- Marine (5/5): Bel emplacement mais service client en dessous des attentes et un vrai problème avec le restaurant dans l’autre hôtel - La chambre était belle et la salle de bain bien pensée On a demandé un balcon et au motif que tout était plein on a pas pu en avoir .. or il n’y a pas touriste en ce moment donc l’hôtel n’était pas plein. Pour le petit déjeuner c’était vraiment pas terrible : on a dû être emmener dans un autre hôtel d’un standing complètement différent avec un buffet genre club de vacances donc en décalage avec l’hôtel

- Jacquie (10/5): Beautiful oasis in a concrete jungle city. - Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the old town. Location was great. Away from a city of skyscrapers. A little piece of quiet, calm and culture away from the concrete jungle of Dubai. Surrounded by historical areas. Nothing , the whole area is a replica of old Dubai and much more appealing than the new city.

Tranquility in the heart of a big concrete jungle city. In the heart of the souk with lots of eating and sovereign shops. Close to the little commuter boats. Wonderful friendly helpful staff. Nothing .

Great swimming pool and organisation of transport between hotels. Internet is heavily filtered, YouTube on TV didn’t work even with credentials, noisy and repetitive Indian music everyday from 4pm to 10pm (not suitable for work from hotel or if you want to have a rest inside)

- Anastasia (6/5): Worth location, overpriced anything else - The location is great, friendly staff, really comfy beds It’s really overpriced (two nights averaged almost 400usd for one person at full price but I see they have discounts now): the breakfast, pool and all the facilities that you see advertised are in their another building (canopy Hilton) so you really need to plan your times, they do offer club cars tho, but nobody warns you about it. The rooms are not as picturesque as on the photos, more like dark dungeon caves, my room had no view. No slippers, empty bar, no rails in the bathroom to hang the towels, AC barely works and oh they have old fashioned outlets - they offer adapter but I have not had this issue before in other Dubai hotels. In general it’s OK and I’m being picky but for this price honestly it’s too many small details, you can get a better hotel at this rate. If the cost would be 70-80usd a night it would be acceptable. Just stay at Canopy and take club cars to the market
- Maria Cecilia (8/5): Spacious room w/ a slight bathroom odor and some dust; excellent creekside location & friendly staff - We enjoyed the location, with the creek nearby offering plenty to explore; the staff were friendly from reception to the buggy service, and both breakfast and dinner were very good. The room is spacious; however, there is an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom area. The room also feels slightly dusty, but overall the stay was acceptable.

- Sonia (10/5): A quirky alternative to Dubaï’s usual experiences - Quirky and interesting. Not shiney Dubai luxury… more rustic and authentic with all the comfort of Dubai. Amazing area to walk around and it’s worth getting an Abra and just wandering along the creek in it. Be prepared for conflict related restrictions if it’s still all on.

- TAKUMI (10/5): アラブ気分を味わうには最高！コスパも良かった - ロケーションが良かったのでアラブ気分を満喫できました。バギーで送迎してくれるスタッフも気さくで気持ち良かったです。朝食はバギーで別施設に移動したが、ブッフェスタイルで美味しかった。バギーで移動は初めての経験でしたが、慣れてくると楽しくなりました。 ホテルフロントと宿泊室が別棟で、離れているので迷子になりました。これは良い点であり難点にもなるかも。
- Juliet (8/5): unique hotel in a great location - Great location and very novel layout in the souk. enjoyed the retro styling of the rooms which included a very comfortable bed. Lovely to hear all of the activity in the souk below our window. A bonus to have use of the pool at neighbouring hotel, great views from it's rooftop location.

- Farah (10/5): Great experience in Dubai - The rooms are spread across Al Seef amazing area, and it feels so good to go back and forth to the room and the canopy area. Waiting for the buggy can take some time and the dinner wasn’t a good one.

- Saif (1/5): Never come back - I called the hotel two times to provide me with the club car since I have a handicap sister but it was the same answer always ( we are very busy) and when the lady in the operater which she answered my phone call refused to help us !! The room number 114 was very smelly! The room number 110 you couldn't sleep since they were playing music under their room. The rooms doesn't have a soundproof.. and its very crowded and noisy which wasn't comfortable at all. They offer a dinner and breakfast with the room.. we tried the dinner which was not tasty at all .. wasting time only ! The food was cold and almost finished Never come back at all .. although I have been 3 times before..but the rate of the hotel becomes really low !!

- JOSE (10/5): Es un sitio que te hace sentir especialmente bien - Esto es un sitio increíble. Desde el general manager que te recibe hasta el chico Nepalí que llevaba el buggie. Llevo más de 20 hoteles visitados en Dubái y nunca había sentido lo que sentí aquí. Es un sitio especial que merece la pena visitar. Un zumbido/sonido que había en mi habitación 210. Al seef heritage es espectacular pero su vecino hotel donde se hacen los desayunos/cenas y piscina no está a la altura.

Il faut appeler la réception afin de disposer d'une navette pour aller au petit déjeuner situé dans le Hilton à 1,5 kms de distance. Petit-déjeuner très en dessous de ceux des hôtels de la même catégorie. Aucun service au niveau du Al Seef Heritage. Même pas la possibilité d'avoir un rendez-vous au niveau de la réception par manque d'espace. Par de bar ni de boisson disponible. Tout ce qui est indiqué dans la description assez trompeuse de l'hôtel se passe au Hilton.

Мы настолько влюбились в этот отель сети комплекса Hilton, что отменили уже забронированный другой вариант отеля возле Бурдж Халифа и продлили здесь своё пребывание. Отель стал для нас настоящим «сердцем Дубая». Уникальное сочетание сразу несколько пространств комплекса Хилтон: современного отеля с бассейном, высокого здания с захватывающим видом на город (куда отвозят бесплатные мини-авто) и атмосферной исторической части, куда стекаются туристы. Расположение — идеальное. С одной стороны, нет шума центра, с другой — рядом река, красивые прогулочные маршруты, уютная атмосфера вечерами. В любой момент легко вызвать такси или добраться до удобного метро. Отдельно хочется отметить комфорт: невероятно удобные кровати и наглухо закрываемые ставни— спали просто идеально. Давно так не высыпались в отелях. Все детали интерьера сделаны под старинный стиль. И это придовало необычную атмосферу. В отеле в основном из Европы туристы. Тишина, эстетика пространства. Как только выходишь из номера попадаешь в восточную сказку. Отдельное удовольствие — сервис. Шведский стол с почти индивидуальным обслуживанием, вышколенный персонал. Идеально передохнуть от шума мегаполиса. Благодарю.

From check-in to check-out, the entire staff was extremely kind and welcoming. I would especially like to mention the team who arranged transportation to the restaurants – everything was perfectly organized. The hotel itself is beautifully designed in a traditional style, with great attention to detail. It truly has everything you might need – you can tell they have thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay, while also creating an authentic sense of Emirati hospitality. The food was excellent, diverse, and very delicious, and the cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive – everything was spotless and well maintained. The location is also a big advantage, as the hotel is centrally located in Al Seef Souk, which is perfect for walking, shopping, and enjoying the atmosphere. Special thanks to the receptionist Alice for her kindness and professionalism – she made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

- Qatari (9/5): Comfort and Convenience: A Memorable Stay - The bed was very nice to sleep in. The location is excellent and easy to get to. Adding breakfast and dinner made our stay much better. They made it easy for us to go on a buggy ride, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a beneficial experience.

- Andrey (5/5): - Authentic design and architecture Very disappointing experience,one of the worst I had. Check in took more than 1.5 hours,even though the hotel staff knew when I was coming,they started cleaning the rooms 2 hours after my scheduled check in time 3 pm. The room was dirty,old tea left in the teapot,dirty bedding,bad smell. Incredibly loud music (room 212). The half board was horrible,4 half empty Indian food trays. The staff seems to be genuinely surprised that people are staying at the hotel and the service is incredibly slow. The distance between the rooms and restaurant is about 15 min by foot since it was almost impossible to get a buggy service because it was always unavailable. Unfortunately I am deeply disappointed. The only good thing was the beautiful authentic architecture of the buildings in the old city. Overall do not book this hotel.
- Zuzanna (9/5): - I stayed in the hotel during a stressful time - the airspace closure due to the attacks on Dubai. The staff was very accomodating and put a lot of effort to make us feel as comfortable as possible. The hotel is located in a beautiful old market, and the location for breakfast is so beautiful. There are many other restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are very dark - not enough natural and artificial light. For short stays it is not a big issue, but for a long stay as mine and a lot of time spent inside the room, it was not ideal.

- Babu (4/5): - Location. Value for Money. Loud crowds until past 1 AM. Couldn't get any sleep. Rooms are not at all sound proofed. Cannot recommend the hotel during peak season. TVs lacked any decent channels, were not smart tvs and it was impossible to connect your own HDMI devices. Reception mentioned they would send an engineer to help with this but they never showed up. Breakfast buffet was decent. Dinner buffet left a lot to be desired. Not befitting of a Hilton property.

- JENICA PAULEEN (8/5): - The bed was spacious and very comfortable. The location is good and convenient. We really liked that breakfast and dinner were included—it added great value to our stay. The only small issue was that it was a bit difficult to find the restaurant on our own at first, as we didn’t ask the receptionist for directions. However, once we did, they arranged a buggy ride for us, which made it easy and was a nice touch. Overall, a good experience. The dinner buffet was good, but I hope there could be more variety in the options.
