• ELLA (10/5): A Brilliant Stay- Most Incredible Attentive Staff. - We stayed in Surya Kembar for 5 days. This was our first experience in Bali and Ubud did not disappoint. The service was absolutely outstanding- staff went above and beyond. A level of service I have never experienced before. Daily housekeeping was great. The restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was outstanding. The attention to detail and our comfort level was apparent. Laundry could be organised. Drinks available by the pool. So incredibly well priced! There was a kindness towards the local animals which we loved and a chill calm atmosphere. We stayed at a luxury escapes resort in Uluwatu after our stay at Surya Kembar and we thought Surya Kembar was so much better. The privacy, sounds of nature, the quiet dining and spectacular staff. The best stay we could have asked for. Thank you to the wonderful staff- you made the stay what it was.

• Aude (9/5): Tres beau séjour - La villa avec la piscine était très agréable et confortable. Le lieu est très bien placé pour nous, pas trop loin du centre ville mais au calme. Les activités proposées par l’établissement sont très sympa. Le centre d’activité Titi Batu est très proche et est bien aménagé. Il y a beaucoup de choses à visiter à proximité. Rien Notez juste que la villa est une maison balinaise, les chambres ne communiquent pas et donnent sur la piscine. Nous étions avec nos adolescents qui étaient ravis! Si vous voyagez avec des enfants en bas âge, ce n’est pas l’idéal mais l’hôtel a peut-être d’autres chose à proposer. Je recommanderai de les contacter.

We liked their restaurant very much, they can make quite decent coffees, I had a piccolo for every breakfast. The view was nice and food was delicious. Only one thing made our stay not quite perfect was that the pillows in the twin beds room weren’t comfortable, the small ones were too soft and the big ones were too high.

• Nanette (10/5): Absolutely amazing property. We loved everything and would happily book again. - We loved everything about this accommodation. The staff were fabulous, room was exceptional and food was amazing.A little bit away from the centre but we preferred to be out of it a little. We had a large group with 5 different types of rooms booked, from a single to the three bedroom villa. The only thing we would recommend is advising guests when they do the mozzie fogging. We were glad we entertained the restaurant staff when we thought there was a fire. 😂
• Satoshi (10/5): Perfect family getaway - The property is located away from the city center, making it a great place for families to relax together. It is perfect for those who want to unwind in a villa away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The gym, which was within walking distance from the villa, was spacious, well-equipped with many machines, and absolutely excellent. To reach the villa’s restaurant, guests need to go down a flight of stairs. My elderly father, who has difficulty walking, nearly tripped. Extra caution is needed at night as the lighting is mostly indirect.
• fiorenza (10/5): Esperienza nella foresta da rifare. Perfetto tutto. - mi è piaciuto TUTTO! Lo staff è super accogliente, la colazione eccezionale, le stanze bellissime!!! Buonissima la bevanda rinfrescante che ti servono al check in. Abbiamo anche usufruito del noleggio scooter tramite la struttura e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione per alcune attività mentre è un po’ più distante da altre ma c’è da dire che Ubud è molto grande quindi è assolutamente comprensibile. Le stanze erano pulitissime nonostante ci trovassimo nel bel mezzo della foresta: sono presenti tra l’altro le spinette per le zanzare nelle camere fornite dalla struttura. Kit di cortesia completi di tutto , bellissimo il kimono da stanza. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Grazie a tutti! se devo essere pignola suggerirei di chiudere il ristorante un poco più tardi la sera per la cena: recandoci alle 9:15 pm in struttura ci è stato detto che alle 9:30 avrebbero chiuso, quindi abbiamo preferito cenare senza fretta in un ristorante all’esterno della struttura.

Excellent gym, sauna, pools, cafe and great fun for kids (activities regularly) Very spacious 2 bedroom villa. Note: rooms are not connected in case you have little children who like to come find you in the middle of the night 😂 Nothing we had a great stay

• Thomas (10/5): - Wir hatten die 3 Zimmer Villa mit 4 Personen gebucht. Sie Villa ist unfassbar schön. Der riesige offen Wohnbereich / Infinity Pool mit Blick auf das Reisfeld. Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen. Peronal war Bali-typisch extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

• Chantal (8/5): Très joli cadre, restaurant délicieux - Le cadre et une chambre spacieuse Le jet de la douche🚿 Une catastrophe, complètement bouchée, seulement trois petites sorties d’eau alors que c’était un beau pommeau de douche. Résultats, l’eau qui fait mal et on arrive très mal à se laver.
• Erika (10/5): - I loved this place. Very quiet and nice. Great staff and food. I did enjoy the access to Titi Batu club. The location is slightly off, but walking into the city center is doable or just taking a grab.

• Ana Maria (7/5): I stayed here bc of retreat and it was convinient. The ataff was incredible both from the front desk to the restaurant. - Very peaceful and the staff was very attentive and accommodating. Lots of bugs, my first room the bed sheets were a bit dirty.

• Ann Katrin (9/5): Traumhafte Anlage, schöne Zimmer und super Personal - Traumhafte Anlage, eine super Atmosphäre, schöne Pools und ein gutes Restaurant. Das Personal war echt super zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Böden unseres Zimmers waren bei Bezug noch teils sandig. Insgesamt sind die Zimmer an einigen Stellen etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müssten mal erneuert werden.

• Ena (7/5): 普通。 - 落ち着いた雰囲気と自然かに囲まれてる。バスタブがついてたのは良かった。 部屋はあまり広くなく施設自体も小規模。最終日の朝、朝食を食べにホテル内のレストランに行ったが注文してから料理が出てくるまで30分かかっていた。
• Michelle (9/5): Genoten! - Ontbijt was heerlijk, vriendelijk personeel, goed faciliteiten, mooie locatie! Massage tafel was kapot, regelde snel een nieuwe tafel.
• Samira (10/5): - Hôtel sublime au milieu des rizières et de la jungle , un havre de paix. Personnel adorable et au petit soin. Petit déjeuner qualitatif et très raffiné. Emplacement idéal, à 10 min en scooter du centre. Tout était parfait
