Guest Reviews
- Elio (7/5): - Great location for us (near the station); appropriate value for the price. Very helpful in satisfying our request to leave our bags well before check-in time: thank you, Chris. Shower stalls in both bathrooms are way too small - and we are not "oversized" adults. Showering was a challenge! Elevator also pretty tight! No dish towels provided - and the local supermarket didn't have any.
- Patricia (8/5): - The location was great and the apartment was quite large. It was on the fifth floor and at times the elevator didn’t work.
- Chee How (8/5): -
- rubica (8/5): -
- Lana (8/5): - This top floor unit is spacious, close to amenities and well situated by the Termini. Kitchen was adequate to make meals and A/Cs are powerful. There is a lift in the bldg. Communication could have been better as some info was incorrect.
- Mary-Lou (8/5): - Läget är bra, några minuter från Roma Termini (tåg och Metro) Hyfsat städat, trevlig personal som mötte upp vid ankomst. Väldigt liten hiss

- hazel (6/5): Comfy bed poor everything else. - We got a warm welcome on arrival and shown around the apartment. The rooms were big, we had 2 toilets with a shower toilet and sink in each one. The kitchen was small but we weren't in it much. Lovely little balcony. Beds were big and comfy. The kitchen needs a big deep clean the kettle had grey scum inside. The fridge kept falling forward when we opened the door.
I had white socks on and after walking the floor they were filthy.
The was fluff blowing around on the floor.
Balcony was lovely but we had to take chairs out the room and kitchen to sit on.
We were there for 3 days and after day 2, I messaged asking for clean towels, they never arrived.
The bins weren't emptied so the plastic one was over full.
There was a funny smell in one of the bathrooms coming from the drain.
Please note the lift is tiny.
The neighbour on our last night were shouting at each other until 2am so the walls are thin.
It is what we paid for. But if you are looking for basic house keeping this is the place.
- JeanSebastien (6/5): Jamais !
- Gaffer18 (10/5): - The accommodation team are extremely helpful and reply quickly to any questions. The room itself is light and airy and in a great location. There are plenty of amenities included too! N/A
- Kym (8/5): Ideal location in the centre of Rome. - Very central location, within easy walking distance of the Rome Termini railway station, bus station, and shops. Large bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms suited our family of 3 adults. Showers were a bit small & a shower caddy would have good.
- Lisa (9/5): Superb - Location was very central and convenient.
- Sherry A (10/5): - So close to everything! Comfortable and very functional for our family with teens.
- Julia (8/5): It was very clean and central and we enjoyed our stay - The location was central to everything we needed and a great base for Rome and getting about. Should be noted that it I is a top floor apartment with many steps, but there is a lift.
Two shower rooms were ideal, however, the showers are narrow. Because of the late nature of our flight, we had to pay €30 for late check in as the host did not live on site. We had been given the impression that our flight would be tracked, but no-one was there on arrival. However, our driver was amazingly helpful and contacted the host who then came along and provided keys Tec and the code for the entrance.
- YICHING (10/5): - 飯店位置很好,離車站很近,飯店內的設施也都很完整,只不過房間設定的溫度偏低,暖氣有點不夠溫暖
- Guido (7/5): I would rent this aparment again. It was clean and convenient to the train station. - I would rent this apartment again. The location close to the train station was very convenient for us. The apartment was clean. The owner was responsive I found that the online pictures of the apartment showed furniture to be newer than what it really was. In the bedroom facing the street, the furniture was well worn. The dish-washing machine leaked. The train station area is a bit seedy; whereas we did not mind, others might.
- Edgar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carel (2/5): - Do not stay here. They have hidden fees that you have to pay when checking in and cash only, which makes the stay very expensive. Area is unsafe, building is sketchy, and the property management is inconvenient and impolite
- Hilary (8/5): Very good - Excellent location and a clean, spacious apartment. Some things need updating, for example, the shower rod in the left hand bathroom was broken and there was no soap dish in the other bathroom.
The apartment seriously needs mosquito netting. We could not open the windows as there were swarms of mosquitoes around.
- Santhosh (8/5): Good stay - within walking distance of Roma termi. - Place is walkable distance to Roma termini , many food options around and grocery store too . Apartment is as listed , 2 bedrooms with AC . Lift was too small but it’s standard in that area it seems . Communication was good .
- Diana (7/5): Fair - Clean large close to metro and trains Didn’t feel safe in the area not family friendly, far from central Rome sites for someone who has mobility issues- taxi has to be relied upon and gets very expensive
- Kyu (9/5): It was convenient and comfortable. - The location was excellent, and the rooms were spacious. While the kitchen was a bit compact, there were two convenient toilets. The shower area was a bit snug, but the small elevator provided easy access to our floor. The staff, particularly Mark, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Overall, a great stay! During our stay in Rome, the weather was sweltering, and unfortunately, the air conditioning struggled to keep up. Additionally, the toilets had an unpleasant odor, and the floors could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning.
- Conceatta (6/5): Was okay for short stay. Thank you - Location and cleanliness. Apartments was too cold and heater remotely controlled. We tried to adjust by is by 30 mins time frame only.
Shower stall a little small. Bathroom light was not very dark, only 1 bulb was working.
- Soraya (8/5): Good - The location The elevator
- Stefan (9/5): Superb - Very close to city centre! Nice apartment!
- Angelina (9/5): Great location, We walked or took the metro everywhere. A good bargin for families or two couples - Large bedrooms, TWO bathrooms , pots, frying pans, wok. Coffee maker ( We had to be shown how to use that) . We were able to have a good breakfast and dinner in the unit. Super nice employee named Mark that brought keys and came to reset fuse after we plugged in the iron and it tripped. Location to Termini is great, only about two blocks. Grocery store close by. friendly owner who kept in contact with us before the trip to make sure everything went smoothly. No living room but we all just sat in the Kitchen. Lift was broken over the weekend but QUICKLY fixed on Monday.
- Quinn (10/5): Exceptional - Very enjoyable stay.
Staff were super efficient.
Emanuel was our host, and he was excellent.
- Vahan (7/5): Good -
- Priyanka (9/5): Everything was very good and comfortable - it was very close to station and was comfortable and big enough The dishwasher wasn’t washing the dishes properly
- Jenny (8/5): Very good -
- Matthias (10/5): - Sehr schöne Wohnung bestens ausgestattet und sehr gute Lage.
- Jessica (10/5): - Molto spaziosa, eravamo in 5 persone ed eravamo comodi tutti
- Aleksandra (7/5): We had a - The rooms in the property are spacious and comfortable. The dining and kitchen area are small but functional and well equipped. The location is close to the main railway station and well connected to the other parts of the city. We were particularly satisfied with Serena, who responded to all of our questions and requests. The floors need some more thorough cleaning. Although we didn’t use outdoor shoes in the apartment, our slippers became quickly dirty.
- Agnieszka (8/5): Very good - Great location! Close to the center, train! The contact with the owner was very smooth, friendly and helpful. Very good coordination when it comes to provide keys with late arrival. Overall nice stay. Sometimes not nice smell from bathroom and for people who look for completly quite location they need to know one room has Windows to the stereet, not the main street but you may hear motocycles. This is the cost of good location in the city center.
- Elizabeth (9/5): Superb -
- Anna (10/5): Exxcellent stay in Rome! - Very close to Roma Termini for easy access to trains, buses, taxis, metro and lots of shopping and restaurants. There is even a supermarket very close by. We traveled there before a cruise, and throughout Rome with ease. There was an elevator (lift)as it was on the 5th floor. It was quite small but did the trick! The AC worked great...The area is quite busy but we always felt safe, even at night. Communication was excellent! Would stay here again!
- Yarisa (10/5): - This fapartment was great for a family of 4. The proximity to the train sation and supermarket is under 5 minutes walk. The location can be a bit dangerous at night which is common with many neighbors in Rome. But the flat is very safe and large. The two bathrooms were a plus and they were large and clean. The apartment has a nice balcony, perfect to sit at night and to hang your clothing after being wash. There is no living room for gathering, but since we spent the majority of the time outside touring the city, this was not a problem for us. The kitchen allows seating for 4 and it has everything you may need during your stay. The host was very accommodating and the communication was great. They allow us to stored our luggage at the location while we tour the city. There is Mexican restaurant below the building that offers different Latin American dishes in case you become overload with pasta. That was one my personal favorite things about this apartment. There is an elevator, but its very small and the apartment is on the 5 floor so grocery shopping can be a bit tricky. Overall this apartment was great and highly recommended.
- Rebecca (8/5): Accessible Location, Well-Appointed - My family if 5 stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Rome. While not centrally located to most attractions, it is only steps away from the train station and Termini metro, making it very easy to get anywhere in the city. There are several good grocery stores as well as restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is well appointed, and even has a dishwasher! Serena was easy to communicate with; we were able to drop our luggage at the apartment several hours before check in so we could start sightseeing without dragging it with us. The apartment was very clean, although the building- and Rome in general- we found to be really filthy.
- Verified traveler (8/5): A comfy place at a good location - The apartment is in a convenient location, close to train, metro and bus terminals . There are some good restaurants, groceries and pharmacies nearby. So it is easy to find food and the place to check COVID test before we go home. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen gadgets, refrigerator and microwaves. There was also a washing machine. The bed was comfortable and we were on the fifth floor; that made it quiet at night to have a good sleep. There a few setback: 1) the building is old and damp, 2) there was only ONE small elevator in use and it accommodated only 3 persons at a time, and its function was not always reliable, 3) the toilets smell and had no ventilation fan, and 4) the shower stall is so small you can’t move much once you are inside it
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It was clean and it was big and it was close to town and close to the train station
