From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is perfectly located, very close to the NATO base, and within easy walking distance of many restaurants and cozy coffee shops, which makes it extremely convenient. The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully decorated. You can immediately notice the attention to detail in both the design and the cleanliness. The rooms and common areas are maintained to a very high standard, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of the stay is definitely the breakfast. The buffet offers a wide variety of fresh, high-quality, and delicious options. Everything tastes wonderful, and there is something for everyone to enjoy. It’s the perfect way to start the day. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Every member of the team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their professionalism and kindness make guests feel valued and well taken care of. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I have stayed in within this area. I highly recommend Hotel Il Panfilo to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, great food, an excellent location, and outstanding hospitality. I will definitely come back again.

The hotel had a vibe of 80th architecture. Breakfast was good with a limited variety of goods and in a standard to poor quality. The interior of rooms sucks.

Domage pas assez de chose a faire dans les alentours de l’hôtel il faut avoir une voiture pour pouvoir aller plus loin

- Dino (6/5): Un buon hotel ma non di certo da meritarsi 4 Stelle - Frigorifero di grandi dimensioni. Una piscina a disposizione. Camera veramente grande con un gran terrazzo. La sua posizione è stata ideale per raggiungere la Reggia di Caserta (un giorno) e Pompei (in un secondo giorno). Per questo l'hotel mi ha soddisfatto. Camera con porte e mobilia un po datate. Condizionatore poco funzionante (faceva solo da ventilatore). Sciaquone del WC che perdeva acqua nel Water. Rifornimento della pietanze nella colazione non del tutto efficiente. Va detto che in sala si occupava tutto una sola ragazza che chiedeva cosa si desiderasse. Alla reception c'erano ragazzi disponibili che, sono certo, avrebbero provveduto a far sistemare gli inconvenienti che per le mie pretense non erano essenziali.

The pool is well positioned for sun throughout the day with more than enough loungers and parasols for guests. Alberto is a great host who goes above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble. There are a couple of nice restaurants a couple of minutes walk away with a good coffee shop directly opposite them. There was nothing that didn't meet our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

- BENSALEM (9/5): Bon séjour - Alberto a été un hôte exceptionnel. Il est réactif et attentionné. L'hôtel est propre avec un ménage réalisé quotidiennement. Le buffet est varié le matin. La piscine est propre et spacieuse. Le séjour a été très agréable grâce au travail d'Alberto et des autres employés de cet établissement.

My z kolei ślemy podziękowania dla Alberta managera hotelu, który jest bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny. Mogliśmy liczyć na jego wsparcie i dobre rady przez cały czas naszego pobytu. - Laure (6/5): Déçus de l’état de l’hôtel. - Le personnel est très agréable, globalement beaucoup de choses pourraient être bien s’il n’y avait pas de “mais” (piscine, petits déjeuners, grande chambre, Clim). L’hôtel est situé en bord de voie rapide, la piscine est sur un parking, les petits déjeuners sont moyens, notre porte de chambre ne fermait pas (elle avait été forcée auparavant), le lit enfant était partiellement fait (nous avons utilisé notre propre drap).

He was very friendly as well as accommodating. In fact, he gave us loads of information that the other reception staff didnt bother telling us upon checkin. He made our stay enjoyable. The reception staff who checked us in. Not welcoming, as if we disturbed him. Breakfast could do with a better quality hot offer but the continental offer was good.
