- Roy (9/5): - Excellent from the start,, met with a smile đ the room was ok just needed an extra chair and there was room on the wall by the door to fit a coat hanger. Should also replenish the tea and coffee daily. Overall the staff were excellent but seamed in short supply.re
- jacqueline (10/5): - Good atmosphere very freindly staff nice and clean nothing to much trouble
- Stephen (8/5): Golf Break - Spacious car park
20 min walk into Bridlington
Convenient for Bridlington Golf Club
Comfortably rooms
Attentive staff
- Martin (8/5): Good accommodation with comfortable bed and decent size room - Everything was good, very much like a Premier Inn but with decor not quite as good When we checked in we were told food ended at 8pm but when we went to eat were told it was fully booked, no warning when we checked in.

Long walk to breakfast if raining (no cover)
Not on a bus route.
Little choice on breakfast cereals.
Pricey food.

- Ann (8/5): - Car parking on site, walking distance into the promenade Spoons in room were dirty, bathroom could have been a little cleaner.
- Elaine (9/5): Nice place very comfortable be prepared to wait for your room!!! - Clean comfortable Delay waiting for rooms to be ready
- Judi (2/5): The hotel was extreemly disappointing - The food was very good. The running of the hotel was a farce. We booked a disabled room. No walk in shower. Went back to reception, the lady said that no rooms had a walk in shower!!. After returning the following day, we found all our belongings had been packed up and put in an office!! Why? Because the people booked into that room, should have left!!
Perhaps, someone should have realised a mistake had been made. We were given the disabled room, with walk in shower. However, there were no shelves for clothes, just a small hanging rail. No where in the bathroom to put toiletries, except the floor! The bathroom was freezing and the tv didnt work! When we left the room we found the key card lock didnt work, even though it had been looked at previous to us having the room. That was the final straw, so we asked to move back to our previous room. We were given another similar room, which was better, but you could not adjust the thermostat for the heating. Although, we would have had it warmer, I didnt want complain again, so put up with it! The hotel was separate to the restaurant and so had to keep going across the carpark, in order to speak to someone. Nathan, the manager did try to sort things out and we got a couple of free drinks and 50% off the evening meal, but, I do not agree with all our things being packed up, why couldnt they wait until we returned! The hotel seems to be suffering from wear and tear, the disabled room is room is ridiculous. Some disabled people need space for more equipment not less. See above. I hope my comments there will be accepted, even though I put them in the wrong space. I would like my comments to be passed on to Marstons. I would gladly give them my opinions, if I can find where to send them.
- Thomas (8/5): -
- Len (9/5): Great reward after a long day - Location and the Marstons touch All good
- Tom (10/5): - Very accommodating staff, nice size room and good breakfast.
- Robert (8/5): Served our purpose. - Generally suited our needs and location. Evening meals were disappointing and food choices had often run out.
- Susan (9/5): A comfortable stay and a very good breakfast. - Friendly and helpful check in staff. Great breakfast with lots of choice. It was very handy to have an evening meal in the pub. There was plenty of parking. The room was comfortable. The room was a little tired and would have benefited from a second chair.

- Denny 67 (8/5): Good stay, with a good night's sleep - We liked the location, the price was good. The room could do with being updated.
- Wendy (8/5): -
- Andrew (5/5): Nice hotel if replacing the worn out mattress then I would be happy to stay again. - Easy parking and breakfast across the car park. Bed mattress was awful could feel the springs worn out and uncomfortable.
- Alan (5/5): Reasonable for the price - Nice and clean. Quiet location
- Wilford (8/5): -
- Kerry (10/5): - Room was spacious and spotless, food was ok, breakfast was particularly good. Hotel was a great location for Brid Spa and easily walkable into the centre along the coast Waitress got my order wrong and when I could not eat what she has brought me, she tutted when I refused the food. Another member of staff was more professional and very helpful
- Kevin (9/5): Will be back next year many thanks. - All good room spotless, shower great, plenty of towels, stall very good, breakfast exceptional all cooked fresh . All good
- Penny (9/5): Weekend break at Bridlington - Accommodation was comfortable, clean and well presented. Check in and out was effortless and staff were very helpful. Menu at the Lobster pot didnât offer much choice for vegetarians. Not sure whether we went at a bad time but the pub had screaming kids and loud people. Unfortunately we were seated amongst them. Needless to.
say we left. I have to say that when we called in later on it was much quieter.
- Debbie (8/5): Brilliant bird-watching break in Bridlington! - Ideal location for our break, room was clean, perfectly well equipped for our needs, beds comfortable and despite being on a main road, very quiet.
Breakfast was included in our price and this a varied choice, freshly cooked and substantial. Nothing.
- Rosie (7/5): Comfortable seat pleasant but not exciting - The breakfast was lovely perfect had a bit of everything for everyone Some of deco was tired dirty especially toilets
- debbie (6/5): - Staff friendly
Bed comfy Didnt like shower curtain
Breakfast seemed to be done on a tight budget.Quite small breakfast and cheap beans and sausage.
Felt we should get cheaper rates on food if you are a resident even if booked through 3rd party.
- Beadle (9/5): - Ideal location. Friendly and helpful staff. N/A
- Faulkner (10/5): Fab - Lovely breakfast, good value for money
We loved Bridlington and went to Bempton cliffs and flamborough Was all good
- Sally (6/5): Great for food but accommodation poor - The location was great and the pub was wonderful very friendly. The accommodation was very lacking. Lots of things need a touchup and a few things werenât working such as the TV and the bedside light. I didnât like the fact that the accommodation was away from the pub even though it was only a short walk and lots of things didnât work. It was also very noisy at night with plumbing sounds I knew when anybody had been to the toilet in the night!
- Colin (8/5): - Pub/hotel is in a great location for touring the area with plenty of onsite parking
The pub/restaurant was well staffed with plenty of choice for food and drink
Breakfast was really good with a good choice
Room was just what we needed for a couple of nights
- Jeff (10/5): -
- Kirsty (10/5): A lovely stay - A lovely stay, welcoming, efficient and clean
- sean (9/5): great stay, friendly staff, great food, great value for money. Will go back again. - great stay, friendly staff, great food, great value for money. Will go back again.
- Deborah (10/5): - Standard of accommodation in excellent and quiet. It took a while for someone to come to the desk...
- Myles (9/5): - Staff were brilliant, we had lunch which wasnât cheap but was extremely good. Hotel room was clean warm and comfortable. Breakfast was good too. 15 min walk to the beach.
- David (9/5): -
- mick (3/5): Disappointing 3 night stay - Nice staff and food in pub good Bathroom fan ran non stop 24 hours, no lift to upper floor, lights in staircase went off delay too short and dangerous, only 1 bath and 1 hand towel for 2 persons, any extras had to get from pub outside and the other side of the car park, no toilet roll holder, broken off prior but never replaced, room storage and comfort only suitable for single person on a 1 night stay not designed for multiple nights. Would not stay here again as there are far better places, overall 3-4/10 rating.
- Carol (5/5): It was what it was would not go back there x - Room was good Had to wait a lot book as only 3 staff working and there was a private party on plus people waiting for food . I booked a room on the ground floor as I am 78 and not good with stairs, they said there was none , if I had Inone that when booking I could have gone elsewhere
- Tracey (8/5): -
- kirsty (10/5): 10/10 rooms - All staff very welcoming, the rooms were very spacious, had everything we needed, lovely deep bath for relaxing. We had a family of 4, 1 double bed and a sofa with pull out single bed underneath.
Room had air conditioning and everyone had a peaceful night's rest, parking spaces available in a larger car park. 10 minutes or less walking distance to the beach front, just outside of the town.
Would recommend and looking forward to our next stay.
I'm an ambulatory wheelchair user and was so happy that I could access the room in my wheelchair on the lower level. Had to go over to the pub to ask for more towels, we booked as a family of 4 but only got x1 set of towels, it wasn't an issue as such and staff was more then happy to help.
- JOHN (7/5): - Location Needs 2 cards for entry you need the card to get in leaving wife with no electricity in room

- Joanne (10/5): Lovely night, spa was a mile away, the reason we were in Bridlington. Quiet hotel, with lovely breakfast. - Convenience of being close to Bridlington spa, having a restaurant on site. Free parking. Nothing
- Leanne (8/5): Football away tour, very good location and stay - Very good Nothing
- David (10/5): -
- hayes (10/5): Great - Nice and clean Think there was a leak in the bathroom
- Dawn (4/5): Would not stay there again - The location I asked for a cot in one of the rooms that I booked. When we checked in there was no record for a cot! A member of staff said she would put one in the room but forgot! The rooms were cold, one of the staff members was unhelpful regarding this. Said she could do nothing about it. We had to wrap our 2year old in a duvet to keep her warm. We had other things happen which made our stay poor.
- pauline (8/5): - Lovely clean and well planned room. Staff friendly very helpful. Good atmosphere and very busy for evening in the restaurant. Tv didn't work. Half picture missing. Only TV not working.
- Timothy (10/5): - Great location, nice and quiet. Staff realy helpful & friendly.

- Neilan (8/5): -
- Halstead (7/5): Clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. - I liked the spacious bathroom and the comfortable bed. Our room was clean and roomy. I.could only see one small blemish just above the window. The facilties were great and good value for money. The tea making facilities and the TV was fine. The view wasn't great from the window as all I cpuld see was houses. I could hear bumping noises from another room, but luckily it stopped before it was too late.
- Rachel (8/5): -
- Paul (10/5): Just really enjoyed the stay - Really friendly staff and very clean and they were all very welcoming
- Katherine (10/5): Comfortable, ckean and convenient - Large clean room. Good sound dampening. Ensuite bathroom with a bath. Comfortable bed. Plenty of free parking The way the bath/shower controls worked was a bit of a puzzle. The light on the stairs was movement activated but would turn off quickly.. the sides of the bath were high and the doors heavy
