Sadiki B. (4/5): Guest services non-existence - First of all when I booked and initially reached out to the property via home away app messaging them to get no response. And I booked this property two weeks in advance. That should of threw up a red flag for me but I said let me keep and open mind. I was at this property for a total of 5 days. Three days in my room still wasn’t clean. I had to call the front desk for 2 days straight to get my room once while I was there for 5 days. And if you rent from this property don’t run out of towels in between the days they don’t come and clean. Unfortunately I had that experience I ran out of towels because they didn’t clean my room for 3 days. I tell you no lie I called for towels from the front desk and it took 90 minutes for me to get them. I called the front desk about 5 times within that period. Then I got in my car and drove around the property to guest services to finally get the towels myself! The service was horrible and the property is old and outdated with old carpets, beds, and appliances! Matter of fact our dishwasher top shelf was rusted out! Totally Unacceptable!
Janet (8/5): Older place but OK - We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is older and has a very nice country feel with wildlife. The pool area is nice and the pool was nice and warm. However we did have fruit fly's and ants in our food area. They sprayed once but it didn't remove them completely. The bed was comfortable. There was very few dishes and pots and pans. The washer/dryer in room didn't work but the dishwasher did.

Verified traveler (2/5): - I would not recommend this property at all to stay at. With in the first hour of being there we found a bed bug in the bed. Took it to the front office and they moved ua to a different room. After getting the second room my remote for my firestock came up missing and took them 2 days to get fresh towels. Anytime we needed anything from housekeeping it was a chore to get. Housekeepers dont speak english at all and can not understand what you are asking for. Customer service was very rude.
