• Lori (4/5): Excellent rooftop view, disappointing otherwise - Excellent view from the rooftop was the redeeming quality, disappointing experience otherwise The property experience was disappointing. We had a family of four, with only one set of keys. There was construction in the building each morning at promptly 8am, making sleeping in impossible. Additionally, the washer was broken and we had a limited number of linens/towels available.
• Carol (9/5): Fabulous location and views from 2bed apartment - Great location 2 blocks back from the river and Ponte Vecchio. Apartment had fantastic views over Florence from rooftop terrace and a lift to the floor below our apartment, made access easy if not keen on climbing stairs(4th floor apartment). Kitchen showing some wear but otherwise worked well, and hosts responsive when we had small issue. Highly recommend Some tea towels to dry dishes and a few more bathroom supplies (soap, toilet paper etc). Minor things but are the difference between good and great.

• Claire (8/5): Great location, overall good value - lots of minor stuff needed tweaking to make outstanding. - The location was great, as was the roof terrace, lots of great places to eat nearby and a fabulous GF place to get breakfast, which was great for me as I struggle to find places that cater for my dietary requirements. The apartment was warm, in fact I turned the thermostat down. A few things - we were shown the wrong apartment initially, was in the same block but on 1st floor. The décor was slightly different to the photos, and had only 3 seats in the kitchen. The kitchen oven clock was really noisy, and the shower door was broken, and wouldn't close properly.
• W (8/5): We had a nice stay with great views, space and in a central location. Some improvements needed - Location is great, close to all you need in Florence. The apartment is very nicely decorated and has great views over the city. It’s spacious and has a nice feel to it. Communication with person to meet us for the keys was excellent and all went well. Overall a good stay. It’s very limited in kitchenware, it’s a real let down and I can’t understand why they can’t spend a few euro’s to buy more and better plates, glasses and cups. This has been noted by several reviews already and for a luxury place it should be better equiped. The heating needs a full day to get the place warm, which is annoying when you arrive and the temp is 14 degrees inside.
• Brett (6/5): Nice place with a nice view, but terrible check-in/check-out - Excellent terrace with great views, and great location. Check in and check out we’re unnecessarily difficult. Our flight landed at 7:30 pm which meant we could not make the 8 pm cut off and had to pay extra. Regardless of timing, we had to jump through a few chats on whatsapp to coordinate to be let in. Checkout was worse. The 10 am cutoff is a hard cut off. We had an 11 am ride out but spent two hours trying to find a place for our bags so we could enjoy a bit of our morning. 10 am is a bit unusual, and won’t fit most peoples schedule. Since left luggage is not accommodated, you are better off staying at a hotel.

• Kirsten (10/5): My family absolutely loved this place. Spent a lot of time on the terrace drinking wine and enjoying the amazing views o - The Terrace!! Amazing 360 views of Florence. Spacious and comfortable. My kids favorite place to stay among all the other places we stayed. Close proximity to Ponte Vecchio but in a nice quiet neighborhood with cafe & food places right nearby. The bathroom shower was super small.

• Alventi (7/5): We only paid for the amaizing views - very good location, and amaizing view; spacious apartments. The host girl was very friendly. We were allowed to leave our things in the apartment ahead of time. "Tired" appart needs renovation: it's broken here, not working there, better not to touch it here either – it's like this everywhere. The stairs are dangerous, especially on the terraces. Wifi does not work on the terrace. Smell in the bathroom on the 3rd day, fortunately, we were already leaving.

• Sue (10/5): - Superb view from the terrace! With such a good view comes stairs. Apartment is on the fourth floor with elevator to the third. Two flights within the apartment to get to the terrace but is so worth it! Beds were comfortable, apartment was clean. A great area to stay in, everything was within walking distance. The apartment is light on amenities. We had to buy toilet paper (provided two small rolls for four adults for 3 nights). Overall would absolutely recommend, but just be aware.

• Chris (9/5): Great location, very clean apartment. Liked the books, record player, and the terrace on top. Host was very helpful with - Very central and near where we parked. The terrace was very nice and had a great view of the city below. Great location for a group to stay. Nothing really to say, just be aware the lift only goes to level 3 and not many steps to level 4. Stairway is spacious for carrying a bag.

• Shelby (10/5): Host was very responsive and even let us check in earlier than necessary! Checkin was very easy he met us with keys and - Amazing terrace view - better than the pictures ! Only caveat is if you have 5 people, it removes the living room from use due to the air mattress.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Poor - The apartment was dated and worn. The pictures are deceiving. It was not clean. It was very dusty. The shower was moldy. It was raining one day and there was a leak from the bathroom ceiling onto the floor. When i contacted maintenance regarding this issue, there was no response. The check-in process was rushed. The sofa bed's pillows were not around and therefore it could not be used as a sofa, but only a sofa bed. It is in a great neighborhood, walking distance ot all the main sights and beautiful views of florence from the windows and the rooftop terrace. Would not stay here again.

• Roni (6/5): Loved the location of the property! - The apartment is in a good location. The apartment was clean. We were met at the apartment but were really not given any instructions on the property or what do do with garbage or any suggestions for places to go in the area. The apartment was fine but just a few notes for future guests. The toilet area of the bathroom is very small. If you are a larger person this could be an issue. The outdoor patio is on the roof, which is fine, but you need to climb two flights of narrow stairs.

• TRICIA (8/5): Enjoyable - The flat was great as it could accommodate 6 people. The terrace had a view that was amazing. Some extra towels and paper products would’ve been great. Also a better coffee pot. But those weren’t reasons to not recommend it. The location was perfect and neighborhood wonderful.

• Kathleen (10/5): Best view in Florence - This stay was incredible. Absolutely the best view in Florence. You can see a 360 view of the whole city. The location was great, too, in a super vibey area of Florence and lots of great restaurant and things to do in the immediate area. The only problem we had was that we couldn't get the heat to work for our first day there. This is partly because the system takes a long time to heat the place up, and partly because the person who checked us in didn't really explain how to use it. Other than that, no complaints. Would absolutely stay again.
