gratuita. In definitiva tutto bene, ienamente soddisfatti dell'alloggio e , se rapportato alla zona, qualità/prezzo ottimo.

I check-in è stato semplice e veloce, la camera era pulitissima, ampia e luminosa. Fuori dalla camera c'è un'area altrettanto pulita ed ordinata con tutto il necessario per un tè, un caffè, dell'acqua fresca ecc.

Shared kitchen facilities that is well signposted and clean. I have a theory: mediocre towels=great shower. Or its converse. This place lives up to that theory - lovely shower.

• Mansurstranger (10/5): Fantastic! - It was super well-taken apartment and room. Everything was clean and tidy. As a bonus you have had great variety of coffee and beverages. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. The only downside is the location, even though it's located in the center. It always takes 2 busses and from the city center to come to the apartment would take around 1 or 1.5 hours (depending on the rush hour) but the location has nothing to do with the apartment itself and the staff. Thanks!

• Veatriki (9/5): Superb - We liked that it was clean and very nice, it had everything we needed. The only negative thing is the location, it's good it's not in the city center and its not noisy but you need to take 2 different busses to go there from city center (which takes around 1-1.5 hour when there is traffic).
• Szimonetta (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was clean, the bed was super comfortable and the host was really nice! We did self check-in but we got clear instructions and found our key easily. There is a little communal kitchen with multiple kinds of tea and coffee - we did not use it tho but still, it's very convenient if you need a quick coffee before going out. The apartment is out of the center so we had to take public transport to get there. It didn't bother us, we're used to it, but just a heads up for those who might not check the location! :)
• Dalisia (9/5): Eccellente !!!!! - The neighbourhood felt safe. It was super clean space. Lots of tea options available and free drinking water. Overall excellent! Maybe there could have been some mugs for tea since there were only coffee cups, but that’s details. You can hear everything from the floor above you.
• Quinn (8/5): Very pleasant - The apartment building was easy to access. There was a lift. The room itself was modern and clean. It had a large balcony. The bed was comfortable. The host provided easy to understand information about the property. The train station is a 20 min walk so would recommend using the buses - the 545 & 409 (run often and are nearby). It didn’t have a fridge. It was very loud (street noise and other resident noise). Would not recommend for light sleepers. We couldn’t seem to find any nice dine in restaurants within close proximity. The bathroom was very damp and we weren’t given new towels over the 3 night stay.

Super easy check in and great comms with the host. Please keep in mind this is NOT a central location - as long as you understand that, you’re golden. 20min walk to Roma Tiburtina, plenty of buses.
