• Donato (10/5): - Innanzitutto Riccarda è una persona meravigliosa, accogliente, disponibile, pura, generosa. Il posto è come entrare in un altro mondo di silenzio, pace e amore. Stanza profumatissima e pulitissima, bagno dotato di qualsiasi comodità e prodotto possa mai servire. Cucina stupenda e suggestiva e dotata di tutto. La chicca è lo yoga mattutino sulla terrazza.... The flat is very comfortable and clean, with everything needed for a great stay! The owner, Antonio, was very kind and helpful. He helped me arrange flowers and wine to surprise my girlfriend on arrival, and he provided us with much valuable information about the area!
• conor (6/5): - It was quiet and private. When I arrived it took them 20 minutes to check me in. They seemed to not believe that I had a booking so I was stood outside carrying my bags in the midday sun. It seemed unnecessary. I had to speak on the phone to 2 people to be allowed a key. I would suggest just letting people directly inside, even if you suspect they might not yet have a booking... Why else would they be there?

Elle nettoie un lieu que certains résidents qui fréquente le lieu saccage sans vergogne, des wc dans un état déplorable de la part de personnes qui fréquente l’établissement très désagréable et qui peut être agressif qui plus est lorsque alcoolisé.

If you don't like the smell of cigarettes or marijuana, then you may like to avoid this location, as the smell was very strong in the evening and through the night. Although it was mainly in the corridor, I could also smell it in my room.

• Adriana (10/5): Genial - Lo que más me gustó fue el ambiente del lugar, super sencillo y acogedor, a 10 minutos de la playa y el puerto, precio calidad fantastico, habitación de gran tamaño con mesilla, escritorio y armario y una neverita pequeña que se agradece un montón. Mención especial a Mónica la chica de la limpieza, nos ayudó con la recogida de llaves, tuvo la habitación preparada mucho antes de la hora del chekin solo por preguntar que si podíamos dejar las maletas, es súper simpática y alegre, me salieron ampollas en los pies y aunque no tenía tiritas, me dijo que iba con la dueña a preguntar cómo podían ayudarme, no hizo falta ya que no quería molestar e iba a salir a la farmacia pero ese detalle es el que marca la diferencia, con trabajadoras como usted hacen que la estancia sea mucho más especial. Gracias y volveremos 💚 Si tengo que poner un pero sería la almohada que tenía como bollos y era un poco incomoda

• mo (8/5): Really impressed with how clean Pension Eva is, the location is great, excellent value for money. - The room was basic but comfortable and very clean and has a small fridge. The shared shower & toilet facilities were kept very clean. The terrace is wonderful and has a great view. The staff were very friendly. There was some noise from other guests cooking breakfast at 6am in the shared kitchen (that was outside my room) I would recommend taking earplugs or headphones just in case you encounter noisy guests.
• Nadia (6/5): Average stay but beautiful location - The place got a nice kitchen where you can cook. The bed was comfortable enough , the room has a fridge, the bus stop is very close so you can travel to many places around the island. It's about 10 minutes' walk to the beach it was OK for me because I like to walk. The nearest big supermarket is just a 4-minute walk. It was too stuffy in the room as the window was facing the stairs where people went to the terrace , so I couldn't even open the window because I would be visible. It was too noisy as 1 particular guest was drinking quite often and was screaming a lot , especially in the night, slumming doors, etc. He seems to live there on a regular basis. Also, it was never enough hot water to finish washing my hair , it rans out pretty quickly.

Wer mit gemeinschafts Räume zurecht kommt super. Ruhig im gesamten Haus. Ich buche es immer wieder da ich mich dort sehr wohl fühle. Ein Familien geführtes Hostal was ich persönlich total gut finde .

Han råbte og skreg, og hylede som en ulv, og havde ikke respekt for de andre gæster. Han smadrede porcelæn og ødelagde en skabslåger i køkkenet. Personale var ikke eksisterende, der blev ikke gjort noget fra personalets side!

• suzanne (10/5): Great place to stay - My 2nd time staying here, lovely place, close to bus station, shops and resteraunts, cleaners were great! Some other travellers were messy.. not cleaning up after them selves.. this does not reflect on accommodation though.. still very happy customers 😀

• Kerry (4/5): Very rude host. - A ten minute walk from the town and beach, free parking was available close by We expected the room to be basic and were aware from the description and reviews that this was going to be a hostel type experience - reflected in the price. However, we weren't prepared for the hostile reception we encountered on arrival. We were "greeted" by an elderly woman who appeared to be against us entering the lobby to press the button for attention as instructed. Several calls by her were shouted to presumably her daughter/owner/manager, who eventually arrived. We don't speak Spanish very well, but cordially to communicate using google translate. She appeared quite hostile and confrontational despite following all the instructions given to us and producing passports. We were haughtily shown to our room and left wondering actually what we'd done wrong. There was quite a lot of noise in the early hours of the morning despite there being instructions of being quiet after a certain time. I'm honestly not a person who would ever dream of giving a review, let alone a bad one, but this experience has led me to post one. If you are not a Spanish speaker, I'd avoid it. If you are a spanish speaker, I'd avoid it. At all costs.
• Barry (10/5): Excellent pension and value for money! - My basic room was immaculate with a fridge, fan, desk, wardrobe etc and super clean! Way better than the description and my expectations for a Gran Canarian pension. Communal facilities are clean and functional. The terrace is a great place to eat, drink, chat with an international crowd and take in the colours of the evening. Bus stop is opposite, a stroll to the taxi stand, supermarket, beach and port. Great place to stay offering excellent value for money. It sells out, so reserve early. Really liked everything. A few more tea towels, sharp knives, cooking pots and hot water in the kitchen would be really useful but this is not a deal breaker!

Takterassen är ett stort plus. Fick ett meddelande om att vi måste checka in online, dock utan vidare instruktioner om hur detta skulle gå till.

• Kate (7/5): Lugar cómodo , bonita terraza y cocina compartida - A 2 minutos de la pensión está la parada del autobús , donde pasan muchas líneas que te llevan a otras playas , o directamente al areopuerto o a la ciudad Las palmas . También muy cerca hay un supermercado Dino , y a 15 min andando está el puerto de Mogán. Algunos huéspedes no limpiaban la cocina compartida después de cocinar o lavaban muy mal la vajilla ya que siempre había restos de comida , había que volver que lavar. OJO , era por parte de otros huéspedes.

En cada Planta hay 2 baños para compartir entre varias habitaciones....en cada uno de ellos había un Termo de muy pocos litros , cuando te ibas a duchar el agua 💧 salía fría tras haberse duchado el resto de las personas 👥 q allí estaban , considero deberían de tener con las capacidad para evitar estas carencias....la grifería de la ducha era fija y no salía mucha agua 💧, la de los lavamanos era de a presión y sin agua caliente....La Pensión no dispone de Televisión 📺 en las habitaciones ni en ningún otro lugar....se podría mejorar en general.....conozco otras por la zona q están más completas , más cercana a la Playa .....y por el mismo precio....esto es una Crítica Constructiva .... espero vayan mejorando....

• Milan (7/5): - Izvrsna lokacija na najljepšem dijelu otoka.Uredno i čisto. Loša zvučna izolacija, možda je najveći problem u zastarjelim vratima koja bi doista trebalo nužno zamijeniti kvalitetnijim i boljim. vratima.
• Chiara (7/5): Für kürzeren Aufenthalt völlig ok - Gute Lage, kurzer Fußweg zum Strand, schöne, große Terrasse! Zwei Bäder auf der unteren Etage, geräumige Gemeinschaftsküche. Mini Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Für kürzeren Aufenthalt ok. Der Boden des Zimmers war dreckig und definitiv nicht geputzt worden. Zudem roch das Zimmer unangenehm. Es gab nur ein kleines Fenster ohne Ausblick welches direkt zur Treppe führte die zur Terrasse ging, es konnte also theoretisch jeder in das Zimmer gucken. Sehr laute Türen, es hallte sehr in den Zimmern und der Küche wenn jemand redete, Ohrstöpsel sind notwendig...

Я бы с удовольствием пользовалась навесом от солнца, как сделано в бывшем пансионате Ева, сейчас он называется Плайя Де Моган пенсион.
