• Chris (7/5): Gute Lage, guter Preis würde aber nicht noch einmal dort hingehen. - Die Lage, Hilfe bei Koffertransport. Coin laundry viel zu wenige Maschinen für die Menge an Gästen. Keine Spielareal für Kinder. Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht wirklich. Entweder zu kalt oder stickig. Shuttle zu Disneyland zuwenig. Da ist man mit der Bahn schneller und flexibler.

• Jean Rose Barrett (9/5): - This one gets two thumbs up from me—a straight 10 across the board. For what we paid, right around $100 a night, it was an excellent place to stay. They’ve got a free shuttle that runs to DisneySea, Disneyland, and pretty much everywhere we needed to go during our three-day stay around Tokyo Bay. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel. The only real drawback I ran into during our stay at this otherwise wonderful hotel was the vending situation on the second floor. Ice wasn’t an issue at all, and they did have washers and dryers, which was nice—but the vending machines were pretty disappointing. The selection was very limited, and the first machine on the right didn’t work at all. My advice—if you’re someone who likes having a Coke, Coke Zero, or any kind of soda, maybe even a beer, plus some chips or snacks for yourself or the kids—you’re better off bringing your own. They do have a pay-as-you-go, sort of pseudo convenience store downstairs, but I wouldn’t recommend relying on it. The selection is slim, and it requires you to use your credit card, which just didn’t sit right with me.

• Natasha (10/5): Convenient to go to and from Disney. Not far from train station and shopping centre. Friendly staff - We had a twin room and it was large and spacious. Shower only, no bathtub to climb over into. Courtesy bus and large buffet. Staff are very organised and buffet ran smoothly. A little self serve shop in foyer for snacks and amenities. Scan a QR code after Disney (we needed two phones to do this) and follow gps coordinates to find bus pick up. I would stay again very affordable hotel. We were only there for a short stay and didn’t need it but didn’t seem to be any places to eat close by. Easy to get local bus to train station and big shopping centre. As most people are going to Disney hotel can be a bit noisy with the coming and goings. Air conditioning is ducted, I tried adjusting temperature but still felt warm. Staff can adjust it at foyer however I still found room to warm during night.

• Jacqueline ter Haar (8/5): A practical choice for visiting Disney, mainly for the shuttle and the relatively spacious rooms. - The free shuttle to the Disney parks is very convenient and was the main reason we chose this hotel. The rooms are noticeably more spacious compared to typical city hotels, which made the stay more comfortable. The hotel itself feels quite standard and lacks a bit of atmosphere. Depending on timing, the shuttle can get busy, which slightly reduces the convenience.

Easy to reach Disneyland, the shuttle bus was convenient. 15 minute walk to subway, or short bus journey. Helpful staff. No coffee in the room. I was concerned about the windows, which could be opened wider than I thought was appropriate for a family room. Breakfast was a bit expensive.

• Leah (8/5): Friendly and affordable - The staff were friendly and helpful. Prior to arrival they advised on how to get to the hotel used the limousine coaches from the airport. It is close to a train station. They provide a shuttle to Disney regularly through the morning as well as returns from the afternoon. We were there in the winter and they even had complimentary hand warmers for guests. Was very affordable. The beds were a bit firm. They were not poor quality, just firm. We found the beds in all the hotels we stayed in Japan to be firmer than everyone in our party was used to or preferred. As I said, not poor quality, just a different standard.

• Alice (10/5): - This is a perfect family hotel located close to Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea Resorts (without the price tag of on site resort hotels) with its own shuttle bus leaving for Disney every 30 min in the morning. The hotel itself is located three stops on No.17 bus from Shin Urayasu Station which is one stop from Maihama station (Disney) on the train. Takes about 30min to get back to hotel on public transport. At Shin Urayasu Station there is a big shopping mall and supermarket with food court (Starbucks, McDonalds, KFC and Japanese options for kids who arent keen on trying Japanese food) . The hotel itself is modern, clean and very family friendly (lots of Japanese families and kids stay here) There is an excellent buffet breakfast for 2000 yen adults 1000 yen kids up to age 12. It is breakfast only at the hotel but as mentioned lots of food optiins availble at the nearby Shin Urayasu station in addition to the Family Mart convenience store on the corner. We even managed to order a Dominos Pizza to the hotel as my son wasnt keen on tryingJapanese options right away. All the staff were helpful and friendly and made our three night stay visiting Disney truly memorable. Nothing. An excellent choice for visiting Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea.
