- Jillian (7/5): Great location. Close to everything. No stairs. - The location is fabulous. The apartment we had was looking over the pool. Lillian was great with communication. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well stocked for what you need. Could do with a very deep clean. Outdoor balcony area needs a hose down. 1 bedroom is in fact only separated with bifold doors from the main lounge which didn’t close so if privacy is an issue then that would be a problem. No lift. We were on the second floor. We were fine but I couldn’t see anywhere on the description that this was the case.

- Lisa (7/5): Overall the stay was ok, but not somewhere I’d choose to stay again. - As we were moved to Jubilee View I can only comment on that, the property was spacious & had everything we needed No air conditioning in the bedrooms, I’ll fitting curtains in the bedroom which allowed the light from the convention centre to shine straight into the master bedroom, all night.

- Lois (2/5): Overpriced and very disappointing - Location I booked an apartment but it was a tiny room. Several things were broken. The access at night was dangerously dark, no lighting. I asked for 1 hr early check in and it was approved by email at 4 am the day before I left! I emailed the manager who subsequently blocked me!!
- Daniela (5/5): Please review apartment safety!! - Great location, close to shops and cafes/restaurants Curtain rod bent, bathroom basin leaked into cupboards soaking the toilet paper, shower screen was rusty and off the hinges which made it unable to close, no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the bathroom was very wet and foggy after each shower, the bathroom window had no screen so unable to keep it open and the sofa bed was dirty, needing a vacuum prior to sleeping on it and crumbs under the couch. The couch was clearly not moved for a long time.

Just needs room itself needs some updating and clean behinds beds how dirty and dust - Close to the tram, close walk to the beach, convenient to restaurants, shops & convention centre. Dusty in the room, bathroom door was very old and could open up to go shower. Bathroom needs a new shower door.

Unit adequate but dated, time for furniture upgrade. Unit could do with a deep clean.

Walls all had gunk and balcony had spilled drinks, leaves and cogerette ash over one, mould and water from air con on other with dirty plastic table and chairs. The walls have gaps between walls and floor that need sealing. The actual layout is awesome and great location the only issue was the cleanliness. Needs a good bond clean and new couches as we sank sitting in them. Only stayed one of the intial 6 night stay and requested refund. The manager was very lovely and said ahe’d send cleaners around following day but we opted to leave after seeing a few cockroaches. She was helpful and lovely. For the same price you can stay at a modern clean place. This room could be sweet if cleaner and new couches. Bed also wasnt comfortable ans pillows too high.

- Jacqueline (7/5): Comfortable, helpful staff. - Lillian was very helpful when I called her for advice. The apartment was within easy reach of the beach and central to shops in broadbeach. The bed was comfortable, clean sheets and pillow cases. The microwave and kettle worked perfectly well. Shower was powerful and water nice and hot. Had to buy washing up liquid and wash up dishes in bathroom sink. Key was sticky on the front gate lock. No lift which wasn’t too much of a problem because I’m pretty fit.

- Sandy (8/5): Great location - nice sized apartment - tad noisy because of the rubbish bins outside - This was an older apartment but in good condition and very comfortable . There was a washer and dryer but I didn’t use them - great for longer stays or if you only bring a few items. Full kitchen so I bought breakfast items and had a cooked breakfast for a fraction of the cost of eating breakfast out. I also liked the ceiling fan in the bedroom TV was difficult to work out - took a few days before I got the hang of it - but it would probably be easy for those who have lots of streaming accounts.

Unfortunately of the two sets of keys only one key worked to get in the gate and main door and even then it was not easy to use. The apartment was overall good. Had everything we needed. Some of the furniture was a little tired and needs a bit of care and attention. We also found a previous tenants dirty washing on the top shelf in the wardrobe.

Mattress on sofa bed very bony/wiry. Would have liked to have some basic seasonings (eg salt, pepper) available in the kitchen.

- Clare (6/5): Only a room, but convenient. - This is neither a studio or an apartment. It is a room, little bigger than the bed, and a bathroom. With a kettle and a fridge in the wardrobe. If you get a good price then the location is very central for Broadbeach. Everything was clean and tidy. Not a room you want to hang out in at all or eat in but if all you need is a bed and shower then it’s fine. I didn’t like the misleading statement about being a studio or an apartment. It is a room.

The apartment was spacious with a dishwasher and laundry, a home away from home for us. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Stairs were a bit of a problem only because of my injured knee. The wall socket for the TV needs tightening/ replacing and the handle on the fry pan is loose just needs a tighten with a Philips screwdriver. Light over the dining area didn't work.

- John (5/5): Apartment North Broadbeach - Very close to Transport, eateries, and supermarket and within walking distance to the beach.The pool and spa were excellent We were advised that key instructions would be emailed the day before, we were in transit when finally the information came through after several emails from us. The instructions were not very clear and as it was dark when we arrived very difficult to see the code. The shower was difficult to regulate, it was either cold or boiling hot, quite dangerous.Overall the Apartments were tired and in need of an upgrade.

The water pressure for shower wasn’t strong enough for us to- but we had not other problem with showering. The washing machine had a slight water leak but just placed a towel down each day.

Probably equivalent to a chain motel. Suited my needs. Secure and once the key pick up was sorted, ok. To get in and out. Double glazing be ok to shut out the building noise next door and a fair bit of noise from exhaust in bathroom. Mattress springs squeaked. Reckon the mattress needs renewing.

- Stephen (6/5): Good stay good location but a few things within the unit need replacing - We had a little trouble as we were told the keys were in a safe box it was a little confusing as there are lots of boxes that just look like letterboxes ( if you don't know they are lock boxes ) but there is also a safe looking box and we were trying to access that. Can I suggest that it be clarified that it is the boxes with the numbers on them is what you're after to access the keys. Also the water pressure in the shower was HORRIBLE it needs attention, also the lounge needs replacing sitting on the lounge in certain seats you lean to one side.

"Kitchen facilities" were limited, and in cupboard. One exit gate didn't have the same key for entry as main gate. No light working above lock box - a bit difficult to see code numbers. Construction site behind unit noisy every morning.

- Maria (3/5): Room poky if don't have a balcony - The pool area wonderful - centre of Broad Beach yet felt private. Pool lovely and lots of loungers. Very central location - next door to restaurants, convention centre and 2 mins to the beach. Room without balcony just too poky - if you are out all day not a problem but evening is awful as spending all the time sitting on the bed. The slide doors all broken on the tracks so hard to open or close- wardrobe/kitchette and bathroom. Shower awful - constant flicker from hot to cold.

It was a struggle with a baby in a pram due to not having a lift. Due to carpark location and lack of lift we had to do many trips to the car to load & unload which was a little stressful despite parking at the front of the property Pillows were a little too firm (But that is just me personally)
