• Cheese (6/5): Overall, I had a nice time except for the last day when I had an unpleasant interaction with the vol - I liked the amenities. There was everything you need there. Toothbrushes, soap, fridge, slippers, towels, etc. The volunteer from Mexico was very rude to me just because I was American, she wanted to stereotype me and say all Americans are bad.

• Alison (7/5): would stay here again, but needs some improvement - love the cube layout design of the beds in the rooms - super nice! also the location was pretty convenient and the common area made it easy to socialize. breakfast is mediocre; you have cereal, bread, meat and eggs to choose from. it was better than nothing since most food places don't open until 10, but having yogurt or some fruit would have been nice cons: - hot water hardly ever works. it normally is cold water, with random bursts of scolding hot water - not pleasant at all - you have to put the toilet paper in the trash can, but the trash cans were almost always full! disgusting!

• Fabio (10/5): Perfect spot - The location was amazing, in myeongdong but not in the very busy part, which is 3 minutes walk down. There was some food available to have for breakfast and coffee and towels! the crowd was nice and it felt clean.

• Ralph (6/5): Gemengd gevoel over dit hostel. - Dit hostel is sociaal, waardoor je makkelijk met anderen in contact komt. Er zijn alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Sommige ruimtes stinken echt. Bedmatras ligt niet zo lekker en dun.

• Jianzhi (9/5): 物美价廉，非常适合青旅背包客 - 卫生间和浴室干湿分离，男女分离，非常好。有免费的洗发膏和沐浴露。也有牙刷、牙膏和洗面奶，但是这几项需要在公共大厅自己拿。 有24小时免费的咖啡和维C饮品，还有免费的毛巾，这个大好评！ 8人寝室比6人寝室大一些，这个大家看平米数可以自己算出来。 有免费的锁箱子的空间。 没有电梯这个真的是很无语，但是也还好啦，毕竟只要你没有过重的行李，男性在三楼，女性在二楼，都还可以。男性8人寝室的空气净化系统需要加强，确实在屋内有那么一点点不好闻的味道。但是床上很干净，所以拉上帘子以后也就闻不到了。

• CHEN PU (10/5): 整潔安全方便 - 他在藍線明洞站，有一個小波但是走路大概5分鐘內就到了，女生only然後爬到二樓，身體很乾淨然後感覺安全，設備也完善然後還有簡單的早餐附吐司跟麥片 洗澡的時候，只有掛勾可以放衣服

• Anastasiya (8/5): - All is quite good. The size of the rooms. If there are all 6 people in the room with their luggage, their is almost no space. It is difficult even to open your suitcase if it's not the samllest one. You can only repack in common area.

• Bianca (9/5): - Location was very good , easy to reach from Myeongdong subway/bus station. Lots of shops and restaurants around. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple but appreciated it and you can also wash your clothes for a small fee if you ask the staff. It gets a bit noisy at night and it's hard to sleep. The rules aren't really followed since everyone pretty much talks loudly in the common area after midnight 🫣

• Tina (10/5): Great location, super clean and free coffee - First of all, the location is great. The street that the hotel is on is so charming, and you can see Namsan tower from the rooftop. Seven eleven across the street. It's also very clean, many showers and toilets, so you never really have to wait (just avoid the "rush hour"). I appreciate the many mirrors, there's even a small mirror in the shower - maybe I'd prefer to have one in the room though. There's lots of space next to the bed, so you can actually take your clothes out of the suitcase, which is nice. Common area is great, there's free tea and plugs. They also store your luggage if you're early. Also free coffee offered once a day in a coffee shop downstairs. Overall, a very nice stay. I wish there was more variety for breakfast. It was also very loud at night when people were talking in the common room (there was a rule to be quiet, but nobody actually enforced it). Locker rooms could be bigger.
• kangi tong gi kan (10/5): - Convenient location. Clean. Friendly campers. There's always a smell in the bathroom. Capsule room is a little hot. Can use a ceiling fan or wall fan blowing in the common alley to get the circulation going. The black out curtains make it hotter too. No ventilation inside.
• Colin (4/5): It served its purpose but I won't stay here again. - A very central location near to Myeungdong Station (Line 4) - very easy to get to and to connect to everywhere else. You can hike up to Namsan Tower as the Hotel is already at the base of the mountain. If you're trying to stay in a cheap place in Seoul, choose "Seoul Cube Jongro" instead. The facility is cleaner, the bathrooms are nicer, and the beds / rooms are more comfortable. The Cube was honestly a bit of a dump. The bunkroom I was in was always hot and smelly, and the interior of the building itself had a strange industrial vibe. The provided breakfast food was nearly inedible. But, you get what you pay for.

• Suji (8/5): - 캡슐호텔같은 느낌이었고, 개인실에 커튼이 있어서 아늑하고 좋았습니다. 그리고 생각보다 안에 공간이 넓어서 짐도 펼쳐놓을수 있어서 좋았습니다. 그리고 샤워실도 각 칸마다 분리되어있어서 편안했고, 개인 락커도 있었어요~ 근처에 식당도 많았고 명동과 남산타워랑 가까워서 이동하기도 좋았습니다.

• Chloé (9/5): - What I liked about my stay was the overall setup and convenience. The location was absolutely amazing, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The common area and rooftop were great places to relax and meet others. The free breakfast was a nice bonus, and there were enough showers and toilets, which made everything comfortable even during busy times. The atmosphere was very pleasant, with respectful guests, and the autonomous check-in and check-out process made everything smooth and easy. What I didn’t like was the lack of a dry changing area. There isn’t a separate space to change clothes, so you have to get dressed inside the shower area, which can be a bit inconvenient. And the floor outside the shower is often wet and dirty (because of the number of people).

• Aaron (8/5): Great location and nice stay - The breakfast options are really convenient in the morning. They also provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, which was helpful since I had forgotten mine, there’s a small pot where you can leave a contribution for them. The location is excellent, just around the corner from the station and a short walk to the Meyuengon Centre. There are also two Michelin-star restaurants nearby, and they’re surprisingly affordable What I didn’t like was that8 people are crammed into one room, so it can get pretty stuffy at night. There’s also not much space for suitcases. That said, it’s definitely manageable and with this kind of place, you more or less know what you’re signing up for.

• Nuno Miguel de Sousa e (7/5): - very well situated place, has a convenience store right in front and a must vegan restaurant within 1 minute walking. Myeongdong Metro station is just 3 minutes away and Myeondong night market is just 4 minutes away. Very nice breakfast, served in a very pratical way. the check in method is also very helpfull, altought i didnt understanted it in the messages they sent to me.

Lit pratique avec tablette, prises, rideau. Prix un peu élevé pour un lit en dortoir.

There was always hair on the floor, both in the toilet and showers! The rooms coul also be bigger as you have no space to really open your luggage and you always have to take it out of the room!

• PENNY (10/5): One of the best pod stays - One of the best pod stays I’ve ever experienced! The hostel is well-organized with clearly separated male and female floors. The staff are incredibly friendly and always there to help. In terms of security, I felt very safe with their reliable door lock system. I also appreciated the spacious common area, which never felt crowded. It’s a great space for socializing or packing your luggage without disturbing others in the dormitory. The location is unbeatable: there’s a 7-Eleven right in front, other convenience stores nearby, and plenty of delicious local restaurants. For those who love the outdoors, you can easily hike up to Namsan Tower. There are multiple trails to choose from, and the views are absolutely stunning! Like many other guests, the only downside was the noise from people packing their luggage inside the bedroom.

FYI: it’s probably not th property’s fault but the transient bunkers (not just the disgusting smell, but there was also a very RUDE American I have encountered on the same room/property. I guess these are all the price you have to pay when staying bunking with others (it says The Cube HOTEL… but it feels AND SMELLS more of a NA$TY hostel. My all-honest-to-goodness opinion/review. • Michelle (10/5): 10/10 would stay there again. - Super comfortable beds. Lots of privacy. The place was clean and especially the main staff (a man) was very approachable and helpful. Would have stayed longer if I could but unfortunately they were booked. Location is also 10/10 you can see the Namsan tower from the rooftop. It is close to the subway and most importantly for me the airport limousine busses stops a few minutes from the hotel. You can be unlucky with the other guests staying there, some people are really inconsiderate and loud but overall not really and issue when I was there.
