Room and bathrooms are clean and tidy. Overall great experience. Breakfast need to be improved. There was no locks on windows. THere was a painting work going on, the entire lobby and lift area the hard paint smell and dust in lobby, better to do such work when low occupancy.

- Zinedine (6/5): Correct - Le personnel L’épicerie juste à côté de l’hôtel. Dommage que l’espace salle de sport ne soit pas d’avantages optimisé. Hammam/Sauna jamais fonctionnel. Petit déj sans grand intérêt.. En réalité la plage est très loin de l’hôtel. Les vélos mis à disposition par l’hôtel sont trop vieux.
- Bilal (6/5): Nice spacious 2 bedroom Suite - Nice and clean. Bedding was pristine Mattress was excellent top notch! Location is abit far. A taxi or car is needed to get around and also we came for breakfast and it had finished like eggs/hashbrowns and waited 20mins for little bit to arrive which was finished again in 1min! The receptionist conned us when we ordered taxi to airport saying he doesn’t have a big car/van available and only has cars available which we had to book. Turns out that the taxi drivers were his friends and him making a raise! Just be aware!
- Khurram (9/5): Great experience and good value for money - Extremely friendly and welcoming staff who is always available to assist with any matter. Kids loved the complimentary ice cream, pool table and arabic coffee. checkin process took an hour which was unexpected and frustrating. The lobby aircon was freezing cold and there was a weird smoking smell on an non-smoking floor (6th)

The check-in process was smooth and fast. The breakfast needs better organization and quantity management, especially during peak periods such as weekends and holidays, as the food was not sufficient for the number of guests.
