• Sonia (8/5): Amplio, limpio y confortable - El apartamento es bonito y confortable. Limpio, amplio y moderno. La habitación matrimonial es la mejor, con cama king size y baño privado. La peor es la habitación individual sin luz ni ventilación. El barrio no es precioso pero está cerca del centro. La puerta de entrada es muy sencilla pero la finca tiene ascensor.

• Gladys (8/5): Très bon séjour entre amis - L’emplacement proche du centre, la propreté, les équipements, spacieux Il y a 3 chambres mais une avec 1 lit simple, donc pour 3 couples, un couple doit dormir dans le salon. Ce n’était pas clair dans la description, dommage.
• Danilo (8/5): The convenience is there. - The apartment is nice and cozy, 3 bedrooms, though 1 doesn't have a window. Very close to a supermarket and KFC. Less than 10 minutes walk to Via Catarina Shopping Mall. The host is very quick to respond to queries and solve any issues. Clothes drying rack wasn't prepared in advance. We arrived Thursday and the washing machine was replaced Monday afternoon. Atleast, new guests can enjoy a new washing machine.

• Eva (9/5): Piso cómodo tanto por ubicación como por servicios. - Está muy bien ubicado, los colchones son cómodos. Hay un supermercado al lado con horario amplio. Puedes aparcar en la calle pagando ticket de hora y sino hay un parking público relativamente cerca. En el anuncio pone parking privado y entendí que era gratuíto, pero si sigues leyendo en la descripción del apartamento pone que hay que pagar 20.00 euros al día.

• Luis (10/5): Wonderful apartment; right where you need to be, while offering a little more peace and quiet - It was a lovely space, with more than enough space for me, my wife, our two children, and my two elderly parents. We had all the things we needed and reinforced why we picked this over a traditional hotel stay as we were able to make small, quick meals (particularly breakfast) for our kids to help keep them fed and costs low! The location in relation to the centre of Porto was perfect. We don’t necessarily want to be right in the middle of everything, because we like to do a lot of walking, but it was a short walk from everything. And while we got a bit mixed up on the metro, it was incredibly close to the apartment. We would definitely stay here again! Honestly, the only issue we had was with the apartment door key. We never quite figured it out, though this is likely a problem with me. The property owner was very accessible in terms of helping me troubleshoot when we first had issues.

We were met at the apartment and had everything explained to us, and we appreciated the free parking. We were grateful we have a small car because it was tight,but it worked! The apartment was clean and pleasant.

• Katarzyna (7/5): Good - 1. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Contact with Joao before and during the stay was exceptional. All recommendations he gave us were also great. 2. Location is fantastic, not in the very center but super close to the metro station and grocery shop. Nice walk to Bolhao and other attractions. Nice coffee places and vegan eateries nearby. 3. The size of the apartment, two bathrooms and all were very convinient. 4. Very nice and friendly check-in. We arrived very early in the morning and we could drop off luggage at the earliest possible time. Highly appreciated. 5. Nice cosmetics sets in the bathroom (soap, shampoo, shower gel; no hair conditioner or body milk). Not all amenities are as described, some are also damaged and not good to use. I understand everyone has different needs but basic things should be included in the price of the apartment (as it's not the cheapest option and one can expect more): 1. Coffee and tea sets are basically extra paid coffee capsules (€0,50 each) for coffee and kettle and cups for tea. There is no tea or other coffee prep options. If you need something else you need to buy your own coffee and tea. Or bring your own coffee pot. Should be stated clearly in the announcement. 2. We got a toilet roll each for 4 days (there were five of us). Of low (very thin) quality toilet roll. When we asked for more we learnt it's not provided. So you also need to bring your own toilet roll. In such high-rated place it was a shock to us. 3. The hair dryer is broken. Also there are no hangers in the bathroom, the shower is also a bit dirty. 4. The flat is dark and humid. There is no fan or AC. It's difficult to dry things. 5. Some things in the kitchen also don't work as they should, e.g. two bottle openers and both of them broken. If you want to open a wine bring your own or buy the one you dont need the opener. Small things and details make your stay a memorable experience. These small details ruined our stay a bit.

• Norman (8/5): Great place to stay as long as the weather is not hot. - Location on the edge of the historical city centre, right next to the metro station. With no air conditioning, the noise from the after hours bar is too loud to sleep if the weather is hot and the windows need to stay open to cool the apartment down.
• Gilles (5/5): Although the appt was nice , we would not stay there again - Appartement was clean and well situated. Excellent coffee shop across the street , market close by It started off with the wrong address on booking site . Then for some reason, the host expected us to have a small car , when we were 5 people travelling. The issue was resolved to our satisfaction without extra cost ( which host wanted to charge) . After staying in 3 other places , we found our hosts very stingy with toilet paper ( I was sick , had to buy more). There was no salt/ pepper, nothing . There was coffee pods but we had to pay for them , till we were able to buy our own. There were no dish cloths to dry our cups. We were provided with a sponge and a minimal amount of dish soap.We also went out and bought detergent for the washer. There was not even an extra towel in the bathrooms . We were given 1 big towel and one hand towel The worst part were the keys , there were 5 of them attached to a cork .took quite a bit of space . Opening the door proved to be an exercise in patience. Door was difficult to open , both from the inside and out

• María (10/5): - Era la primera vez que alquilabamos un apartamento en Oporto y no sabia muy bien como seria la experiencia pero ahora es seguro que repetiremos. El apartamento se correspondia con lo prometido e incluso mas todo nuevo y cuidado, la cocina totalmente equipada con todo tipo de electrodomentico pequeño. En limpieza un 10. Cuidan los detalles mejor que en muchos hoteles. La atención por parte del dueño excelente. Muy bien comunicado, a 50 metros de transporte (metro, autobús, taxi..) Estuvimos como en casa muy a gusto y comodos. Estancia sencillamente perfecta. Gracias Joao y Margarita!!!
