- Elenakr (2/5): Worst hotel in Blackpool - Do not stay here. The staff are very rude and the manager stole money from me.
- Anna (6/5): Disappointed - Where to start.... communal areas all appeared clean however there were what looked like black pubic hairs on top of the mini fridge in the room and the shower, in general a little bit of maintenance is needed in the room such as the shower holder is faulty/broken. On 1st arrival we met one of the owners who seemed very pleasant however on our 2nd night of staying whilst having a cigarette downstairs the owner came out shouting about

- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was my 1st time tl blackpool and i did look around for a B&B which a lot of them look run down ... i found the greenmount ok for a 1 night stay after a night out ...i hwve stayed in a lot worse and tay was very helpfull behind the bar many thanks

Went for w a walk after checking in and returned to the hotel and tried to have a quick drink at the bar, only to be made to feel very awkward because the staff wanted to eat a meal in the bar area. For the price I paid for the room, I thought breakfast was included, only to be told in the morning that it wasn't included.(paid less at other hotels in the area and breakfast was included). Got told it would be £3 each for breakfast, so I reluctantly agreed and was served 1x sausage, 1x rasher of bacon, 1x egg, 1x hash brown and beans. Had to have extra toast just to fill up. Very poor value for money
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Well 1st of all they contacted me the night before and said there had been a leak and our room was not available they found us another which was cheaper then we paid and also miles away that was the reason we booked in June to get a good hotel when we was in Blackpool we went to the green Mount on which there was people staying there I asked someone that came out the hotel how is the leak is it bad she stated that there is no leak this is the 2nd time this as happened to me now I am not happy to say the least I would like someone to call me and discuss this as I have found all this upsetting and disruptive to my stay with yourself on booking with you

The bed sank at either side because of this giving a terrible nights sleep. Because We only paid 45 pound i felt it pointless to complain. Breakfast included In the cost was of poor quality and could not eat it again it was a cheap stay but could have been better quality. The staff where friendly and polite but I would not choose to stay at this property again,

- Louise (10/5): Better than expected. - Excellent hosts and nice enough rooms with a good breakfast. One of the better budget hotels in Blackpool. Perfect midway point for the attractions. Would stay again.
- Susan (8/5): Would stay again - The staff at the Greenmount were really helpful. The 5 in our party were all vegan and we were provided with a vegan breakfast and milk. The hotel is being refurbished at the moment. However it was really clean fresh and comfy
- Debbie (8/5): Comfy and friendly - The hotel is in an excellent location just off the prom and the staff are extremely welcoming. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Parking was an issue on the Saturday night so we paid to park in a nearby car park but road parking became available on the Sunday. Overall, would recommend.
- SUSAN (6/5): Cheap accommodation in good area - The hotel is in a good position for tower and sights, Parked up road secure £15 2 nights,The room was clean and service at breakfast was excellent, my only negatives are no plug were the kettle is, towels old and stiff and the mirror in bathroom the shelf attached is too low to wash your face or spit out toothpaste
- Allison (10/5): Bed & Breakfast - This hotel is nice and close to the beach and central pier. Park outside or one of the nearby streets without yellow lines. Fresh orange juice everymorning with a cooked breakfast. There is also a toaster for your toast and plenty selection of cereal, yoghurts and fresh fruit. The owners are friendly and assisting.
