The hot items for the breakfast were always stone cold and breakfast generally poor quality. Despite paying on arrival, a system error meant $2K a night was being charged to my credit card.

- Alma (10/5): Perfect for me - This is a great place. Check in is super easy and friendly service. The establishment is neat and clean. The room is spacious with a comfortable seating area, large fridge, microwave and plenty lighting. Workout area and pool is always nice to have available. Breakfast is convenient and stocked. Coffee, tea or cocoa for your liking.

So no fresh towels or emptying of the trash cans in the rooms. I Killed a roach in my room. Breakfast was barely a cut above a continental breakfast. I ate it the first day then found other places to eat. One of the Dog stations had overflowing trash cans the other trash can was empty, but and neither had poop pickup bags in the holders. The path/walk between the two dog stations that cut through the trees had trash that was never picked up. No room safes.

- Africa (4/5): Very disappointed stay - I have to say i was somewhat disappointed with this stay. The room smelled like old mop water, the blinds didnt work so we couldnt pull them down all the way at night. The bed was hard and the pillows were worn out...not firm at all. The rolling chair in the room was EXTREMELY old. So old that the arm covering was peeling off. I received a text asking how my stay was and i mentioned the blinds and i never received a follow up response. We definitely won't be staying at this Home 2 next time we visit my in-laws.

The trip up and down all those flights of stairs cause severe chest pains and shortness of breath. Once reaching the room housekeeping was in the hallway cleaning rooms and our trash had not been emptied. Trashcan full of trash from previous guess.

We didn't report it until check out as we discovered it upon returning to the room late and we were checking out the next morning. We used to plunger that was provided in the room. The room needed a more thorough wipe down (switch plates, appliances, baseboards).

And it's time for the carpet to be replaced. my family and I just stayed here because we didn't have any other options due to the purpose of why we were there. However, I would not recommend if you're looking for a comfortable clean place to stay.

We arrived late (11pm) and were greeted by a helpful and friendly staff member. Our spacious room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The included breakfast was a step above the usual included buffet at similar hotels. Would absolutely recommend.
