Loud street noise, though its probably the same in boca chica everywhere, people on motorcycles at all hours. Used sound machine app to help.

Josef (10/5): Erholung pur ! - Die Lage war perfekt, man ist schnell im Zentrum. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich einige gute Speislokale. Die Reinigung der Wohnung wurde immer sofort ausgeführt, ein grosser Dank an das Reinigungspersonal!

Canice (8/5): - This place is cute, clean and quite. It is near to the airport and easy to access. Just about 3 minutes walk to the airport. The staff is welcoming and very repectful. In addition to the strong cable TV (Netflix, apple, Youtube etc), it would be nice if the have a live TV (with local and international channels like CNN, BBC, Telemundo, DR TV etc). Also, in the sitting rooms of the aparments it would be nice to have ACs rather than depend on the ones in the rooms cooling the whole apartment. The heat in DR can be terrible and visitors spend more time in the sitting rooms than in the bed rooms. In spite of these little details they need to pay attention to. I strongly recimmend this place to any one seeking comfort and peace during his/stay in Boca Chica DR. I rate it EXCELLENT😘👍

Michael (4/5): - Would not stay here again. The property does not look like it’s photos. The first night I saw a roach. Power went out and then the generator kicked on. The water was freezing even with the knob on the wall. Was still bad, not hot water for the shower. AC was good, towels clean. Just would never do this again after seeing the roach. No me quedaría aquí de nuevo. La propiedad no se parece a sus fotos. La primera noche que vi una cucaracha. Se fue la luz y luego se puso en marcha el generador. El agua estaba helada incluso con la perilla en la pared. Todavía estaba mal, no había agua caliente para la ducha. El aire acondicionado estaba bien, las toallas estaban limpias. Although they have Netflix, Youtube etc, I noticed that there are no live news/sports channels (like CNN, MBCN, FOX or even local channels) in the facility. May, including live new TV channel in as part of their entertainment options will be fine.

Richard (6/5): Not what was posted - Xiomara was great. Friendly, Helpful. Nice clean place. Why do places try and lie about what is available for each apartment or room. This was nice enough but only disappointed by misleading what was being offered for my specific apartment. Apartments are all posted by room number. They post to each apartment that it has a balcony. There was no balcony, which I booked to have a balcony. On the specific apartment options this place lists in each apartment option and price category that it has a balcony, bbq, great views. You have a view of an empty lot and old building. Only one apartment in the whole building has a jacuzzi and balcony. There is a small terrace in front of the top apartment in front of the door of another person. Nothing worse than being disappointed. Just list this place for what it really is. This process with the deposit is a pain in the butt. No place else does this.

They are so kind courteous and respectful and I recommend this property to anybody that’s seeking one it’s really close to the beach about five minutes walk and there’s restaurants in the area. There’s also a grocery store that’s nearby. Awesome property

Adriannakas (6/5): Pleasant - Comfy beds and a lot of space. Hot water did not work for too long, there was 4 of us and only for our kids we had hot water, me and my husband had cold water every day. Also some insects did bite us, we had many bites all over our bodies. Someone told us that looks like bedbug. When we left that apartament, 2 / 3 days later the bites gone from our bodies and never again we didn't notice that problem... so I am sure something was there in the bed, I couldn't sleep due to itchy bites and skin. Would not come back, ever. Another thing, every night loud music upstairs... our kids couldn't sleep because of that. We asked them to turn it down, but the music still was loud and it happened every night. Unfortunately I will not recommend that place.

Kenneth (8/5): Very good - The area is surrounded by bodegas and decent restaurants and it is a short walk to the beach. The room was listed as over 600sqft but was probably a third of that. It was comfortable however. The kitchen could use a bottle opener.
Rodney (8/5): Other than the above "What didn't you like?" the stay was alright. - The room itself was nice. In the room I had, there were too many activities happening on the street at night. Barking dogs, motorcoaches at night when trying to sleep, and parking spaces were unavailable because a Motorcycle Store always had a motorcycle parked in the Hotel spot. I will never stay in the front part of the Hotel again.

I enjoyed the hot tub , the hanging swing which was good for relaxation the heated showers, just remember to turn the switch on for the hot water tank and the air condition in the bedroom!.. The staff was very helpful whenever I had a question or needed something. It's a nice apartment I had apartment 3A which has the jacuzzi on the balcony... I walked to the beach in 10 minutes.. I grabbed breakfast right down the road about 5 minutes walking as well as dinner right next door. It is located in a Tourist area and you do get to see the everyday life of the people which I personally appreciated. I would say definitely be smart about how you move about but that's anywhere! When I come back to Boca Chica I will be renting from them again! Beautiful service Rosy and Staff! Mucho gracias ☺️
