- Janine (7/5): - Ein gemütliches kleines Doppelzimmer. Das Frühstück war ok und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wer Luxusurlauv machen möchte , sollte sich was anderes suchen, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut und ich fand es sehr irig und gemütlich dort Leider hattest das Restaurant betriebsferien als ich dort war.
- Christian (8/5): Es war gemütlich, wir kommen gerne wieder. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Appartement im Anbau, es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Frühstück war klein aber gut und ausreichend. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Es wurden auf Wunsch frische Eier zubereitet und es gab täglich frische Crepes. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.

- Christian (8/5): Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Personal und Service sehr gut ! - Die Lage im Zentrum war top ! Das 1872 erbaute Haus hatte seinen Charme, auch wenn die Deckenhöhe nicht der heutigen Norm entsprach. Dafür war das Zimmer sehr sauber ! Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich ! Beim Frühstück wird auch auf "Sonderwünsche" (Rühr- oder Spiegelei) eingegangen. Wird dann alles frisch zubereitet. Für uns wurde sogar extra das Abendessen serviert obwohl die Küche nicht besetzt war (wurde aber kurzer Hand organisiert) ! Daran merkt man, dass es noch Hotels gibt die für Ihre Gäste da sind ! Auf Grund der geringen Deckenhöhe war das mit dem Duschen etwas knifflig, aber es ging.

- Petra (10/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt, geräumig und ruhig. Ein Kühlschrank und kleine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Parkplatz am Haus. Gastgeberin sehr freundlich. Das Hotel liegt mitten in im Ort Schluchsee aber in ruhiger Umgebung. Supermarkt, schöne Kirche, schöner Ortskern, Buchladen alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Komme gern wieder hierher.
- Klaus (8/5): - Uns hat am meisten die zentrale Lage in Schluchsee zugesagt. Das Gebäude ist nicht mehr das Neueste und hat dadurch seinen eigenen Flair. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist kompakt, ohne viel schnickschnack, aber trotzdem für den Normalverbraucher alles vorhanden. Im Restaurant kann man gut Abendessen. Parkplätze sind hinterm Haus ausreichend vorhanden. Wir können uns vorstellen nochmal hierher zu kommen.

- Gerhard (7/5): - Good location. Old and characterfull building. Facilities are very old, the kitchenette is pretty underwhelming. None of the basins had plugs, cutlery is terrible, knives were about as sharp as the back of a spoon.
- Astrit Sh. (7/5): Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! - Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, super freundlich und nett, sind auf unsere Wünsche immer eingegangen. Uns wurde ein Kinderbett kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Großer Parkplatz, viel Infomaterial über Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Altbau mit sehr niedriger Decke: Wer größer als 1.8m ist, muss stängig aufpassen sich nicht den Kopf gegen die Decke/Balken zu stoßen. Der Holzboden quietscht leider einweg. Das Bad war sauber aber müsste erneuert werden.

Das Abendessen auf der Terrasse konnte voll und ganz genossen werden, sehr gute Küche. Das die Tage so schnell vergingen :-)
- Max (9/5): - L’équipe est très gentille, l’hôtel est bien situé et confortable. Faible isolation sonore de la chambre par rapport au couloir. Le petit déjeuner peut être amélioré avec un peu moins de viande, de produits laitiers et de sucre. Il est difficilement compréhensible qu’en 2025 il n'y ait aucune prise en compte des impacts environnementaux et des enjeux de santé.

- Alexandra (8/5): - Unterkunft alt aber kühl bei den warmen Temperatur. Angenehm zum schlafen und auch für den Hund. Das Frühstück war für uns kein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Aufgebackene Brötchen und alles so billig wie möglich.Jeden Tag das Selbe:-( Das Bad war ziemlich neu und schön aber wir mussten zuerst das Abflusssieb reinigen damit das Wasser überhaupt ablaufen konnte und das Wasser aus dem Duschkopf brauchte ewig um warm zu werden und um lange Haare zu waschen eher schlecht da es keinen Druck gibt. Schade ! :-(

Normal geht nicht. Restaurant zu, Baar zu, Frühstück so lala... Aber 100% vom Preis kassieren und nur 50% Dienstleistung anbieten.

Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem empfehlenswert. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber inklusive Bad/WC. Preis/Leisung stimmt.

- Verena (6/5): Ich gwhe kein 2× - Hotel war sauber aber sehr unperönlich, mussten bei Ankunft Touristenabgabe bezahlen. Morgenessen stand da, die einzige Servierfrau verstand wenig, Pfanne für Spiegeleier war unbenutzt, auf Tisch war ein gekochtes Ei, der Raum war auch nicht geheizt. Zimmer sehr freundlich und sauber.

The staff manager (owner) was very friendly and we were given a room upgrade with balcony with lake view. Except for the staff manager, no-one spoke or understood German, but we made ourselves understood. The restaurant was closed, although we didn't intend to use it anyway.
