- Joani (6/5): Poor even for the price, could be better with tlc. - Several things in the listing were either not present or were broken. The bathtub was dirty. The beds were fairly comfortable, one ac worked well and the staff was nice. The area around it is under construction, so it was loud during the day but not at night. The power did go off three times in two days but it came back on fairly soon.

Personnel à l' accueil correct et serviable.
1 ascenseur sur 2 qui fonctionnent , avec des arrêts systématiques au 2eme et 7eme ( témoignage d' un autre locataire )
Odeur de "renfermée" à l' arrivée dans le couloir qui mène à la chambre et confirmée dans l' appartement .
Climatisation réglée à 15°C et donnant une odeur d' humidité dans tout l' appartement .
Mobiliers vétuste , cassé , vieillot , taché , pas fonctionnel . Un coussin de fauteuil déchiré.
Couchage correct .
Nettoyage des moquettes sols pas effectué correctement ; présence de miettes et papier de bonbon.
Les murs et rideaux vétustes et vieillots , austères ; font sales .(trace de brulure sur mur). Impossibilité d' ouvrir les doubles rideaux.
Bouchent de climatisations sales et équipement électriques salle de bain ( spot éclairage) tombent du plafond.
Cuisine équipée vétuste, traces d' usures sur plan de travail. Plaquage des meubles qui se décolle . Présence de 2 petites bouteilles d' eau , 2 sachets de thé et sucre sur le plan de travail.
dans les salles de bain , trace d' humidité au plafond avec une douche bricolée au niveau du pommeau de douche qui fuit toujours.
