- Bonnie (1/5): Disappointed - The location. The rooms were not clean. The first room we had the toilet had pee stains on the seat. They gave us a second room and the walls in the bathroom had poop stains, there was a bug in the shower.

The shift change for the morning was horrible it seemed like she was late both mornings breakfast trays were empty no milk or fruits, never at the front desk a police officer showed up Saturday morning for what reason we don’t know but he had to hunt her down as well.!

- Felicia (9/5): Overall great stay! - Large walk in shower and the lotion/body wash! I also love the small gift of water, toothbrush, and toothpaste. Love late check out! The breakfast wasn’t replenished so once it was gone by 9AM and one the came even fifteen minutes after that time didn’t really get to eat even through breakfast is done at 10 AM.

Dirty walls, one of the staff members didn’t seem too happy to help with service the other was nice. room smelt like mold, breakfast wasn’t worth it really, the head board had hand smears and smear marks. A family member was going to stay there also but left for same reasons but there’s had a guys dirty left underwear behind the door.

- Autumn (10/5): Great lcoation, safe and comfy - nothing fancy - Parking was easy and secure even with a small Uhaul. Staff was wonderful and super helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the rooms had a super small fridge, no microwave and no coffee maker. It also had no drawers - only open tables, consoles to put your things. Housekeeping was a miss - were there 3 full days and nver got fresh towels or trash removal except from the front desk. Conditioner was totally empty at check in and black mold in the bottom corners of shower.

- Javier (3/5): Wasn’t very welcoming, but gotta say the room was acceptable - Room was very comfortable From the first day, we stayed there the girl that work the morning shift didn’t have a welcoming attitude acted like she didn’t like her job and didn’t wanna be there wasn’t appreciative, even though I didn’t want to. I still ended up extending my room out for two more days also had my newborn baby and wife with me and asked to have late check out and was told no due to the rooms being booked it was also told that management says not to allow late checkouts I end up coming back that same night to go ahead and stay again next morning parking lot was empty. I was there and all the rooms are vacant from what I can see and as a Hilton member very disappointing.
- Anamari Camis (8/5): - True hotel by Hilton is a basic economy hotel. It’s about 15 minutes from anywhere that you’d wanna go and Brian or college Station. Adequate would be the word I would use to sum up everything.

- Rachel (4/5): Don’t do it!! - I booked this hotel on Hotels.com, and the reviews there were clearly misleading. We arrived at 2:20 PM after a long drive with our 3-month-old baby, only to be met with the rudest front desk attendant I’ve ever encountered. Bianca looked me up and down, said “Yeah?” instead of greeting me, and told me there wasn’t a single clean room in the entire hotel. She insisted we come back “exactly at 3,” like every room would magically be cleaned in 40 minutes. Bianca’s beat up black car with no hubcaps was also parked out front preventing anyone from pulling up making this place look even more unprofessional. The room was damp, cramped, and had one pillow per bed. Our baby, who’d been fine, was congested all night—mold wouldn’t surprise me. Breakfast was a joke: watery eggs, no sausage or bacon, empty pancake machine. Bianca was running that too, unsurprisingly. This hotel is a disgrace to the Hilton name. Rude staff, gross rooms, and terrible service. We’ll NEVER stay here again.

- Carol (7/5): - This was my second time to stay here. Rooms are comfortable. The bathroom area did not seem as clean as the first time I stayed. The day I was checking out, Saturday, I went down stairs to get some breakfast at 8:35am. There were no bagels, no pancakes, not enough eggs, no apple juice. Nothing was refilled while I was sitting with my family who had minimal to eat.
- Melissa (4/5): Looks Cute and Modern, but It's All Appearance - We switched bookings to Tru specifically because laundry facilities were listed. They do not have laundry facilities available for guest use. We secondarily chose it for the refrigerator in the room. Our refrigerator was not working and we were told there wasn't a replacement. It also began to leak and we slipped on the water in the night. In the lobby, hot water in the insulated carafe was not hot in the afternoon. We were told to use the microwave, which was dirty. There was no regular sugar available for the coffee at any time during our stay, only several types of artificial sweeteners. Sadly the food options for a vegan were more limited than at most hotel breakfasts. We will not be staying here again.

- Thom (2/5): - Unique, hardly was actually worse than any motel 6 I've ever been in. The AC was so loud when the compressor came on that it awoke me and my wife each time. Tried to complain to the front desk about the AC only to have no one answer the phone and no one at the front desk @ 1am! The general state of the hotel was filthy! Not just dirty but filthy! The first tip off should have been the front doors, so dirty you could not see through them. I thought it was due to remodeling but boy was I wrong. The expedia reviews were way off, the pictures on expedia were from when it was NEW, it's far from new.

- Elliot (2/5): Bed Bugs, smokey smells, elevator buttons?? - Smokey smells in non-smoking room. Elevator button has to be pushed multiple times to finally engage or you will wait forever. One ice machine for all the customers. Breakfast is horrible unless you only eat pancakes and cereal. Front desk girls were amazing and tried to help with all the hotel problems. BED BUGS, my kid was ate up with bed bugs and I reported the issue to the staff. They moved us for the last night but I was not contacted by email or called by GM to discuss refund or compensation for all the trauma. Sanitization of all our clothes(5 kids and 2 adults), fear of staying in hotels in the future, inability to sleep because you think that bugs are on your body.

The floors in the room did not appear to be mopped but the linens and bathrooms appeared clean. The property was quiet. Common areas and elevators were also dirty. The property staff were indifferent.
- Latoyia (2/5): Never Again - Upon arrival I had a hard time finding my reservation because they had my last name first and first name last so the lady gave me my card back and said she couldn’t find me. The hotel itself smelled very old and mildew. Made it to my room same smell, that’s not the topper. After wiping down the restroom I head to the bed to check it hair was everywhere chocolate was on the floor hair under the cover and A EARRING. Very nasty smell room and situation. We stayed in my son’s room so we paid for nothing. I doubt if they give us our money back!

- Jill (4/5): - We were only here for a brief 12 hour stay. Air was thick and musty on 4th floor; once in our room, it was cooler but “damp”. Floors were wet (seeping), mold alongside door frame, and a paper sack that we brought with us was damp when we threw it away (within 30 minutes). Not sure was is going on climate wise in this room but not a comfortable experience.
- Rachel (4/5): - Front staff was lovely and very helpful. I also appreciated that the lobby had games if you wanted to do something outside of your room, but not leave the hotel. It was also a clever idea to have QR codes you could scan for different things to do around town. That said the maintenance of the hotel was not good. The shower rod was coming off the wall, for being an accessible room the shower was unsafe because of how it easy it was to slip in it, one of our towels was soaking wet when we got to the room, the room was not properly swept/vacuumed, the lobby had areas that were clearly leaking and no signage was put up to make you aware of those issues, and the breakfast wasn't kept up on very well. Is it the worst hotel I've stayed at? No, but it needs work.

- Robert (4/5): Look for a different spot. - I usually enjoy stays at any Hilton but this one was bad. Beds and pillows were horrible. Bathroom handle was broken. The glass shower door wasn’t sealed right so the water leaked all over when showering. I had to find my own towels because no one was at the counter for awhile. As a business owner I do not really give bad reviews but this one wasn’t a good spot to stay.

We booked another room close to the other one and the bathroom door handle was broken. We plugged in the mini fridge to keep our drinks overnight and it made a loud buzzing sound off and on all night but the fridge did not cool so our drinks were ruined.

- Christina (8/5): - The location was convenient and surprisingly quiet. The room itself was clean however the sheets smelled oddly like floor cleaner. The bathroom floor needed to be swept. The breafast was basic however if you happened to look up from where you were earing you would be greeted with a large spider web. The web crossed the lightning fixtures about 6 feet. The web was impressive.

During checkin she was flat, not friendly, i ask to ask if i was done. Room floors were not very clean. Filtered water did not taste filtered. Bed was hard. The room was dirty. There was hair in my bathroom sink and the wallpaper was coming off the walls. The beds were hard with flat pillows with stains on the pillowcases. Do NOT stay here.

- Lindsey (10/5): excellent! - This Hotel was extremely easy to check in and the staff was very friendly, the gym was super clean and had everything I needed. The room was very comfortable and was squeaky clean. The bathroom had everything and we need for showers from good shampoo and conditioner even had body wash and lotion. We will be staying again!
