Melisa (4/5): Nightmare - It was clean and had a good location to restaurants and things to do. Well we can start by saying we paid for a king bed in a suite. We were given a suite w two queen beds maybe even twin beds. They were small. When we asked about having it corrected we were told no rooms left. Well you shouldn’t charge and reserve something you don’t have. The breakfast was apples and a couple bagels and cream cheese. We stayed for 3 days and they were out when we got there and still out when we left. I wouldn’t dare eat one. The craziest thing to us was they had coffee but no sugar. When we asked about them getting some the reply was we ordered it and it never came. Well being a business owner myself if I was in the situation I would take money out of the petty cash or cash drawer buy some and leave the receipt so the guest could have coffee. We heard at least 4 other people ask about it. Last nightmare was the same group of people hanging outside fixing cars drinking. Just was the craziest stay at a hotel we ever had. We are knew ITG members and don’t think we will be trying any more of their hotels. Only good thing was it was super clean.

The swimming pool was good especially the hot tub section. Didn't like the shower system. You have to get wet to turn on the water. Its annoying especially when you have kids who can't turn on the water for shower.

There were many food optons in the immediate area for us to grab abite to eat. The room had said it was a suite, not exactly, the bed was fine. Ther wasn't a soft chair or sofa to sit on in the room .- only chair was a desk chair to sit in. also the heating air conditioning unit was VERY loud. The additional charge for out dog to stay seemed a bit over the top. I went from a quote of $109. to actually paying over $180. Seems a bit much.

Breakfast lacked options and the coffee machine, microwave, and 1 of the 2 toasters were all not working. Advertised as coffee available at all times and I was unable to have a single cup.

Sarah (10/5): Comfortable beds, clean and convenient. Would stay again! - Conveniently located just off of route 95 but far enough to be quiet and not hear the highway. Front desk staff was very friendly when we checked in and we were able to check in a little earlier. They had complementary laundry, which was convenient for us since we were there for a soccer tournament for two days. I was able to wash my sons jerseys. Everything was great!

Melinda (9/5): Where's my receipt - The facility was clean the bed was very comfortable. The location was good as well. I have been waiting on my receipt since I left the hotel, the lady said she tried to print it but something was wrong the printer which it look like it just needed toner then she said I will email it to you. I carefully stated my email address and spelled it out and never received it, that was Sunday, I called Monday asking for an email receipt and I still haven't received it does not take long to receive an email. Also I opt to pay at the property but the payment was taken out a day prior to my arrival which I thought was strange. Not to mention the amount that was taken out was way over what I was supposed to pay. It's given suspicious.

I used to take advantage of your pet-friendly policies early on, but now I will stay at this chain's hotels whenever I get the chance. I also enjoy Homewood Suites and Fairfield"s as well. Verified traveler (10/5): This is where you want to stay - The room at Candlewood Suites provided even more than we could have hoped. The beds were comfortable. The desk spacious. I was able to use the full size refrigerator and toaster to have a quick and easy breakfast before heading out. Will stay here again as the rate was very competitive compared with neighboring properties.

Brian (10/5): - Booked this hotel only 4 hours before checking as a convenient roadtrip overnight stopover. Hotel is immaculate. We were allocated a large studio - bed, desk, large shower room and mini kitchen area. Hotel is also pet friendly. Bed was very comfortable with beautiful linens. Main downside of this location is restaurants - vast majority are fast food outlets, but there is a nice Mexican walking distance from the hotel. Would absolutely stay there again - experience has inspired me to lookout for Candlewood suites for our next road trip.
