The apartment is conveniently located—about a 15-minute drive to Noosa Heads and 7 minutes to Noosa Coles. It's directly across the road from a local beach with strong waves, which are great for surfing but may not be ideal for young children engaging in water activities.
Facilities:
Overall, the facilities are reasonably convenient and function well. However, the three ceiling LED lights were intermittently flashing, making them unusable. This issue should ideally be resolved before guests check in.
Reception:
Reception staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Room for Improvement:
For a 5-night stay with a family of five, the apartment only provided 3 rubbish bin liners and 4 toilet rolls. When I asked for more, I was told they only supply a "starter pack" and guests must source additional essentials themselves. Reception offered to provide more if I drove to their office—15 minutes away—which I found inconvenient and unnecessary.
I was told this starter pack policy was listed in the Terms and Conditions, but I couldn’t find it during the booking process or in the booking information pack. Even the link provided by reception didn’t work. This was the first time I’ve encountered such limited provisioning of basic essentials in an apartment stay, and it made the experience less comfortable than it could have been.
Key Access & Parking Confusion:
We were given two bunches of keys—more than 10 keys in total—with little information about which key corresponded to which lock. In reality, only 3 keys were relevant: one for car park access and two for the unit’s front door locks. It would be much more practical to provide two clearly labeled sets of working keys (i.e., 2 sets of 3 keys) rather than two bulky bunches with mostly irrelevant keys.
When I asked about parking access, I was told it should be straightforward—just drive through. However, upon arrival, I found a secured gate with no instructions. Fortunately, a neighbor happened to be nearby and guided me: I had to use a key to open a side door and press a button on the inside wall to open the gate. This is critical information that should have been clearly communicated to guests beforehand.
A few small improvements—like better key labeling, clearer parking instructions, and more transparent policies—would significantly enhance the guest experience.
- Adrian (6/5): No air conditioning! 😒 - Location was great! There was no air conditioning. We paid several thousand dollars for five nights with no aircon in the middle of summer. Also had to drive to Hasting's Street to pick up and drop off keys.... Very time consuming! Would not rent this property again.
- Donna (6/5): - I liked the quiet. I didn’t agree with all the rules for the money we paid. Keys are easy left at unit. We had a long trip back and had to fight holiday traffic to return keys. A few more things in kitchen. Ie. veg oil to cook. Up note a very good bed. Stay again not sure . I was very put off by the demand of rules
- Constantine (6/5): - Great view as advertised. Old and tired unit with extremely poor hygiene. Every cup, plate and glass had to be washed before we could use anything. Filthy.

The whole unit could do with a spring clean - just to keep it looking its best.
