Guest Reviews
- Ma Georgina (10/5): Memorable - Location None
- Justin (8/5): Amazing hotel but toilets could be bigger - The amenities were amazing with sauna and evening bar daily. Room size is adequate for a 2 bedder and clean. Given the high occupancy coupled with sauna access on certain floors, with only a single lift access waiting time can be long.
Room toilets are extremely compact and small, not recommended for bigger size guests.
- Tom (10/5): -
- Jonathan (9/5): - location , spa small room but typical for Tokyo
- Wan Ching (9/5): -
- Thanachart (9/5): Good option for staying around Ginza - The location is very convenient, next to Ginza.
Plenty of options to go around the city.
Laundry and ice machines are available. Only one elevator is available. Long waiting time.
But not much a big deal.

- HEKTOR (6/5): - Customer Service not very helpful, however, it is mostly a cultural issue. Staff has always difficulties assisting with issues that are not part of the "script".
- Patrick (10/5): Enjoyable!! - The hotel is located in Ginza which is a beautiful city and close to a lot of shopping centres. It is also very close to other tourist places you might want to visit. The station entrance is right in front of the hotel, and you'd be able to go to many other places in minutes.
The hotel staff are very nice and friendly, I can say this for most places in Japan. They serve an open bar for residents every evening, which is free and an opportunity to network with other people from around the globe. I had a hard time trying to decide a hotel and to be honest on hindsight I shouldn't have. Hotels in Tokyo are very tiny relative to hotels in other countries. This can be said for this hotel too. I couldn't leave my traveling box open and had to be strategic about managing my luggage, but that is the same for most hotels around the area
- Liz (7/5): It was nice, the staff was friendly and the amenities were very good. - I liked that it had an onsen in the hotel. The bed was comfortable and it had a nice happy hour. The staff was lovely. The breakfast didn’t have much variety when staying a few days. The room was quite small not much room to move around or to put a suitcase, but was ok for a single traveler.
- GANGJUN (9/5): -
- Bryan (9/5): -
- MICHEL (3/5): Hôtel bruyant et ambiance désagréables - Personnel rigide, chambre extrêmement petite, petit déjeuner industriel.
- Jane (8/5): Will stay again! - Super friendly staff, nice lobby.
Room was clean and comfortable. Just one elevator and the pillow was not good.

- EDWIN (7/5): Pros definitely outweighed the cons. Would come again and recommend to friends and family as well. - Friendly and helpful staff. Onsen and bar were nice. Appreciated hotel was mindful of the environment and reducing waste. Hotel also in a very accessible and convenient location. Bathroom had a smell and one of the lights in the room wasn't working. Only 1 water bottle provided for 3 person room.
- Matt (7/5): - Nice location with a wonderful welcome bar! The pillow situation was a bit different they offered 4-6 options in for you to grab in the lobby. And the one provided was a hard body pillow
- Sara (10/5): - Location was amazing and very convenient for what I wanted to do. Room size was decent enough for me (solo traveler), and all the amenities just made my stay even better. If I ever get to go to Ginza again, I will definitely stay here.

- YANG (6/5): The location was excellent, but will not be my choice again I guess - The hotel just next to underground, very convenient to airport and other places The breakfast was too simple, 3 selections only. It serves until 8:45 am only. Only 1 lift in the hotel, we have to queue for long time and wait for it.
- Tarin (5/5): - the location was good. close to the subway and just outside of all the actions happening in Ginza area. I paid similar price in shibuya area but the room was much bigger. room seems to be a lot cleaner. althought the staff at Super hotel was very freidnly and helpful. But everything is tiny and mostly self-service
- Nina (8/5): -
- CHIHHSING (10/5): -
- Pairodox (8/5): Excellent staff, onsen was lovely - I like that it was eco friendly. The staff is exceptional. They will go out of their way to accommodate you. They also speak English. They have a great little juice bar that is open in the evenings, which we took advantage of since we checked in a little late. Location isn't that great. It's quite a walk from Ginza station and a bit hard to find. It's closer to the subway station, Higashi Ginza, however the station in front of the hotel is temporarily closed. I also didn't like the pin codes we had to use to get inside our rooms, and in the bath area (ladies only).
- MASASHI (7/5): -
- Carolyn Mariko (7/5): It was conveniently located near Ginza. - The room size was smaller than I thought it would be.
- Lisa (10/5): Come for the convenience, stay for the bath! - Loved that I caught a DIRECT train from Narita (some Keisei lines turn into subay lines) ... and exit A7 Higashi Ginza station was right at the front door of the hotel. Bath and welcome drink area lovely places to relax. Area where you choose your own pillow and toiletries was nice in that you get just what you need, nothing wasted or clogging up space on the bathroom counter. Unfortunate that the emergency stairs were labeled for emergency use only, turns out you can use that stairway any time of day and if that was more clear would have led to less elevator congestion AND underscore their eco-friendly theme.
- Tim (8/5): Overall excellent location and fabulous service - Excellent service and facilities Room was smaller than expected
- taehwan (8/5): - .
- Ivor (10/5): - I’ve stayed in a few Super Hotels, brand and all excellent, just got to find the right price point for your needs
- Frances (10/5): Great stay in Tokyo - Lovely hotel in Ginza, very friendly and helpful staff who accommodated us at short notice with the typhoon. Can’t thank the staff enough for their hospitality. Quiet rooms, good aircon for the humid stormy weather. Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast and onsen as well.
- Mamiko (8/5): - My favorite hotel to stay. Friendly stuff with clean and eco friendly facilities.
Room is not spacious but comfortable to me
- Donna (10/5): -
- Rebecca (10/5): - Very central to Ginza shops, restaurants, convenience stores and everything! Train station right on the front doorstep and others nearby to be able to access other areas of Tokyo, it was so quick to get to Haneda Intl Airport, literally 25minutes and on one train, we didn’t have to change at all. It was very clean, staff were courteous, welcome drinks each night were good, they also provided pajamas, a range of pillows and toiletries in the foyer so choice was plentiful and wastage minimal, we also got fresh towels, toothbrushes and a small bottle of water everyday. They only have one lift which sometimes made it a little longer to get in and out of the hotel, in particular on check out day as suitcases filled the lift, it was manageable though so fine. I would stay here again, in winter would be good to use the onsen in the hotel too!
- Twixsleepyhead (10/5): Small hotel with a very convenient location - I booked this hotel for convenience. From Haneda Airport, the train stops across the street. This hotel is also walking distance to my favorite stores in Ginza. I can just shop, drop my things off the hotel and shop again.
The staff are very polite. Rooms are small but clean. However it is one of those rare hotels that has a room for 3. Toilet and bath is a typical japanese modular type that is small but space efficient. The hotel has very random things I did not expect they would provide for guests. These include pillows of different firmness, pajamas, face mask, hair treatment mask, leg soothing gel among others. The hotel also features a lobby with sitting area where we can have coffee and tea all day. It is also where we ate our snacks from konbinis.
Overall my stay was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
- Birgit (8/5): Very good - Great location and very helpful welcoming staff N/A
- Karen (8/5): - Hotel is near a few subway lines and walkable to many shopping malls.
Property also has public bath/onsen room which is a saver after shopping for the day
- Kristy (6/5): - Nice location. Only here one night so didn’t get a real feel for the hotel. But had a nice lobby area to sit and also had tea and coffee and a wine hour.
- Mo (10/5): Perfect location excellent staff - Staff and location Fridge wasnt working
- Ava (8/5): - The staff was amazing and the area was great. The room was very small with a small window that was frosted, so it felt a but crammed.
- Anita (10/5): Amazing ecofriendly hotel with onsen - Located in the heart of Ginza, it was super convenient to go on day trip tours and take the shinkansen to other regions. The location is 5-10 minutes walking from most subway lines. All the prominent stores (Uniqlo, Don quijote, daiso, etc) were all within 5-20 minutes walking from the hotel. The Tsukiji market was only ~15min walk away. Many excellent restaurants (including Michelin Bib/Michelin Star) are located blocks away from the hotel. The hotel itself was spotless, and the staff were all very welcoming. We also appreciated the hotel's focus on being eco-friendly and minimizing its carbon footprint. The natural onsen onsite was also a significant factor in why we selected this hotel over similar hotels nearby. Going to an onsen after a long day of walking helped reduce swelling or pain and was a very relaxing experience.
- Yuna (10/5): - Great location and we enjoyed the onsen too. I would like to thank the amazing staff here at the lobby, they were so accommodating and helpful. As good as any 5 star hotel. Thank you to the staff & cleaning staff that made our stay comfortable!
- Tracy (8/5): - Great location but only one lift so have to wait awhile as hotel was full occupancy.
- Hitomi (10/5): - I stayed fabulous.hotel. They are very care about environment. They also have hot spring.
I will stay this hotel again.
- Alexandra (10/5): - Great hotel. Has self serve pillow selection area to pick your desired softness level. Also a self service toiletries and skincare selection.
- Anita (7/5): Good -
- Catherine (9/5): Perfect for a short stay in Tokyo - Perfect location, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, welcome drinks every night at reception area. Subway entrance literally outside the door!
- Sasha (10/5): - We loved this hotel! Having now stayed in 4 different hotels in Japan, we can say this hotel had the best amenities. There is a bar of serums, cleansers, lotions and ointments as well as toiletry items if you forgot yours at home. The pillow "buffet" was wonderful! Loved being able to choose my pillow for firmness and height! The pillows were so nice it made the bed being firmer a nonissue. The staff were very nice and accomodating. We had one night staying at Tokyo Disney and then a second reservation the following day and they were kind enough to hold our large luggage for us and they placed it in our room for our second stay! The onsen is smaller but very clean and serene. We really loved coming back from a long day walking around Tokyo and being able to onsen before bed. The rooms are small and not the most modern, but they are clean and have complimentary water and fresh towels every day. From 5-9PM there are welcome drinks in the lobby as well as 24/7 complimentary coffee and water. There is a station right outside the door and it is 5-10 min walk from Ginza Station. The area is nice and quiet at night and we always felt safe. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!
- Isariya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Timothy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Samantha (8/5): Very good -
- Ivor (9/5): Very Good - All Super Hotel Premiers are excellent hotels. As a customer staying for a week, the Onsen closure hours 09:00 - 15:00 are a disadvantage. The hotel needs to be more flexible with open until 11:00
- Ming (7/5): Good - The location and offered large variety of pillows! Also welcome drink! The breakfast selection was really poor, no vegetarian options was available, was offered a soup and a bread only! The soup even had meat! Terrible!
- BusyWorkerBee (4/5): Very disappointed - Super Hotel Premier Ginza used to be my go-to hotel in Tokyo, returned again this year and got very disappointed.
Good: Friendly staff, welcome bar between 5:30-9pm, super convenient location.
Bad: Got a room on 14th floor and the bathroom had a moldy odor from the vent. Onsen is supposed to be a plus, but rude fellow guest made it a minus. Saw a lady with cell phone (and shoes) in the lady onsen locker room, heard her camera in action. I told her no cell phone allowed here. She argued back "photo no capture". I told her the rule is no cell phone at all, need to follow the rules. She ignored and gave an attitude face. This is unacceptable. Not the hotel's fault, but totally bad experience.
Farewell to Super Hotel Premier Ginza. No more.
- Prachyanan (8/5): Very good -
- Prachyanan (9/5): Superb -
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Sear (7/5): Nice clean and close to train stations - Staffs are great, always smile and welcome us every time! Room is small but nice, clean, and comfortable. Free welcome drinks (including alcoholic drinks The room is small
- Orranuch (8/5): Overall is ok - Location and onsen facilities Hard pillows, uncomfortable at all
- James (10/5): A little haven in the heart of Ginza! - Amazing location in the heart of Ginza, right outside a metro station exit, round the corner from Kabukiza Theatre and short walk to Ginza Six shopping centre. The staff were friendly and professional and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The onsen was a great way to relax after a busy day around Tokyo! N/A.
- Irsuyen (8/5): Very good -
- Samantha (5/5): Passable -
- Law (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hrayr (9/5): Superb -
- Peijung (10/5): Perfect location - Location is awesome! Super easy access (by feet) to Haneda airport, shopping areas in GINZA and great restaurants From time to time, some kitchen smells flow into my room, not sure if there is any ventilation issue.
- Amy (6/5): - The location is excellent with station access right in front of the hotel. The room, especially the bathroom is very small - even for a solo traveller. I also don't think it's exceptionally clean - the pillows that I could choose at the front desk smelt funny as did the pyjamas. The welcome bar is a nice touch for people who enjoy drinking alcohol. The sauna is good facility but I unfortunately did not try it. The hotel claims to be eco, but I don't think giving a toothbrush everyday is eco-friendly. I understand it may be because customer toothpaste needs to be replenished, but perhaps supply toothbrush and toothpaste separately at the amenity station. Similarly, the amenity cotton pad and cotton buds being together is wasteful and not eco-friendly for those who only need the cotton bud. The hotel having one lift was annoying - the waiting can be long and I feel sorry for the staff who are unable to work efficiently as they frequently have to wait for an empty lift with no customers.
- Gabrielle (8/5): A very good place to stay for reasonable priced-rooms in the heart of Ginza - Clean, good-smelling lobby; love aesthetics of the lobby. They have onsen. Proximity to luxury shops in Ginza, combinis and restaurants. Very small rooms but understandable for its price
- Donna (7/5): Good -
- Joanne (10/5): A hotel that I will come back to. Central and comfortable. - Location is very central. Lots to eat and shop at Ginza. Also close to Tsukiji outer market. A metro station on the Hibiya line right outside the hotel and walking distance to Ginza station.
Also love the free drinks from 5-9pm daily. Choose your own additional pillows, and sample sized lotion, hair treatment etc. Toilet is very small.
- Anna (10/5): - The hotel is right next to the Asakusa subway station which is super convenient. There are 2 convenient stores at both street corners. 5-minute walk to Starbucks and McDonalds. A ton of local small restaurants within a block or two.
The onsite onsen is absolutely our favorite part. We do that daily, even the night we arrived which was about midnight when we went to the onsen. Nothing like a good hot soak after a long flight. The onsen hours are 5pm to 9am. They no longer offer yukata, rather pajama top (gray) and bottom (black)…maybe it’s a winter thing?
Onto the parts that need a little improvement. The room is super small which is to be expected; however, we barely have room to turn about. The bathroom, specifically, the bidet, has a funky smell to it. The water pressure is a bit weak. The only elevator (for 14 floors) is slow so if you’re impatient, choose lower floors so you can climb the stairs instead.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We might stay here again in the future.
- Bryant (10/5): Exceptional - Great location! Only a short walk to the main shopping areas in Ginza. Great food and coffee nearby. Rooms were clean and comfortable! Stairs down to station is right outside the doors.
- Kathrin (8/5): Great spot for final two nights in Japan! - Great location, the metro is right outside the entrance door. The staff were being super lovely. I had luggage forwarded, they stored the bag for me and it was waiting in my room when I checked in. Compact room, but was great for 2 nights for a solo traveller. There are complimentary drinks every evening and there is an Onsen on 3rd floor. If you are thinking about adding breakfast, I personally would not bother. The smoothie (you can also have soup instead) and the roll were not very exciting to me.
I based myself there for the final two nights of my Japan cross-country trip and this was a great location for shopping!!!
- Gerardo (10/5): - Location location location!
- El321 (9/5): Superb - Staff is friendly and so helpful!10/10
Location 10/10
- Pamela (10/5): It was the best stay on my one-month trip to Japan! Loved the staff, room and spa! - I thought the staff was so welcoming and professional. My room was comfortable and I slept so well! I choose the hotel primarily because it had a traditional Japanese spa and I wasn't disappointed. I wish every stay on my one-month trip to Japan was like my stay at Super Hotel Premiere Ginza!
- Megan (8/5): Convenient location! - It was clean and staff were nice. We didn’t add breakfast because we wanted to try restaurants around the area but it is something you can pay additionally for. The hotel offered free alcoholic drinks from 5pm-8pm and the onsen was included in your stay which was nice.
The property is in a very convenient location as well! The rooms/bathrooms were the smallest but most expensive rooms out of all the places we had stayed and the pillows were pretty uncomfortable unfortunately.
- Jacinta (7/5): Great location & onsen - Location was great. Staff were delightful and very helpful. Shower pressure & temperature were good. Highlight was the onsen facility - basic but so relaxing after a long day of walking. Also the laundry & microwave availability was useful. Selection of amenities, pillows and robes was great. Rooms were little which is pretty standard for Tokyo but also quite dark. Bathroom was surface-clean but smelled musty.
- Andreas (7/5): Good -
- Miltiadis (6/5): Tidy but tiny room - The location was great, with plenty of amenities, plus only a 17min walk from the main Tokyo train station and two minute walk from the Kabukiza. Clean and tidy room. Onsen (hot spring baths) included. The room was tiny, we didn't have space to open suitcases or move. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay. The breakfast was disappointing as it only included a smoothie, a salad (only one option) and a bread&jam kind of bun - very limited options and portions. We had to look for a second breakfast somewhere else, everyday.
