• Fromin Kocher (5/5): Hospedaje, apto solo para dormir - La habitación para dormir es amplia como muestra la foto de Booking, estaba limpia y con colchón cómodo.Cuenta con amoblado variado ( cómoda y closet) a pesar que tiene 1 solo velador y por ende 1 sola lámpara La ubicación es buena , cercana a varias atracciones turísticas . Es una manzarda, por tanto los desniveles en la techumbre son muy incómodos, nosotros no somos altos, estatura media y nos pegamos muchas veces al no estar acostumbrados a esa estructura. El equipamiento de la cocina deficiente para dos personas y lo poco no se encontraba limpio. La tina de baño, no cuenta con cortina. La dependencia está ubicada en un tercer piso, con escaleras dobles y estrechas por piso, para entrar había que subir 8 o 9 escalas con 9 peldaños cada una. Una mesita pequeña para alimentarse con dos sillas incómodas , y el sector " comedor" pequeñísimo y sin luz. No cuenta con tv. A pesar que hay una viejisima como adorno( no funciona) No es un apartamento apropiado para personas mayores. Quizás para juventud pero no de gran estatura, ya que sufrirán por lo bajo de la techumbre y sus desniveles.

• rde (4/5): Decepcionante a cada movimiento - La ubicación y la cama muy cómoda Cafetera rota, el tostador lo enchufabas y se iba toda la luz, la tele no funcionaba ni tenías dónde enchufarla, la puerta del apartamento no se puede cerrar con llave por dentro y se queda una raja bastante amplía que se ve todo y no te da seguridad ninguna. Por el precio que te cobran NO MERECE LA PENA si costase 10 euros la noche tal vez....
• francigo65 (1/5): Esperienza terrificante in questa soffitta - Niente, é la peggiore struttura in cui io abbia mai soggiornato. Non si può considerare un alloggio turistico. Si tratta di una soffitta/ripostiglio adattato a casa vacanze. Le foto sono mendaci, scattate a regola con l'inganno. Non c'è nulla che corrisponda con quanto descritto o fotografato nell'annuncio Odore di muffa, odore di fogna muri scrostati e sporchi, mobili rotti che cadono a pezzi, divano e poltrona sporchissimi coperti con coperte vecchie e puzzolenti, tappeto tutto macchiato, piumino rotto e sporco, servizi promessi mancanti (asciugacapelli) o non funzionanti (tv, macchina del caffè, lampadari,) manca il riscaldamento (stufetta elettrica), manca l'aria condizionata, c'è solo una finestra nel soggiorno, i soffitti sono bassissimi tranne che in camera, non si può stare in piedi in soggiorno, la porta del bagno è 170 cm così come meta del bagno. La doccia non ha nemmeno una tenda e non c'è nulla per asciugare il pavimento, La porta d'ingresso non si chiude bene e dalle scale c'è la possibilità di entrare facilmente in casa da una grata tutta rotta coperta solo con un pezzo di polistirolo. L'agenzia, avvisata subito il primo giorno di tutti questi disagi, non essendo in grado di spostarci in un alloggio adeguato, ci ha promesso un rimborso senza darci informazioni precise sull'ammontare rimandando di giorno in giorno una chiara comunicazione, fino a costringerci il penultimo giorno, a recarci personalmente, con estremo disagio, all'ufficio dell'agenzia, dove un addetto ha finalmente contattato telefonicamente il responsabile che ci ha offerto il 15% di rimborso, pari a meno di una notte, cosa che abbiamo rifiutato, ritenendolo un insulto visto il disagio e una settimana di vacanza rovinata. Ci rivolgeremo alle autorità locali per la tutela dei consumatori per un rimborso adeguato.

• Nordin (3/5): Замечательно все ( минус что не ответа проходит мимо ) - Замечательно комната чисто минус ванна и низкий потолок подходит 160 метров рост не больше , муж постоянно ударов головой , попросила чтоб привезли ложка и т.д, не привезли , горяча вода баловать холодна горяча пипец ! Телевизор нигде не подключен ставит как в музей не работает ( остальные все замечательно довольно)

• Koldo (3/5): - Lo único que merece la pena es la ubicación...en pleno barrio alto El apartamento es para pitufos..no somos muy altos...1.70..y tanto en el salón como en el baño tenías que tener sumo cuidado de no darte en el techo, el menaje muy escaso...la TV del siglo pasado y sin posibilidad de verla porque ni se puede enchufar al estar lejos del enchufe y la antena corta, decepción de sitio, y la verdad que una mano de pintura y una limpieza a fondo no le iría mal...

• Aziz (1/5): Not a good experience - They are really good at communicating. Wifi is good and fast. The entire property needs a good face-lift. The lock wasn't working properly, and each time, I had tried a few times to open the door. Who ever stay there will understand what im on about. There is a sofa bed, and I don't think anyone can sleep on that. It's not in good condition. The depth of the upper body and lower body is not the same, and whoever sleep there will notice. Amd this sofa bed is a bit too tired to me. I think the bedroom needs new furniture too as the cupboard door doesn't close properly. They had 2 plates there, and one of them is broken. A couple of sockets are coming out, which is not very safe, specifically if someone stays with kids. One tile in the bathroom came off, and lucky i managed to hold it, so it's not broken. And i put it back on, and until i came out of the property, it is still there. So not a very good experience with them. I forgot to take pictures ..😬

• Ferreira (1/5): Péssimo - Nada. O apartamento no 3º piso não tem condições nenhumas para alugarem a pessoas. Porta do frigorífico partida, cafeteira rachada, porta do apartamento não fecha direito. Banheira sem proteção, a água saltava toda para fora quando se toma banho.
• Johnny (1/5): Disappointing experience. Avoid at all costs. - The location is decent, but honestly, it’s not worth it. This was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. The check-in process is not only absurd but also downright dishonest. After booking, I received a message saying I had to collect the keys by 8:00 pm at a different location, 2 km away from the accommodation. After that time, I’d have to pay €20 in cash for a late check-in (until 10:00 pm), and €50 after that. This information only came after the booking was confirmed and the reservation was non-refundable. Since my flight arrived after 8:00 pm, I was basically forced to pay the additional fee. Communication was terrible. I received only automated responses, no real help, and the links they sent didn’t even work. The entire process was confusing and exhausting just to get the keys. To top it off, the place itself isn’t even comfortable. It’s a converted attic with very low ceiling, no air conditioning, extremely hot, and far from what was advertised. My honest advice: stay away from this place. It feels like a trap designed to exploit guests after they’ve booked. Absolutely not recommended.

• Stephen (5/5): Great location. Needs some tlc and update. 👌🏻 - Location, super friendly grocery shop below. It needs some new life into the interiors, it’s kitch though in its own way. Kitchen it’s well equipped. Lock could be more secure. The check in guys are nice. Though I had issues with reclamating the deposit which was nearly two weeks after I checked out. Over all was a positive stay ✌🏻

• Ofelia (3/5): Terrible it ruined my holidays. It shame we did not take any pictures. I could not believe that a place to stay could ac - No comment… This property is not suitable for renting at all. You can not sleep at night as you have pubs around the property and till very early in the morning there is loud noise ;(. Very small and not clean at all. Needs renovation seems very old. and I suggest when renovating to make that one window they have bigger. So light can come in the apartment I am claustrophobic and felt like I could not breathe in that place. Even the tiny roof window in the bedroom that you could not open would be good if they could make it bigger and be able to let the light come in … such a horrible experience. When we get to the property, we were unable to open the door to get in the property and when I was calling them no one was answering the phone I got very stressed this door was very dodgy and difficult to unlock they need to change the lockers.Every time we we were returning to the property I was wondering if we will manage to unlock or not that door and if we would sleep on the street xaxaxax. Horrible
• Karin (4/5): Simply awful! - Unfortunately, nothing at all. They made me wait for the keys delivery 30 minutes in the rain, even had booked the meet. The place needs a renovation ASAP, is old and dark. Only pick this place if you can’t find anything else inside you budget.

Las fotos son un poco engañosas, la vivienda está muy mal cuidada, no se trata de que algo sea viejo, sino sucio o mal conservado. Es cierto que no era demasiado cara, pero por un poco más de dinero no me habría importado estar en un sitio más digno. Es como si lo hubieran amueblado con lo que se van encontrando por la calle…

• Gijs (7/5): Plain and simple apartment, key-situation/check in: hot mess. - Location is great, although loud/noisy at night (but comes with the area). The whole key situation was a hot mess. You have to travel quite a distance to collect the key. Then they check your card again (even though you already payed) plus they again found out I was travelling with my dog (communicated in the reservation), and they took another 400 euro deposit (for damages). The whole inventory of the apartment is not even worth that. From a "bad apple" perspective I get it, but yeah. The apartment itself pretty standard and plain. Low-end IKEA design vibe. The bathroom you basically cannot stand in. Bedroom and kitchen you can easily stand upright. Livingroom though also you have to watch your head. Overall they could greatly ease the whole check-in situation by just putting a key-locker outside and share a code. Apartment itself is O.K., but for what it is, overprized.
• Emilio (7/5): Great place to stay for a few nights in Lisbon; centrally-located and easy to get to other attractions in the city. - The mattress in the bedroom was quite uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, many of the drawers were broken when we tried using them to store our clothes in. The shower head needs to be changed as well, it was quite weak and only trickled out water.

• MATS (6/5): Lissabon in January - It was nice to rent this place since it had a kitchen and a washing machine. It's a Fado area which means partying through the night, so not for family trips.. Nice that it is close to city center and harbour etc. This is in Bairro Alto so prepare walking up hill every time you need to go home :) Heating in the bedroom which was crucial since I was there in January and temp at night was around 2degrees celsius.
• Elvira (6/5): Апартаменты BAIRRO ALTO COSY by HOMING не советую - Одни минусы.Равнодушное отношение сотрудников.Приехали вечером опоздали на 30 мин по заявленному времени(заблудились),никто не ждал,уставшие с дороги стояли под дождём и вызванивали,что бы нас наконец впустили.Сотрудник появился через 20 минут,не извинившись провёл нас в апартаменты,которые оставляют желать лучшего.Квартира находиться на самом верху дома,т е мансарда.Выпрямиться в полный рост можно только в спальне.В туалете и ванной только на полусогнутых или сидя.Посуды минимум.Выспаться не удалось ни одной ночи.На улице три бара(забегаловки) шум как на стадионе.Закрытое окно не спасает от ора и криков всю ночь.Только Лиссабон восхищал и компенсировал весь негатив от апартаментов BAIRRO ALTO COSY by HOMING
• Verified traveler (2/5): Horripilante!!! - Infelizmente tivemos uma péssima experiência quando chegamos lá, apesar do bairro ser antigo e pitoresco, as condições do imóvel para locação são mínimas. O apartamento fica no sótão do prédio, na qual foi adaptado para locação, são 3 lances de escada estreita e de madeira que desgasta as pessoas ao subirem, eletrodomésticos, espelhos e cadeiras velhas "jogados" nos acessos da escada (Em cada andar), lugar muito barulhento por bares presentes na região, pisos, mini sofá e cama rangendo, colchão de molas velho e cheio de caroços, banheiro com suporte da ducha quebrado, materiais de limpeza e varal dispostos no banheiro, mini cozinha com fogão e louças com muita gordura velha, diversas partes do Apartamento com os direito baixo (menos de 1.5m) que dificulta bastante para quem é alto, sem ar condicionado, porta de acesso ao apto adaptada na escadaria...Não Recomendo e acho uma vergonha ter hostels dessa categoria num sistema renomado como o Hotéis.com.
