• Cabello Magaña (7/5): Bien - Me gusto mucho el apartamento como tal, está bien equipado. Tiene una zona de barbacoa muy bonita y cómoda. Las almohadas eran como dormir sin nada, horrible. Y apartir de las 6 de la mañana no pudimos dormir más porque había un perro en el piso de abajo que estaba en el balcón y no paraba de ladrar.. fue horrible.

• sakitodoc (8/5): Alojamiento tranquilo - Habitacion limpia , bien cuidada y moderna, con casi todo lo necesario, incluido nevera y secador de pelo que son importantes para mi. Pueblo muy tranquilo y apartado. Si quieres cenar tienes que ir al monestir de los avellanes a 5 min en coche porque en el pueblo no habia nada. No hay personal de recepción. Te contactan por WhatsApp para darte la explicación de como acceder al hotel. Seria recomendable tener unas fotos de la entrada del hotel y la entrada del parking. Llegue de noche y no hay apenas luz en esa calle con lo cual cuesta mas ubicarse. Aun asi con la explicación llegue correctamente. Mucho frío en la habitación. Ideal poner la calefacción un poco antes. Y en el baño no hay calefacción y el agua no salía muy caliente. Seria recomendable poner un calefactor en el techo o pared que no ocupan espacio. Lugar muy tranquilo para descansar una noche. La cogí para hacer la ferrata cagate lorito que esta a 20 min del parking.

• EVA (8/5): - Muy fácil acceso, todo en buen estado. Las chicas son muy majas. No tiene internet, eso es un fallo. Y querían que pagáramos la tasa turística dándoles los datos de la tarjeta por teléfono. Finalmente lo solucionamos por bizum y sin problema. Ellas son muy majas. El pueblo no tiene ni un bar para desayunar, por lo que la ubicación nos decepcionó un poco
• Pol (6/5): Lugar tranquilo y agradable, pero la climatización y la salida de emergencia dejan que desear - Vilanova de la Sal es un pueblo tranquilo, apartado de todo, y desde luego, el apartamento es muy tranquilo, por la noche no se oía una mosca. Las vistas eran bonitas, a la montaña, y es muy fácil aparcar justo enfrente. El apartamento está limpio y se ve moderno. Fueron unos días de un calor muy intenso y el aire acondicionado solo enfriaba el piso de abajo. Quienes durmieron en el de arriba realmente pasaron muchísimo bochorno por la noche. Pedimos un ventilador a la propietaria pero nos dijo que tenían uno que se había roto. Otro aspecto que quería destacar, es que en un momento dado, la propietaria entró en el apartamento sin llamar antes, con su propia llave. No nos importó demasiado, porque era para traernos algo que le habíamos pedido, pero considero que no debería ser así. Por último, algo MUY IMPORTANTE. En los tres días que estuvimos allí, no fuimos capaces de encontrar la salida de incendios ni nada parecido. No hay señalización alguna, ni dentro de las habitaciones ni en los pasillos, y lo peor, un día bajé por las escaleras, en vez del ascensor, y fui a parar a un piso sin salida. Tuve que volver sobre mis pasos. Aun ahora desconozco cómo se sale de la habitación sin usar el ascensor. Me parece algo muy peligroso.

• Omar (1/5): Estancia del terror - NADA DE NADA! I had booked a 3 day get away to Cal Ribero with my wife. Once we arrived at the location there was no one there to assist us so we ended up waiting 35 minutes before we decided to call and see whats going on. Once we've been given the keys we went up to the room to relax after our travels. Unfortunately thats when the nightmare started. So the room has advertised that it has a mini fridge to store water and food, Unfortunately it was broken and we got told that unless we upgraded to one of the more expensive rooms this was all we was going to get. Now bare in mind the day we arrived it was 37 degrees so we was pretty annoyed at the idea of drinking hot water for the rest of the holiday. If this wasn't bad enough Once we turned on the AC to cool the room an infinity of dust started shooting out if the machine, we called the cleaning lady who was the only person available there at the time and ask to please clean the ac as its not healthy to breath in all that dust. The woman tells us that its not been cleaned in a YEAR and that she's super busy as she works in other places aswell, which has nothing to do with the fact everything should be clean as we paid. The bed was covered in hairs and stains which we had to cover with a bedsheets from home or we wouldn't of slept on it. We had a ridiculous amount of bugs coming into the room. The shower was so dirty that we decided to shower in crocs as the floor was not only broken and could risk cutting your foot but just out right dirty! Now for €215 for 3 days it was seriously not worth the price or the trip as it completely ruined the holiday for us as we spent more time cleaning the room and getting angry at the fact we've been given a terrible room and even worse service. This was the first and last time I will be going to this establishment
