• Frederic (10/5): - L'accueil de Guillia a été très sympathique. Le studio était bien équipé avec un coin cuisine convenable. Belle terrasse un peu fraîche, normal pour le début mai. Stationnement simple et sécurisé. Accès à la ville en 10' à pied, 5' pour le Conad le plus proche.
• Silvia (10/5): A dream place - Location in the Otranto gulf with a magnificent view over the sea from the balcony. The apartment is modern, beautifully decorated in marble, with a well equipped kitchen. Ms Giulia is a wonderful host and provided us a lot of information about the surroundings, places to visit and restaurants. There are 3 food shops within walking distance and much more pubs and restaurants. The beach is less than 200 m away. Lot of secured parking spaces inside the villa's yard. Everything was spot clean, we had a generous supply of snow white towels. A/C can run on heating as well which is very useful during the chilly May nights. Wifi signal is excellent. Nothing. A microwave would have been useful but not essential.

It’s located right beside the beach, and the views are nothing short of incredible. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and came with the huge bonus of secure private parking, which made our stay completely stress-free. Giulia was a fantastic host—her communication was amazing, and she made the check-in and check-out process incredibly easy. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend We loved our stay and thought the property was great. A couple of small ideas that could make it feel even more like home: a coffee maker of some kind for the mornings would be a huge plus! Also, substituting the bright main lights with some smaller lamps (and warmer light bulbs) alongside a soft carpet would give the apartment an extra warm, cozy vibe. Just minor details, as everything was already very good!

Die Lage ist perfekt-nur 5 Min. zu Fuss und dann ist man im wunderschönen Otranto mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist sehr schön auf Otranto. Der Strand ist vor der Haustüre. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Der Parkplatz super. Habe sehr schöne Ferien gehabt.😍 Vielen Dank!

• Goverde (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf! Aanrader! - Ruim appartement met balkon. Heerlijk dicht bij het leuke centrum van Otranto. De deur klapperde door de tocht, opgelost door er iets tussen te steken!

Literally steps from public beach and 5 min walk to private beach with sun beds and umbrellas. 10 minute walk to the old town which was absolutely stunning. Lots of dining and shopping options. Giulia was very responsive and very welcoming. Highly recommend this area and this apartment!

• Emanuele (10/5): Villa Altomare, der perfekte Ort für einen Urlaub, mit einer super Lage in einer wunderschönen Dorf am Meer. - Ich habe in einer Zweizimmerwohnung mit Blick auf den ganzen Hafen von Otranto übernachtet, und auch die Stadt war wunderschön. Es war toll, morgens aufzustehen und die Morgendämmerung zu sehen, und abends die Lichter der Stadt im Meer reflektieren zu sehen. Nur im Bad hätten ein paar Handtuchhaken mehr nicht geschadet, sonst war alles super.

Location is brilliant, right next to the sea, a couple of minutes walk to nice bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walk from old town. Huge amount of space for 2 people to stay comfortably, with good cooking utensils etc. private parking was great and the hosts were great: really welcoming and helpful and providing good recommendations. Great view from the apartment as well.

Large balcony with furniture and washing machine, sink, dryer, etc. 10 minute walk along the bay to the old town with plenty of bars and restaurants along the way. Public beach outside the hotel. Giulia was very welcoming and helpful. Creaky handle on the bathroom door and some neighbour noise - an old building. The internet did go down once but Giulia very apologetic and fixed - bad weather.

A couple of nearby bars to pass on the walk into town with views across the bay. Beaches everywhere You can’t have a sea view with a balcony.

From the moment we booked to even after we left Giulia did everything to make our stay as easy as it could be, including complementary lifts to and from train station. Villa Altomare is on the opposite side of Otranto Bay to old town, so it is a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle. 10-15 minute walk gets you there. All requests we had were dealt with promptly and professionally. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Leaving

• Gronowski (10/5): Wonderful stay. - A wonderful host, Giulia. Gave us a ride in her car from the train station to the room and again when we were leaving Otranto. Very attentive to our needs, provided for us a kettel for making a tea and gave us tips what to see and where to eat. A big balcony with a table, washing machine, a very quiet location. Very good value for the money.
• Daphne (10/5): A dream! - Awesome apartment, right on the seaside, clean and comfortable ! We could not get enough of the seaside views. Giulia and her mom are excellent hosts, so kind and helpful! We had the best time and hope to come back soon. The furniture is a bit old fashioned and the lighting quite harsh, as is often the case in Italian houses. None of that really bothered us, though.
• Nigel (9/5): Superb - South-easterly facing over the bay - ripples of the water reflected on bedroom ceiling - and just below, a stretch of sheltered sea that is a natural, generous-sized swimming pool. Giulia gave us a top-floor view that lifted the spirits daily.

Equipped kitchen and free parking. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Our apartment had 2 balconies and a washing machine too We were on the second floor and there was no lift and no one told us ( we were told we had no seaview ,that was fine but a heads up re no lift would have been useful). The lighting was either too bright (overhead) or too dull (bedside lights) Kitchen lighting was too dark

They offered free parking which was helpful and provided a stress-free driving experience, each unit had a designated spot. The room was spotless. It was a few steps away from local coffee shops. The apartment's location was perfect, it felt central even though it was far enough from the busier part of town. There's nothing to dislike.

Beach near the villa has great access to the water for children. Villa was spacey, clean and had evrything we needed. Air con is working, it has very well equipped kitchen, bathroom was clean as well. Our stay was amazing also thanks to host, Giulia. She picked us up from train station, helped us with travel itinerary around Puglia, renting a car and recommendations for everything we asked for. Out overall stay was amazing, realxing and we enjoy ourselves very much.
• Fabiana (10/5): Hidden Gem! Perfect place for the family!!! - What a hidden gem this place is! This property is conveniently located in front a fantastic beach of crystal clear water. If you are coming with your family, this place is exactly what you are looking for! Our apartment host, Giuli, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable and satisfied. She was attentive and genuinely kind! The photos on Booking.com don’t do justice to the beautiful view from the window in the living room/kitchen and to all that this apartment offers! Our apartment had a large bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room and a kitchen. It was perfect! Giuli, grazie mille a tutti! I wish you and your family all the best! We’ll be back! Nothing. • Paul (9/5): Otranto is beautiful & the fabulous apartment is only 2mins from the beach and 10mins from old town. - The apartment was extremely spacious, clean and well laid out. It is located less than 200m from the beach and a casual 10min stroll into the beautiful old town of Otranto. Our host Giulia was fantastic and very responsive to all our queries. The apartment is located about 6 or 7 minutes walk from a great supermarket, Conad where you can get everything you need. Nothing really

Apartmant was also amazing with wonderful view. The beds are comfortable, in the kittchen you have everthing you need. Apartman was clean and is better then in a pitcure. You can park you car inside the complex. See you again. Nothing
• Victoria (9/5): Stunning location in massive unit - The photos do not do this place justice. The apartment is absolutely massive and very modern. The LOCATION AND VIEW insane. It does not get better . Guilia was lovely very attentive with anything and everything we needed. Perfect stay near everything with kitchen laundry and everything included. The pillows were a bit too hard.

• Gisela (10/5): Being Italian but residing outside Italy, so glad I discovered Puglia. A GEM. - Very nice apartment, spacious, clean, functional and tidy, balconies east and west. Central location, view from balcony to historic old town and amazing beaches. Very clean city, lots of artsy shops, relaxing bars and so much savage countryside and beaches to explore. You can definitely feel the vibe of a very historical fisherman’s town.Private and secure parking. Lots of entertainment and restaurants. Various food stores, fresh markets. And such nice hosts! We have been taken care of like family with Giulia. Nothing. But I would like to mention that local people stick somewhat to themselves… well I don’t blame them but that is just if you wanted to make connections. Once you approach them, they are very courteous and polite.

We booked in at very short notice and she was enormously accommodating. The location of the apartment is fantastic - a few minutes walk from the historical centre and quite literally down a flight of stairs to a beautiful beach. It was very peaceful. We had a fabulous time and were so relaxed. Nothing - it was fantastic.

Incredible Otranto, with its historical center and famous Otranto Cathedral, is a 5-minute walk away. You watch the sea and ships from your balcony. Quiet, cozy, bright. Equipped with a washing machine, iron, small but modern kitchen with induction hob and everything you need. Free secure parking. Reasonable price. 10 minutes from the La Conca karting track where I was for work. A good internet connection is very important these days. I can't say it was slow, but for my work I need an upload speed of at least 50 Mbps. I had much less, about 5 Mbps.
• Joanna (9/5): Superb - Vila Altomore is situated in beautiful Otranto. Very conveniante location. The flat was big, the beds comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. Giulia is perfect host. There was no problem to check in earlier and check out late.

• Peter (10/5): A wonderful place near the beach with secure parking - A perfect location, right across the road to the beach and lungomare with stunning views on the city. A few minutes walk to the historic centre, restaurants, etc. on the way. The service was excellent. Giulia, the manager, contacted us beforehand and we could communicate with her at any time, she is very helpful. Big bonus is the secure private parking, behind the gates. We had a big balcony, probably the size of the unit, with a washing machine and comfortable outdoor furniture. Would stay here again!
• Korneliya (10/5): Great vacation in beautiful Otranto - The location is great - you cross the street, go down the stairs opposite the entrance and you are on a lovely little unguarded beach with the finest sand. If you want a guarded beach at a 5-minute walking distance, there are enough of them. The old town is a short walk across the bay. There was no problem with an earlier check-in. Guilia was very kind and gave us useful tips about places to eat. If I go to Otranto I would stay there again.
• Leonardo (10/5): ALMOST PERFECT. - The question was about breakfast, so we had a nice kitchen and I'm an awesome cook. The unit is awesome. Clean, comfortable, all the human needed facilities are awesome and the TV took our USA Netflix information. Outrageous sunrises and great safe parking. Only needs towel racks and various bath shower trays. Otherwise I've not had a better large shower and bathroom. All is awesome here. Plus the greeting was warm too.
