- Verified traveler (2/5): - Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist toll! Schlüsselübergabe und die Betreuung während der Woche war sehr gut. Gleichwohl gibt es eine schlechte Bewertung. Ohne Angabe von Gründen wurde uns die Rückzahlung der hinterlegten Kaution von 100 Euro verweigert. Vereinbart war eine Rückzahlung per Überweisung, da aufgrund des frühen Rückfluges eine persönliche Abholung im Büro nicht möglich war. Schade und nach der netten Betreuung zuvor völlig überraschend !
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The apartment was conveniently located, spacious and modern, but entry and exit was a hassle. The separate pick up location for key and instructions was hard to find (unhelpful instructions), some distance away, and disorganised. If you are arriving by car, I would avoid it.
- sandy (4/5): Ok - The apartment was great but no air conditioning. We were not informed that there was no reception desk and we had to pick up keys at another location, not convenient. Location was perfect.
