Nu exista bufet, iar domnul care era responsabil acolo ne servea cu ceea ce era prestabilit. Acest lucru poate fi foarte neplacut pentru o persoana cu alergii si intolerante.

La mitad del alojamiento está en obras y se escuchaban los ruidos durante todo el día. El desayuno es un poco simple y siempre lo mismo. La habitación es pequeña y el baño minúsculo. La puerta de la ducha estaba rota y salía el agua.

- ezanetti (4/5): No lo repetiría - La cercanía al centro, a 200 metros La habitación estaba en un edificio en obra, vista a un patio lleno de escombros y mugre. La calefacción estaba muy baja, reclamamos varias veces pero siempre estuvo fría la habitación. La terraza si bien es alta, tiene la vista cubierta por 2 edificios más hacia donde despegan los globos y no había para sentarse, había que estar de pie. No era una cueva, era una habitación a medio construir que parece cueva.

- Zakaria (10/5): Hotel is perfect. Good location to walk around and to get up and see balloons. They help rent car. - Good breakfast, good location. All good, lil smell in the washroom thats it. Just make sure you book airport shuttle bus or else you will be stuck with expensive taxi fee, theres no bus or metro takes you there to cappadocia.

They went above and beyond by organizing all of our tours seamlessly, including a last-minute ATV tour, a private sunset horse riding experience, and a hot air balloon ride. We appreciated their honesty and transparency with pricing. Anytime we needed assistance, they were always happy to help. Our room was absolutely stunning. Spacious, spotlessly clean, and even more beautiful than we expected. The jacuzzi was a highlight, and we made great use of it during our stay. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was very convenient for getting around. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and we had a very comfortable and memorable stay. The swimming pool wasn’t clean during our visit, though we stayed in April, so it may be better maintained in the summer months. There were also some renovation materials placed in front of our room door, but it didn’t really bother us.

- Yulia (10/5): Great value for the money. - We absolutely loved our stay, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member was incredibly kind, attentive, and went out of their way to help us at any time of day or night. Their hospitality made the entire experience feel so welcoming and stress-free. The location is excellent — just a few minutes from the town center, with plenty of street parking available nearby. The rooms were a good size with comfortable beds, and the views were amazing — especially from the terraces where you can see the balloons up close. There’s also a rooftop restaurant serving a lovely Turkish breakfast and I believe they will open for all day soon in the spring/ summer. The included breakfast had a good spread and tasted really good Highly recommend, for the outstanding service and the amazing view. Great value for the money!

Staff were really friendly, and the breakfast-included was great too The lighting in the room was extremely low, it was difficult to see around. The dim lights for the ambience is understandable, but it would have been better if the dim lights were an option with proper lights also been made available, rather than having only dim lights in the room.

Desde el primer momento me hicieron sentir muy cómoda, como en casa, gracias a la atención cálida y personalizada de Omar y del dueño del hotel. La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro de Göreme y cerca de todo, lo cual facilitó muchísimo mi visita. Las instalaciones del hotel me encantaron: la habitación estaba muy limpia y era acogedora, la terraza es preciosa, ideal para relajarse, y el hotel cuenta con una piscina disponible para los huéspedes. Además, la comida es excelente; los desayunos que probé fueron abundantes y deliciosos. En general, disfruté muchísimo de mi estancia en este hotel. La verdad es que no puedo encontrar nada que no me gustara de la propiedad. Todo superó mis expectativas, así que no tengo ni una sola queja. De hecho, la única ‘pega’ fue tener que irme después de solo dos noches; ¡ojalá hubiera podido quedarme más tiempo!

- Isaeva (10/5): - Гереме - маленькая деревня. Там наверное все отели считаются, что они в центре. Этот отель - прям в центре, расположение отличное. Персонал на ресепшн всегда есть, очень доброжелательное отношение. Номера действительно в пещере, там чисто, тепло, мне очень понравилось. Даже не тесно. Большая ванная комната. Завтрак готовят, не шведский стол. Яйца, сыр, джем, хлеб. Мы брали в аренду машину. Поездили по всем городам рядом, там всё близко, мне понравился город Ургюп, я бы в следующий раз жила там. Гёреме - очень маленькая деревня, там одна улица. Ургюп побольше, там вечерами жизнь. Если без машины, пешком - то в Гёреме как раз можно дойти до жилищ троглодитов там километра полтора.

Upon complain we were moved into another room which was much smaller and not a cave room. This room also had an issue such as shower head poiting towards wall than floor. Upon complain, the owner said he will change the shower head, which he did but was almost same as before. No compensation was offered nor any apologies. Breakfast was basic

Por servicios y desayuno, no - La ubicación excelente, Goreme es costoso para los bolsillos de los latinos pero valió la pena El desayuno pésimo. Solo pan, margarina y dulces. Comparando otros alojamientos que residí durante mi estadía de un mes en Turquía fue el peor desayuno. Lo único rescatable fue el huevo que adicionaron (solo uno!!). Para el precio de la habitación debe mejorarse, los extranjeros no comemos así, quien os asesora? El sifón del baño no evacúa rápido el agua y se empoza la ducha.

Une petite terrasse sur le toit pour admirer les montgolfières le matin. Nouvelle avions une chambre assez bruyante car situé sous la salle du restaurant

I got the cave experience that I wanted Maintenance is needed, one of the sofas was torn with a sheet laid on it to cover the tear. Cleaning of carpets is required on regular level. Basic toilet amenities like dental kit was missing, had to buy ourselves.

The staff were amazing, Osman, Josh and Ozgur were so very lovely and helpful in every way. The included breakfast was divine. I would recommended this hotel to everyone and if ever back in Cappadocia I would most certainly stay here again. Ademád íbamos con niños, y se mostró encantador y paciente con ellos. Los espacios del hotel son muy agradables, la piscina es fundamental para los días calurosos, desde la azotea disfrutamos de un amanecer viendo los globos sobre nosotros. Desayuno rico y recien hecho, servido personalmente a la mesa. Además, está alejado del bullicio de las calles principales de Göreme. Todo un acierto. Quizá la habitación cueva es muy bonita y tiene un encanto natural, pero al ser piedra natural se va deshaciendo y ensucia con facilidad lo que dejes durante la noche, además no tiene ventilación. Es importante saberlo si tienes claustrobia.

Staying in a real cave was awesome!!! - Location is in the center of Goreme so you can practically walk around to explore the town, buy groceries and souvenirs, and walk toward the Goreme Open Air Museum. Osman was really a great, kind, caring and generous host. He helped me get a very good deal with my Hot Air Balloon Ride and my Red Tour. The hotel is just right next to the Hot Air Balloon Take Off Site. Swimming Pool was very aesthetic and looks very good in the pictures and videos. Cooker's Restaurant on the roof top prepares delicious and affordable meal. Breakfast was superb. They can improve on the daily cleaning of the cave room and the giving out of toiletries everyday. It is a cave so particles of dust will fly around the room when using AC but over all I enjoy my peaceful stay in their aesthetic cave room.

Great breakfast included and reasonably priced dinner. The guys were so helpful and we used WhatsApp to book the balloon flight and transfer at a price as good or better than most in town - couldn't have asked for better! Should have asked for another pillow...

Osman was the best host we encountered in Turkey, offering a warm welcome and exceptional hospitality. He went above and beyond to make our stay special, even surprising my wife by decorating our room with red rose petals at no extra cost. The breakfast was outstanding, and whatever we requested, he happily prepared for us. An amazing person and an unforgettable experience!
