• William (4/5): Quite an expensive night which fell way short of our expectations. - It was well situated in the centre of Lyon. The Jacuzzi was great too Clearly a lot of thought and work has gone into creating a very quirky and interesting environment with many options for the lighting effect. The view of the Basilica was also splendid. The owner was extremely personable and helpful too. We were carrying considerable luggage, this was entirely our fault, nevertheless the apartment was situated up 6 flights of old stone stairs. Both the very kind owner and ourselves nearly died getting up those stairs. Perhaps this could be forewarned on their site as anyone with more than light hand luggage is going to suffer as we did. The property was nearly 200 euros a night, (185€), 4 star price, but for that we expect four star facilities. The wifi didn’t work, neither did the tv, nor the bedside lamps and the two easy chairs were extremely uncomfortable camping chairs covered in a red blanket and impossible to sit on meaning we had to sit on the bed like a pair of students. I don’t expect that for 185 euros. !
• Rami (7/5): All Jacuzzi but not much else! - The location and the jacuzzi add something to the place. No Air Conditioning. No Elevator. No closets: the organization of the place is pretty inefficient. Existing drawers and closet space are used for cleaning supplies rather than leaving room for guests to store their belongings.
