• Michael (8/5): - Der Gastgeber war super nett und sehr kommunikativ. Die Unterkunft liegt komplett im Zentrum, was sehr praktisch ist und man findet sie sehr leicht. Die Kissen waren sehr bequem. Eigentlich nur der Preis, aber das scheint im ganzen Dorf so zu sein.

Buena relación calidad-precio - LLegamos tarde en la noche y no podíamos abrir la caja de la llave porque nos equivocamos de Dpto y el anfitrión muy amablemente fue a la propiedad. El Dpto era cómodo y amplio. Tuvimos un problema con el cobro del banco y lo solucionaron apenas se lo informé.

• Arnout (8/5): Very good - Nice place with a great location. Good beds and chairs. Plus, a friendly host. If you are sensitive to light in the morning, there is a big window in the kitchen (as you can see on the pictures)

• Jack (9/5): Perfect place for a few days stay - Location was very good- close to amenities such as a supermarket, the bus terminal and the beach but on a quiet road. The host was very friendly and attentive. Great touch to have a key operated safe in the room for valuables. Coffee machine also very much appreciated. Only slight negative was that the electric hob was on the weak side but we were able to work around that once we realised.
• Luana (9/5): enjoyable - Great location. The private entrance and outside space made the stay more confortable. It has a well equipped kitchen and a big bathroom. The refrigerator and AC worked vey well. The host was very friendly. We enjoyed our time here and definitely recommend it. As the parking is public, there is a possibility of not finding space in front of the property.

• Luis (9/5): All good, would rent again. - It is very clean and pretty. It is small but for two is enough. The stove it’s very slow to prepare food. A better one would be great.
• Natália (10/5): Exceptional - The staff is new, the host Trina is very friendly, gave us all informations that we needed. The room is huge, everything worked fine, the fridge, the air, the shower... They did small renovations so that the rainwater does not enter the house. Just the pans could be better, but they told me that they will buy new ones.

• Juan (10/5): Excellent place/host with high quality-price ratio - If you want to be close to nightlife while still enjoying a quiet place to rest, this is the perfect place to stay! These two beautiful, independent apartments have everything you need for a comfortable and complete stay. We loved how close everything was—grocery stores, restaurants, and the drugstore were all within walking distance. Trina is an excellent host who helped us with every request in a very kind and attentive way We will definitely come back!
• Francisco (10/5): Sitio altamente recomendable - Well located, close to supermarket, businesses and bicycle rental. Despite this it is quite quiet (not noisy). They offer you everything to be comfortable and respond attentively to your concerns. It is definitely a good option to enjoy Puente Viejo, I recommend it without a doubt. .
• Ross (10/5): Great location if you want to be in the middle of the fun and close to the beach - Central location, clean, great host. 10/10 Nada. It’s a bit small if you have two people with big bags but nothing you aren’t used to. Well worth it.

• Muñoz (10/5): Great please in a great location. All you need in puerto viejo - Todo fue excelente, cuando necesitamos ayuda T helped us out very kindly and immediate. Parking lot may gave me some fear but it was totally fine and safe.
• Fleur (10/5): Amazing! - The location was perfect, in the middle of the centre of Puerto Viejo. From here it was easy to take busses or rent bikes. The airco worked perfectly, the shower was very good and the little stove worked perfectly fine. Keep in mind, if you do not buy the additional cleaning service you only have 1 towel for your whole trip The road was quite busy

• Michael (3/5): Poor - Nothing much apart from the location. The accommodation is run down and the communication with the person who runs it was poor.
• Cheryl (8/5): Safe comfortable room in a great location. - The king room was roomy and had great areas for your things. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. If we go back to the area we would stay there again. There was an issue with the electric, but Frederick was on top of it and it was corrected in a timely manner.

Health safety hazards in the property: main wire cut and hanging next to the bed (was from the side light that didn’t work cause wire was cut!), shower head with electrical issues (sparkling when hot water was turned on, so I decided not even to take the shower for safety reasons!). Other issues: no water running from the toilette sink (have to brush my teeth in the kitchen sink!), no lights working in the toilette (could not even see my face without light),damaged wobbly sink pipe in the kitchen (u need two hand to start the water!one to hold the hose and one to open the water!)
• Korena (9/5): Nice little studio. - Great location near the beach and town. Comfortable bed and the AC was a life saver. It didn’t seem like people were in the front units so it was quiet in that respect. The kitchenette was minimally stocked so we had to buy all the essentials like salt and oil. We never met the host, responses through what’s app were minimal.
• Erich (10/5): Perfect for solo or a couple! - Great location, very nice shower pressure, nice little private patio for people watching or smoking a cigarette, and a cute little kitchenette to cook small dishes and keep things refrigerated. Descent market nearby and just a one minute walk to the beach.
