- CHUNG (7/5): - 住宿位置十分優秀，就在日月潭一上山的位置，要去右邊的水社碼頭或左邊的伊達邵都很方便，下午大廳有點心還有眾多滷味供人享用，讓舟車勞頓的人能先填飽肚子這點很用心，一看出去就是日月潭風景十分美麗，大廳接待人員也很和善，我要check out的時候想說順便買兩瓶水直接算我免費。 房間太舊了，嬰兒床是壞的，看起來睡起來不舒服，我2歲兒子只能跟媽媽擠同一張床睡了

- YU KAI (7/5): Overall a pleasant stay thanks to the staff proactively fixing our room problems. - The front desk staff had an excellent attitude and handled the issue efficiently and professionally. The breakfast selection was quite generous. The lake view from the room was absolutely stunning — truly beyond words! The room in the old building was very outdated. The floor tiles were cracked and even loose. After we reported the issue to the front desk, they proactively assisted us and upgraded our entire family to two rooms in the new building beside each other with two double beds.

Free food available in foyer on arrival and we were upgraded from a twin room to a family room on the 5th floor with a balcony overlooking Sun Moon Lake. The early evening and early morning views over the lake were stunning. Free parking was available in the hotel car park and we were lucky to get a space as it has limited spaces. Hotel is a 15 min walk from Shuishe where you can get coffee, food, hire bikes, get on a boat trip and buy souvenirs. Car parking in Shuishe's main car park is reasonably cheap. Nothing to dislike.

- Alice (8/5): If you’re looking for a great priced lakefront option, you can’t go much wrong here - The view surely is hard to beat. Location is ideal, close enough to walk to the “main ferry pier” but far enough away to feel secluded. Friendly staff, keen to help. Close to a bus stop, not all buses seem to stop there though - I think it depends if you want a local bus or tourist shuttle. The room we had was massive, plenty of space and a lovely balcony to sit on and admire the views. Breakfast was included. It is feeling a little dated, and a little worn around the edges. This wasn’t an issue for us, but I can imagine for some it could be.
