- Grace (7/5): Good for one night stay. - The property was in a quiet neighborhood with sufficient & secure parking within the compaound. The check in process was chaotic. The rooms were not ready even though we arrived late at 3.30pm. The 5 rooms we booked were in 2 separate buildings albeit next door. There were insects in one of the rooms.

- Nazathul (1/5): - Saya buat booking di Homestay Jalan Joned Muar, tapi lepas tu pihak homestay maklumkan yang tempat dah penuh dan kena tukar booking saya ke Amoris Hotel. Maklumam ini dibuat pada jam 1 tengahari pada hari Jumaat yang saya nak check in. Saya jadi tak selesa sebab penukaran tu dibuat secara last minit atas faktor kecuaian staf homestay yang overbooked. Tambahan pula saya kena bayar lebih. Staf di hotel juga menyatakan saya bukan customer pertama yg kena mcm ni. Homestay ni selalu buat perangai mcm ni dan tolak customer ke hotel dia. Walaupun mereka kata tak ada paksaan dan suami saya terpaksa setuju, situasi tu agak mengelirukan sebab sebelum tu mereka sendiri cakap homestay belum penuh. Dalam masa yang sama, saya tertinggal rantai mak saya di sana dan saya dah minta tolong untuk poskan, siap offer bayar kos, tapi mereka tak nak bantu dan suruh saya ambil sendiri atau urus runner. Saya duduk di KL, jadi memang susah untuk datang ambil. Cara mereka respon pun bagi saya defensive dan kurang empati, rasa layanan tu bersifat tidak profesional. Keseluruhannya, saya rasa isu ni jadi sebab komunikasi tak jelas, cara handle customer kurang fleksibel, dan ada percanggahan daripada pihak mereka sendiri.

- Katsuhiko (8/5): 静かで落ち着いたホームステイ - 閑静な住宅街にあります。車ならどこでも行けますが、徒歩の方は周りに店がないので食べ物など買っておいた方がいいかもしれません。給水機だけでなく冷蔵庫もあり、冷たいものも冷やしておけます。 ゲートが閉まっていてドアベルも見つからず声を出して中のスタッフを呼びました。すぐに対応してもらえたから良かったですが、暑さの中でじっと待たされたら大変です。

- Jack (8/5): - Nicely sized room with a private bathroom. Comfortable bed. About 15 minutes walk from the centre of Muar but only a 5 minute walk from a street with different restaurants on it. The host was very welcoming and friendly.

- GK (9/5): Bad room tenant fault. Should ban him. - Quiet family environment. Nice secure place. Not home owner or staff fault but sometimes bad tenant occur. A Hilux guy told staff he needs to go out. I was blocking his car. Fine, I came down, but waited about 15~20 minutes outside before he finally came out. This way, I can park inside after he goes out. Geram lah. Why must I wait for him?!?!? Told him I need go out 7.30am next day. He replied OK. Next day, I can down 7.45am, Hilux blocks me, I call your office & Staff called Hilux many times to move car. Finally about 8.15am he came out, remove his car blocking me. Why must I wait for him!?!? He refuse to say anything.

- Jean (6/5): Ordinary 6/10 - Room on first night was ordinary and the A/C was not really good ( nect morning after a bad night ) they move me to another room that was a bit better ,the bed are 6/10 .they are old bed and not really confortable The lasie did her best to make me happy 😊 the room on second floor is big and quite nice They definitely needs no bed .the light in the room are noy working properly and the bed sheets are a bit small .to go to center Muar you need to walk 1 kilometre minimum and not many thing to see around GH

- Rahana (8/5): Nice Stay! - The location, the host/staff, the rooms. We still met the same staff after a few years. The sheets were not as white as a few years ago. One of the rooms was a bit dusty (LV). The rest were good. However, we enjoyed our stay and had our good rest for one night.

- Natalie (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very large and clean. The bedding was also clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and offered me food several times. That was great. I felt very comfortable and was able to relax very well.
