Charles (8/5): - The good…place was clean and comfortable very well stocked, furniture was comfortable, large tv’s, kitchen well stocked, easy to park and near everything. Bed was comfortable too. The bad…when checking in we were put in room #1. I ask, will there be a lot of road noise? Answer, no you”ll be fine. Well, not true. At 4:45 am, I heard the dumpster being moved and trash picked up, right behind my head. Heard every car going down the road. People walking by. At one point we were sitting on the sofa and smelled marijuana coming through the air condition unit. I really liked the place, but I would certainly ask to be in a room further back in the property. Not sure what they can do about people smoking, since it’s legal everywhere today and it could happen anywhere.

Karmin (10/5): Beautiful cottages close to the strip - These are very nice little cottages with everything you need. The cottage was well appointed with a comfortable bed, pillows, bedding, towels and the like. It also had several nice touches such as a couple of bottles of water in the fridge, chairs to sit out on the porch, and an iron and ironing board. Great location within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay again.

John (10/5): - This was the absolute PERFECT place to stay for a visit to Hot Springs. It’s close to downtown, but not too close. The room was perfect, spacious, and the bed was super comfy. We stayed in the cabin style room and loved it. We also loved how contactless everything was. Not a single complaint.

SUENAL84 (10/5): Skip the chains and stay here. - Skip the chain hotels and stay here! I read reviews of some of the hotels near bathhouse row and many complained of noise. This motel was absolutely quiet and spotless. Everything you need in a room, comfy beds and linens, more than enough towels for a two night stay, microwave & large refrigerator. Table and two chairs, desk, small couch and side chairs too! Would definitely recommend and would stay here in a heartbeat.

Ight be another room that we could move to, and the office manager was great about having us switch. The room we moved to was a super cute cottage like room, we loved it! We wish we would have have a longer stay here!

There were electrical outlets and lights that weren’t working however. The walls must be very thin; even though the place was mostly empty we were given a room next to another occupied room, and from the bed we could easily hear the television and talking from the adjacent room.

The breakfast at the Best Cafe was great and convenient. The bed was comfortable. The only minor issues were the location of being near the ice chest, it was noisy, the kitchen knives need sharpening and that there were butter knives.
