- Ron (2/5): Never Again - Unit # 109, one night stay and Worst experience in long, lng time!! 1. To begin, the "Desk clerk" could not find online reservation, had to get help. 2. Said & guaranteed room was NON-SMOKING. Had ash trays in the room. 3. TV only had sound. Could not get picture. Tried contacting desk, could NOT get in touch/find with anyone! 4. Bed!?!?.. would not have in my home! Was noisy, lumpy interspring. Very uncomfortable. Wife had back pains "trying to sleep" on it. 5. No coffee cups. No coffee. No iron. Barely had a coffee maker. Would not have used even if coffee was available. 6. Room, when booked, was to have a sofa! NO sofa, only "questioable" chairs. 7. Had tar/paint on vinyl floors (no carpet, probably best there was no carpet) in many places. 8. Poor lighting, bare bulbs, shades?? 9. Will never stay here again. 10. Should get full refund for horrible experience.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Short Stay - Executive Inn was quiet outdoor the room was clean but bathroom need upgrading moldy and you can see how they paint over the mold..My only negative is the walls are so thin you can hear conversations next door and stayed on the first floor no sleep..Also need better ventilation left the door open briefly for fresh air.. Overall; reasonal but cheaoer don't mean better stayed 2 nights..

- Charles (4/5): - On the good side, the office person was courteous and even though my room felt dirty, the bed and pillow sheets were clean and gave me a good night sleep until the office door chime went off for a few seconds every time the door was opened. On the other hand, the enclosed front desk behind safety glass made me question the safety of the location. The condition of the room was poor. The vinyl floors had a hole it it, they appeared to have not been swept for some time, evidenced by dirt and small debris, the couch cover was disgustingly unclean, the office door had a LOUD chiming bell on it that went off every time someone went in and out of it. So, if someone went in the office door in the middle of the night it would wake me up. I was disappointed in my stay.

If you just need to work but not to sleep or do as a vacation spot !! You can hear everything because there close to the freeway

- Mohammad Umar (10/5): Clean & Comfortable stay - We were tired and were looking for a clean and comfortable stay and this place was on point. Recently renovated and very well priced. The lady at the fro t was friendly and accommodating and replaced the room right away due to minor issue. 8/10 for cleanliness. Excellent value for the money! This will be in our list to stay next time.

- Jonathan (2/5): Worst Hotel Experience ever! - When I first arrived to check in the lady instantly accused of me of smelling like smoke when I don’t even smoke. Was telling me to either pay a 50.00 deposit or book a room for smoking when she didn’t even have none available saying if the room smell like smoke when we leave then won’t get the deposit back. But I instantly refused paying her that 50.00 cause why would I book a non smoking room if I smoked in the first place. After going back and fourth they eventually gave me keys to my room. Just for me to have to wait 15 minutes in the car. Cause it wasn’t even ready. The Person was in there rushing to clean it up while we wait outside. When I got in there the sheets and pillows had stains on them. Shower head in bathroom looked filthy. I will never be staying there ever again.

- Kynadi (2/5): - DONT stay here at all we were locked out of our room after being given the wrong room Sunday then came back Tuesday and they cancelled our booking bc they were racist and if when women talk it doesn’t matter ! Also the took our money refused a refund and are outright rude don’t ever stay here I EVEN HAD TO CALL THE COPS ON THEM ! Like seriously they need to do better and I will be getting my money back and hopefully if I go through the right channels I can put them out of business DONT mess with a black womens money or safety period and don’t respond to this I don’t want to hear any of your lies!

My body itch not sure if something on bed. No hot tub like listed on web. Place dusty. Graffiti on furniture including mini fridge. Just Horrible 😬

- Tiffany (4/5): - This hotel was nasty both beds were dirty had to ask for new sheet burn holes on Comforter an we were in a non smoking room. Doors an wall were Filthy absolutely disgusting. I had to wipe everything down even head borders were dirty. Their were no bath towels in our room at all had to dry off with a what in a normal hotel would be a floor matt. We came in late and were just sleeping an leaving so we made the best of it. Will never stay their again.

- Antoinette (2/5): Not as good as pictures of room - The restroom smelled like a urinal, especially if floor got wet from shower. The tub and towels were full strands of black hair. You could see bodily fluids on mirror and headboard. I had to clean room with my own products. My clothes smelled like the room so bad my vehicle took on the smell.

- Melody (6/5): Left it cleaner than when I arrived. - If you enjoy little games of hide and seek, this place is for you. Found: one hair ball behind the door, one dead roly-poly by the sofa (which is torn and did not look clean), one used thong behind the sofa, mildew in the fridge door gasket, an uneven entrance to the bathroom (be prepared to stub your toe), a dead beetle next to the bed table, and just when I said at least there are no roaches I found an egg casing in the dresser. I will say that the bedding and towels appeared to be clean. Not found: the self-serve laundry area (which was the only reason I chose this place). I travel in the developing world, so I didn’t bother trying to change hotels. I offered to sweep the dusty room if they didn’t have time, but it was done immediately. Thank goodness it’s not carpeted. The mattress was ok but is definitely worn. The fridge is a decent size. I used my own sanitizing wipes to clean it. Parking is ok, and it was a fairly quiet place. They did give me a ground floor room as I have a problem with stairs. Staff is friendly and helpful. I stay in this area several times/year, and I have marked this one off my list unless it’s the only place that has a room available. Tried to include some photos that wouldn’t upload.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The room was pleasant. Cable tv, fridge, microwave and air conditioning were fully functional. Staff was quick to fix a bulb. No pests were present. Fair price for simple economy stay when you don't need all the fancy extras.
